Tow truck driver was nice enough to take us to the hotel, unload, to the shop drop the car, and back to the hotel. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name but he deserves a raise after helping me AFTER doing a 6 hour haul that day. Stand up guy

I was in an accident and I was thoroughly impressed with how prompt their service was and how kind they were in such a delicate situation. The management is great and their team is willing to help readily. I highly reccommend them for your towing needs if you ever get in a tight spot in Burley and the surrounding areas.

Dispatcher would not give an ETA other than saying the truck has just left the shop. Since i am only about 5 miles from said shop, if that, i did not expect them to take more than 1 hour to reach me. Actually. They still havent reached me and are now letting all my calls go to voice mail. With a REAL ETA i can make real decisions and they can keep my business. This doesnt work for me.

Truck got stuck in some sandy dirt next to the pond and I called them and the woman got frustrated because she couldn’t figure out where I was and told me “sorry you have to call someone else”. This is one nasty woman telling people to go elsewhere when they need help. Don’t give them your business.

Great driver awesome service

These guys are awesome. We were driving our 36-foot motor home one night in Utah when we suddenly lost steering. It was late evening and very very dark out there on the side of the road. The tow boys showed up unbelievably fast and had us towed to their place in Idaha within a couple of hours. Not only did they tow --they drove us to our chosen motel in town - about 8 miles more. Next morning they had made the repair before noon and drove into town once more to bring us back to our rig. We were on the road again with hardly a hiccup. And the charges were minimal.

Careless company they wouldn’t help my family member. They were stuck at the pond on the other side of the river next to the highway and the woman was nasty to them. It’s a shame that I live around here but if I ever need help I’ll make sure my insurance gets someone else first.

Worst towing experience in my life. Tow driver brings his 4 year old that keeps him distracted. He unhooked my tow bar from our rented Uhaul truck with car still on it. The tow bar pops up and tears off my jettas bumper cover. He sulks up like a kid and just hands me the bill while holding his kid. No apologies.

Called for assistance left 2 messages and 12 hours later still no return call. Thank goodness we got out on our own.
