The product was great i loved it but the girl sunny i think her name is was absolutely rude ive never experienced such bad customer service at a hair place. First my friend and i called and order a color stripper and volumizer well when i got there she had bleach and volumizer it was 40+ dollars and not what we asked for at all i told her i wanted the product we ask for and she went on to tell me it wont touch black hair color and i will be very disapointed and it wont do anything well the product i order was only 12 dollars after all said and done and less damaging on my hair and it worked it worked well! I needed more cause it only did half my hair when i go back i ask her for a toner and she goes well you might wanna get all the places you missed. Hints why i was back to get more product she was treating me like i was absolutely dumb she also told me for a toner i had to get another volumizer well i asked for a cheaper toner were i didnt have to get another volumizer amd it worked great to! I love the way my hair turned out ill post a before and after in the photos btw color stripper will take out black beautifully. I am disapointed in the store this would have never happened at Armstrong.
