After my car was involved in hit and run my insurance tried sending me to some body shop that they recommended. I told them I knew of a place that was closer to where I work and would work better for me. Ive always heard good things about Perfection and Im glad I chose them!!! Perfection did a beautiful job of restoring my vehicle to its original condition after a car accident. They also cleaned both the inside and outside of the car. I’m pleased with the work.

When my car was hit, I came here for repairs based on their reviews, they did not disappoint. They gave me a quote and got me in quickly, and worked hand in hand with my insurance. My drivers side mirror case was cracked and back quarter panel showed damage. While repairing they called me right away to let me know they found more damage with my alignment and tire. All said and done they got my car fixed within a week. Car looked amazing when I got it back, it was like brand new, and even cleaned the inside for me. They were very transparent about the whole process, they are on the pricer end, however the results are WELL worth it.

Would definitely recommend Perfection Auto Body, I told them what I needed done and they gave me different options. When i brought my car in on a Monday was told it would take up to six days to get back hopefully before the weekend got a call early Wednesday and told my car was ready. They took only two and a half days to get my back right side door done, when I went to go pick it up their work was amazing! Looked as if nothing ever happened very pleased with their work! Would definitely them to my family and friends and will go back if I ever need any more future work done!

Excellent job replace my damaged rear bumper cover. Paint match virtually perfect, and installation turned out great. They also polished and cleaned up the whole car and even polished the wheels. Very timely as well as they pre-ordered the parts before it was dropped off. Only a day and a half total time in the shop. Great people and service. I highly recommend them.

I was vacationing nearby when an incident occurred requiring repair, and Perfection was able to get it fixed quickly so it was ready before I headed back home to Chicagoland. Good service and repair time was not long. Only thing I found that I didnt check before I left was a turn signal bulb not working. Possibly broken in repair process but not a big deal. Paint job was great and if I was able to I would have had them paint the rest of truck. This was a insurance repair but the price was a nice price and labor cost was fair. I would go back again.

Perfection quotes quickly and does a great job. They are open and honest when dealing with you. Lets face it, you see them when you had a bad day and your car is smashed. They take care of the process.

I couldnt be happier with this shop. I have an auto background (my family owned a dealership), so I know what I am looking at. The shop is always clean. That is not easy for a body shop. Justin the manager was helpful, worked with me, and resolved my damage and the other work I wanted done to my Jeep. The Jeep was returned to me with a great color match (the door was replaced) and that is not easy for a red vehicle. Red has the most color pigment of any color, and the most difficult to match - on an older Jeep too. Julie at the front desk was helpful too.For me this is where I will bring any of our vehicles for any body related work in the future. Thank You for a job well done!!UPDATE - I stopped in yesterday afternoon, because I had a wind whistle that only showed up in high winds. Without an appointment or phone call Justin listen to the issue, and then took the Jeep inside for a door adjustment. I didnt expect that, but am very happy with the quick & polite service. Cant describe how pleased I am on the work done by Perfection Auto Body on my 1967 Pontiac Firebird. This is my first time writing a google review, but I feel compelled to share my positive experience with others. I needed the trunk floor cut out and replaced along with the gas tank and associated hardware. I had called a number of other shops that said they were too busy to do the job. Another shop told me to try calling Perfection. When I talked to Clayton, he said no problem. I brought the car in the next day, and had a feeling I made good decision trusting him with my baby. Well my intuition was spot on. The work done was quick, professional, reasonably priced, and no drama. The work that was done looks like the factory did it 50 years ago! I am ready to enjoy my car now for the summer! I would recommend this place to anyone who is considering having work done on a classic car or a late model vehicle. You will get what you expect and more!

I had two unfortunate font end collisions many years ago. I went to Perfection Auto Body. They did a wonderful job.Last week child locked keys in running car. Efforts to retrieve keys resulted in damage to door.I went to another body shop got an estimate of $1700 and three days to repair.I went to Perfection to get second quote. They had my door fixed in less time than it took me to write this review. And the cost.... NOT $1700! I should have gone there first. They took care of me years ago and they took care of me today!I highly recommend. Efficient, courteous and professional!

I came in to get my mirror fixed and they gave me a reasonable estimate, a day to come in, and had it fixed in a few hours. They even washed my car on top of fixing my mirror. Its rare I write reviews; yet place value on them when doing my own research - so I felt compelled to write one on services received from Perfection Auto Body. I had a pretty good accident with my 2008 Toyota truck this winter and while I have had work done at other garages in Burlington, I knew that my truck would require extensive body work & painting and I wanted to work with someone considered an expert in that area. A co-worker of mine and her husband recommended Perfection Auto Body as they have some collectible vehicles which had been serviced here & were pleased with the outcome. I had an accident with my car. It was hit by another person who nooshi caused the damage. Perfection Auto body is what I have been seeing for many years when I have minor problems with my automobile being hit by strangers. All I can say is it is one of the best areas to see you are car become a wonderful fix up job when they are done. These people are professional and theyre also pleasant and they will make sure your vehicle is made right before it goes home with you. Paint jobs are great. getting the car in and out as quickly as possible without making shortcuts is true. So these people will always be my fix it up people when and if I ever get another accident. My van was fixed quickly and beautifuly. The staff were very professional and friendly. They let me know what was going on every step of the way. When I picked up my van to my surprise in was washed, vacumned and the tires were even shiny. Definitely recommend this place.
