This was my first time coming here and I was welcomed right when I walked through the door! Everyone was so nice and really cared about their clients. I had gotten a bad hair cut at another place and Hailee greeted me and fixed my horrible hair! She did an outstanding job and I will definitely be coming back here any time I need a hair cut!! My daughter wanted to get her very curly hair straightened before a dance. The lady who helped us, Emil, did a great job, but by the time I added a tip to bill, it was $40. Kinda steep for a tweens hair.

First time customer and LAST!!!I don’t know about the rest of the hair dressers, but mine was absolutely horrendous. First thing she said to me WHILE she was already cutting my bangs was: “Sorry my hair trimmers are dull.” I was literally feeling my hair ripping as she was cutting my bangs... kind of amateur. Never going back there again!!!! I’m not a hairdresser, but I’m assuming bang trimming is the first thing you learn in cosmetology... ?!?

If your going to operate by appointment only you should probably be better at picking up the phone. Also maybe don’t have a giant banner that says “now open”

Tasha is my go to girl!! I color my hair every months new funky color and She has never disappointed! Im treated like family, I have a great time and am even comfortable enough to give her creative freedom with my hair. I know to trust her if I ask for something she doesnt think will work and she tests. Ew products before using them to assure the quality of the product is high. Incredibly reasonable in price for cut and color

I made an appointment at 10am. When they opened, I walked in the door at 10am.There was a lady that walked in right before me, saying she wanted a cut and color and she wanted to use the stylist that I had my appointment with.My stylist says ok have a seat and the other workers say you have a appointment and my stylist responds with its ok he can waitIve been coming to this location for a couple years now and this will be my last visit.

I have found the stylist at Fantastic Sams to be the best around in Burleson for a simple haircut. I dont need my hair dyed I dont need a weave, extensions, my eyebrows plucked, laser hair removal, nor do I need a long wait or bunch of drama. I like the fact that I can go in, theres usually a short wait, and I can get my haircut and get on about my day. The Stylist always adjust my haircut 2 any particular seasonal style changes that I would like and they dont just look at your profile in their computer and then start whacking away at your hair like some places do.

Great little place to my hair done. Jeanette (sp?) cut off 12+ inches of my hair and styled it super cute! Its also easy to style on my own as well, which is nice, because we all know it can sometimes look different once you wash it at home!

The hair cut its self wasnt bad, the lady(dont remember name) who cut my brothers hair was just scissor happy. She was taking bunches of super fast. My brother loved how quick it was. However ladies if you are protective of your hair like i am... id watch out! I can see how she wouldnt listen when told to take only half an inch off, yet again i could be wrong. But Im not taking the chance. Everyone was fairly friendly!

Used to like them but they now do a terrible job at waiting on people in order. They let people who dont have appointments in ahead of people waiting over 1.5 hours. Maybe they are friends or big tippers. We would be big tippers too if they bothered to get to the hair cuts. But they didnt. Ended up leaving after they let more walk-ins cut in line. This has happened TWICE. Wont go back a third.

I’ve been going here for about four years now, there’s never a crazy wait, and the stylist try to get the cut perfect every time.Update- I got my hair cut today and ended up having to go elsewhere to get it fixed... the girl that cut my hair didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing, and ended up cutting my hair much shorter than it’s been in a long time. I paid full price and tipped her before going somewhere else and paying someone else to fix it. Not sure I’ll be going back to this location.

A bit overpriced considering the quality

So its been about 2 months since I was there with my son. He wanted a 2 all the way around his head accept for the top, which he keeps pretty long. He wanted to just trim that. Well the stylist, Emil didnt listen to a word he said and just went to town on his head. Basically butchered his hair. He didnt say anything until we got to the car, when he busted out crying, saying how much he hated it and how hes never going back. She was rushing through the cut and didnt have any concern over how rough she was being. Then. I get to the counter and have a coupon that says, can be used at ANY fantastic sams location and its refused. The girls up front had no idea how to work the computers and Im sure thats why they didnt accept the coupon. This was the worst place Ive ever gone to for a haircut for my son. I will never come back.

Melissa is the only one I use because shes amazing. I was told a while back she moved to California so I was sceptical about going today. But shes back and did an awesome job on my hair. Love that girl

I called for an appointment, I did not care which stylist but they set me up for a specific one. I walked in 2 minutes after the appointment time and proceeded to wait for just over 20 minutes ... while a dad and his son were taken ahead of me. The stylist did a good job and the price is reasonable. It was really noisy there. Lots of women getting haircuts and perms and crying babies. Was not a relaxing experience. Probably wont go back.

Emil was my stylist & she was amazing, she somehow knew EXACTLY how I wanted my hair without any direction! There was no wait & no pressure to buy products! I loved it so much I have a 2nd appointment scheduled for highlights with Emil!

Got my daughter in and out. All though a cut no dry was $22. :-/ they stop taking color walk ins at 4pm. We walked in at 4:06pm 😒 Lost a bunch of $$$.

I took my daughter to get a cut it was her first time ever in a salon so it was an exciting nervous experience for her and it was completely ruined by the way she was treated the stylist Victoria was very stern and ugly with her directions and it was horrible i DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE AT ALL!!

Awful. I had an appointment at 9 and the person didnt show up until 10. A new girl started on me but needed to be coached. They charged me $100 (curious that it was so nice and even) for color to cover a few grays on the top of my head (roots touch-up)and conditioner and blow dry (it was 30 degrees out). I didnt get all over color, highlights, haircut, keratin treatment.... nothing fancy like that. A box of color would have cost me $10 or less. I was just being lazy I guess. Came out of there so frustrated I learned my lesson i guess. My husband said I shouldnt have tipped them. Hes right. I called them out on it and she immediately removed $30 from the bill. I will not go back. There are so many other salons to choose from.

Just lost a paying customer today... been to fantastic sams many times before but today was just unacceptable. I was in there at 3:00 and they made me wait until 4:00, even though people who come in after me were taken back. And then they told me they didnt have time for me today anymore.

Should have checked the reviews before going to this place! After waiting over 30 minutes ended up leaving because the stylist refused to cut my daughters hair the way we wanted it! Said because of the thickness of my daughters hair and it being wavy it was going to take a lot of work to keep it from poofing out. OK..... Thats fine we still want it cut in this style! Proceeded to call another stylist over to tell us the same thing! I dont care this is the cut we wanted and who were they to choose a style for my child!!??? So we ended up leaving. If they were to dumb to know how to cut it in the picture I was showing them they should have just said they didnt know how instead of arguing with me trying to change our mind about the type of style we chose! I didnt ask for an opinion I for a haircut and then to refuse because they didnt think it was the right style of cut for my child!

Terrible service. I came in at 905am a guy walked I right ahead of me. He put his name down then I put my name down right after him. He immediately went in and got his hair cut. 45 minutes later another guy came in and he was told it would be 30 minutes. Well the guy ahead diniahe hair cut 15 minutes later. Thinking i was next they called someone else up. So, now that I have waited an hour I went and asked the receptionist how much longer it would be and she told me about another 30 minutes. I told her I had already waited an hour. Her only excuse was that there were a lot of women getting their hair done today. Frustrated I just left and I wont be back..

Overpriced compared to other Fantastic Sams in the area, staff member kept correcting my child through my appointment, stylist did not blow dry my hair completely, therefore she did not style it. I still paid the price as if she did though.

I went to get hair colored showed the pictures and she said she could it. I wanted it red with blonde She total messed it up. In front one whole side was bleached out and the other side was red. Ask her how they wer going to blend and she wont answer. Kept tell her didnt like it so then she tried to start foiling it. Finally had to talk to manager so wanted back brunette now it so dark its almost black with purple tint . After 5 hours and didnt get anything like I want they had the nerve to charge me. Will never go back

I have enjoyed my three of four visits at the Burleson location. The ladies are truly kind and have wonderful customer service. My hair is always on point when I step out of the facility. There was one time my beautician cut my hair while it was wet ... which is a bad plan for black hair because it shrinks when wet ... Yet the cut was so adorable, I received more compliments about it than when I came in to get it trimmed and styled dry. FS has been a gest place for me.

My wife went to get a hair color and cut from a guy name leo. He had told my wife that it will only cost her 70 dollars to do it. Well the hair color did not even show on my wifes hair it like he did nothing. U can barely see ay brown high lights. Then when to ask for money back they wouldnt. Also he lied aboit price then when manager was told he had got yelled at for lieing for price. So then me had pocket 20 dollars out of the 70. This place is the worst. Waste of my wifes time and my money.this was my wifes frist time going to get her hair done . Now i understand to why she never wanted to go. Just though it would of been nice.i was worng.
