Needed a new starter battery for my 2014 Prius. The service rep was courteous and quickly got me taken care of. The repair took just slightly longer than the one hour estimate. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. There was complementary water. coffee or tea along with ice cream and popcorn if you wanted it. All around good experience for the situtation.

My review is long past due. Justin has gone above and beyond to make and keep me a happy customer. I am not the easiest customer to deal with but hes always patient, kind and reassuring. I know whatever I need he will do his best to take care of. Thanks Justin.
