Very disorganized working crew with minimum efficiency. I waited the staff to inflate the balloons for almost half an hour. In the middle, she just went to do something else without the courtesy to let me know how long she would keep me waiting!

Very helpful staff in a great location. Plenty of parking as it is in a shopping plaza. Convenient location not too far off of I-95 in Burlington. They do fill balloons that you buy on Amazon or other places, just need to pay for helium and buy whatever clips/weights you want to keep the balloons from floating away.

I am aware and trying to be sympathetic of the struggle retailers are dealing with. I visited this location the other day and they’re under staffed and nowhere near ready for Halloween. I hope they can pull it together.

Clueless, disorganized staff and manager. Lost my order with in a hour of placing it. Returned at required time, plus an extra 1/2 an hour more to watch them run around trying to find it…. Had to wait another 1/2 hour. On top of that, we learned that they are poor quality balloons that floated to the floor in less than 12 hours. Thanks…

They have a good collection for every occasion- bachelorette, graduation, birthdays, baby showers. The prices are slightly more compared to dollar store or dollar tree,but the collection is diverse and better.

Very good stock, I needed a very specific size of balloons and found exactly what I was looking for.

Offer a wide range of party items. Staff are friendly, but dont always know there own range. I bought two pre inflated Minecraft balloons and I could have got a better deal buying a pack of six (including the ones I bought) with free inflation on site. I found out only after looking around my self, after buying the two! Also, a bit pricey in general.

I got everything I needed, and more. However, getting to the checkout took a while due to the staff filling balloon orders. It felt like there was a lot more standing around than needed to be, but once an additional staff member punched in I was able to get on with the day. Otherwise, everyone was nice and helped me find what I was looking for.

Ordered some supplies for my kids birthday party online, for pick up at this store. Order was ready quickly and there was no problem with the pick up. Very convenient.

Went to get 1 balloon ...the girl at counter said it would be at least 30min....geez you couldnt stop to blow up just one balloon?? Thank you for the receipt!! I made sure I completed the survey.Poor attitude...and in front of my kid whose birthday it was.Typically this store has lots of great party stuff... Its our go to place.Please improve on your customer service !! No wonder online shopping is putting stores out of business!!

Burlington party city is the best! Great customer service. They go out of their way to get what you need and they make sure your always taken care of. It can be stressful putting a party together or Halloween and they make it a great experience 🌈

Went to get trunk or treat decorations. And they had so many sales and clearance items. I got almost everything I needed for a good price.

What you would expect at a party store, cheap products at a cheap price, not many good things to say, nor any bad things. If you are looking to pick up some candy in bulk (for Halloween), or at just in the plaza, and want one piece for ten cents, you can easily stop by. They also have a large selection of balloons and costumes, so you can make your celebrations ones to remember!

Checkout line was 8 people deep with 2 registers open, and after waiting for a clerk for 10 minutes with 2 other customers in front of me at the balloon counter....we were informed all customers are served from the one checkout queue . We were all upset at this announcement as we all agreed that in the past the area in front of the balloon section was specific for ordering balloons. Your one was insistent on us leaving our spots and joining the queue, fortunately a clerk, that had been working the register and now on balloon duty, stated she would tend to us.The purchase of balloon procedure should be posted in a conspicuous spot for all to see. Easy to follow directions, if they visible.

Lots of stuff packed into this party city store. As the name says, about any party item youd need, along with a variety of candies for gift bags. This time of year has plenty of Halloween costume and themed stuff too. Staff was friendly, helpful and went out of their way to help me find the costume item I was looking for.

Quick in and out balloon experience, got what I needed with no issues. They had enough capable staff and 0830 open time to handle extra grad and memorial day traffic which was appreciated.

Went looking for supplies for our daughters first birthday. There was a wide array of party supplies, but unfortunately the options for 1 candles were quite limited. It appeared that in most of the isle where the numbers were they had all the digits except for 1. We ended up finding something that would work, but were disappointed that they did not have more options in stock. The staff at checkout were friendly and efficient.

It was my first time visiting this party city and the management and staff were very helpful and nice! I had loads of questions planning my baby shower event and they were very patient with me.

Pretty much everything in this store I can get for cheaper somewhere else or online. There wasnt much that was original or unique to the store. They only had two people working when I went in on a relatively busy Saturday morning and they werent delegating very well, and this held up the line A LOT, which was frustrating when I and other customers had very small purchases and other places to get to. Balloon orders seem to take a long time and this held up the line even more, as a few people ahead of me had balloon orders to place, and there was only one person ringing while the other employee was busy blowing up balloons for customers.

Life saver for me. Finding right place card for large group was a chore. Party City has few selection to choose from.

They had some of what I needed but the staff didnt know where the stuff was. Too few people at the registers. Employees working out a disagreement on the floor. They probably have what you need, but youll probably need to spend more time looking for and purchasing it.

Lots of isles were empty. Employee was nice but not helpful.

Plenty of help and friendly service. I was expecting a nightmare the night before Halloween and it was very busy but very well organized and I was in and out in no time.

They just said they can’t helium the balloons without any explanation when i was ready to check out. I asked why and told the machine is broken few days ago. Then I asked again since when and they said over the weekend on Valentine’s Day and get the tank if I needed. I asked where the tank is, how much, etc. very unhelpful staffs. I had to go other location.

Terrible. I went there to get some balloons for a party but they had no helium. The staff claimed there is a national shortage but just next door at CVS they had balloons galore floating in the air.

Its a bit on the pricey side for what you are buying but when you are in a rush, most likely they will have whatever you need for your party. The Halloween costumes are nothing special, they are exactly what you would expect.

Best place for balloons

First, the store has everything you need for a party. With a huge selection and limited staff it took me longer than maybe my wife to find what we needed.Dont buy the sparkle candles, they spray dust particles in the cake.

Expensive and very poor quality. Helium balloons are broken with in hours after pick up.
