This is my first time going to CARSTAR for Burlington. I spoke with Colin. He is very proficient and professional. He appears to be very patient and express care for your car. Car Star is amazing! As a single woman, a lot of repair shops got over on me, sadly. However, I’ve been to Car Star twice and they’ve treated me with respect and didn’t over charge me or try to upsell me. Collin is awesome and because of him, I will continue to come here every time, as long as they are able to fix the need. They now have one added loyal customer!
