The service was good. Both service Tech was goodI had a oil change. The only thing is when I purchased my car 2019 I bought the oil change plan and due to Covid I was only able to use one. When I went back for the second they went ahead and honored it. Yesterday was my third and I had to come out of pocket it was a waste of money for me I feel like they could at least meet me half way they have the 💰. Would not have list nothing

During my last visit although it was early for the scheduled maintenance I had a concern about something that turned out to be nothing. They offer coffee and have vending machines with an assortment of snacks which you can purchase hassle free with the up-to-date equipment. I have been using the Nissan service center for a few years after I purchased my car there. The people are always courteous, explain things well and reasonable prices. The car buying process was good too, as I told them what I was looking for and they found it for me even though it was 157 miles away. Overall I have appreciated my experiences with this dealership and they will be my first choice should I decide to purchase in the future. I will also continue to use their service center.

Avery Lattin did an excellent job of taking care of me when I took my car in to Burleson Nissan to be serviced. Avery was very friendly and courteous. He went above and beyond to look at an additional warranty item that was giving me a problem.I had a seat belt in the back seat that was not working properly. He looked at it and said it would only take a few minutes to fix. They did fix it for me, they washed my car, and gave me an additional ticket for a free car wash. I was very impressed with Averys courtesy & concern.

Dropped off car by appointment to change oil and rotate tires. Work was finished in a timely manner. They did wash the outside of the car for me, but inside wasnt vacuumed. Not a problem because I didnt pay for cleaning but I think most dealerships clean inside and out of car when you drop it off for any service.

It was a simple process for me and I was able to communicate the essentials over the phone before driving almost 4hrs to the dealership. When I arrived everything was as we decided over the phone and there were no surprises. I was in and out. No wait times which was nice because I had a long drive home. My salesman, Justin, was extremely nice and accommodating as well.

Barry took extremely great professional care of our situation. He ordered the part needed and notified us when the part arrived. The part was installed with very little wait time.It is always a pleasure to have Barry take care of our care needs. He is an amazing employee.

I called and scheduled an appointment to look at a car. I explained that I was driving 60+ miles to the dealership thus wanted to make sure the car was still available and ready for a test drive. I was assured the car would be ready for me when I arrived. Upon arrival I was told that there was an emergency and one of the Sales Managers took the car to deal with the emergency and would not be returning the car until the following day. One afternoon of PTO, 1/4 tank of gas and 120 miles on my car ... total waste of time. Im not sure what type of emergency would require a Sales Manager to take off in the car for days while the dealership is actively advertising the car for sale?

I just bought my 2nd Nissan from Burleson Nissan. Jaime Delacruz was our salesman on both of my purchases. He is a true professional. He never pressured us to buy one car over another. Once we decided on a vehicle, Jaime had us in there and out of there is less then 2 hours. Service was the worst i have ever had. I had to spend over 300.00 just to get a ride from work, home and things for my kids due to the service department keeping my truck for 3 day and did nothing but change my oil and not look at why my seat not getting hot anymore. But somehow they snuck in a tire rotation charge for something i never ask for and to say i purchase new tires 2 weeks ago at a tire shop and my tires didnt need rotation

I had the oil, filter and tires rotated this last weekend on one of our Rogues. Burleson Nissan did a great job, they got it done fast and without trying to add a lot of extras at a very fair price.Nick and Berry are good guys to work with.

They give you good service, but be careful of the hidden fees. Double check all your paperwork, and make sure you understand everything. If you do that you should get a good deal.

Did not have color of car I wanted. They held on to my car keys trying to sell me different color car I didnt want .

So I was in a wreck and my car was totaled through no fault of my own. I wanted another Murano, but my husband wanted a Pathfinder. We have always bought from a different dealership in Arlington, but they were out of the vehicles I was interested in. The guy we’ve always purchased through sent us to Burleson to test drive a Pathfinder since he knew a salesperson there. We honestly were just going to test drive only. We did love the vehicle though and it wouldn’t need to be ordered, so we decided to purchase it from there. I honestly don’t know where the miscommunication came from, but not once were we told who our vehicle was financed through. We were told our credit was being checked with a few companies and that the rate we were getting was better than through our credit union. I called a couple of days in a row because I knew a payment had to be due soon. Talked to a very friendly receptionist. She transferred me once and I left a message. No response, so called again today and was told she was going to give my info to the person in finance as soon as he got off the phone. That was at 10:40 am and it is now 5:00 pm. Thankfully I looked in my contract and found the lien holder and called them. My payment was due today! I mean come on, how hard is a phone call when I just purchased a $40,000 vehicle? Not impressed. I did purchase the oil change and tire rotation package and do hope the service is better.

I drove up and an associate came out and asked what I needed today. I was getting my oil changes and tires rotated. I showed him a offer I got for an oil change in the mail. They sent me a text that my filter needed changing and brake fluid was dirty and gave me the choice to do it or not. He told me they were pretty backed up but would have it ready in about 2 1/2 hours, which they did. They are very friendly. This is the 3rd Nissan I have owned. I owned 2 others when I lived in. East Texas. The dealership is clean and comfortable.

We went to go look at a truck, A sweet young lady named Caitlin came out to help us, She was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Gave us a lot of information.. Impressed my husband he said most men her age couldnt tell you 1/2 of what she knew. We will definitely be back, We are looking forward to working with her.

The oil change and tire rotation were done in a timely manner. But I had credit for a free tank of gas from the salesperson, and even though I mentioned it, the service department forgot about it. I had to wait a while for my tank of gas. But they followed through, so all in all, I was satisfied.

Walked in for an oil change, tire rotation, etc. was super easy and about an hour wait. They had a cool waiting area to watch tv, some comfy chairs, a snack bar, and a good atmosphere. Not bad.

Probably the best auto shopping experience weve ever had. Extremely gracious. We were shopping for an electric vehicle and, unlike every other dealership we visited, they were able to answer all of our questions. They know EVs. Very helpful in helping with financing options. We will continue to do business with Burleson Nissan.

As far as service goes the experience was really good, as far as being a repeat customer to purchase.. never we got charged some bogus fee called Burleson protection on a used car, this was explained after we purchased and was looking for my husband a truck and he saw that and questioned what it was since it was almost $2,000.00 they said it was for oil change filters detailing etc but that it was a fee they charge to cover if another vehicle comes in and needs an engine or transmission and so on. Seriously they are charging this on all used cars, we bought at another dealer and evidently this is a common fee however we pay less than $500 at the other dealer. The other dealer also includes first oil change free, for $2,000 we should of received something

These gentlemen are very professional at what they do every time I have things done and check on prices on what needs to be done they are honest. My favorite mechanics say that theyre doing exactly what theyre supposed to be doing. I cant use them because they live too far away. So Im happy with Burleson shop and everything they do for me.

Bought a used car there but before I could drive it home, they replaced the AC compressor and the blower/fan motor. When driving it was really loud under the hood, and a week later the AC died. Took it back and they discovered a harness that needed replaced and also addressed the very loud noise when the air was on. They did a fantastic job. Runs very quiet and has cold air.

It’s just no one there will ever return phone calls. I’ve been trying to have accounts payable and finance department to call me back about a cancellation on a gap policy and after three days straight leaving messages no return calls. They are quick to take your money but when it’s time for a refund on a extended warranty no one seems to return calls.

The staff is always very friendly. They answer your questions and are not pushy to try and sell you something. The go over details, what is coming up, an estimated cost but do not pressure you to pay for something you are not ready to do.I schedule my appointments, and have always had an amazing turn around. I don’t have to sit and wait for hours or days to get my vehicle running.

Driving home from a vacation trip and lost air in a tire. Nursed it to Burleson Nissan, tire fixed, car washed and smile on my face in about 45 minutes! Best part....no charge!! Amazed and thank you!!

Maybe they are very busy and dont have enough employees because communication is very bad right now. The service advisor was very nice & helpful when I got to talk to him, but he didnt follow through on calling me back to let me know what was happening with my vehicle or how much it was going to cost!

I have been into the service department in Burleson a couple of times this month and both times it’s been a great experience. I feel like I’m in and out I guess because usually I’m watching the movies they have on the tv. I know they’re busy and sometimes it’s going to be a little wait so I just try to have some patience and understanding. I always go out to a clean car even though I tell them it doesn’t matter if they wash it or not.

They told me an hour and a half to fix my truck. Two hours later, it was ready plus inspected, fluids topped off. Tires checked and washed. First time a repair went by the estimated schedule in my life. And they saved me over 400 dollars over the price I was given at other shops. The people there were the best. Really glad I bought a Nissan from them.

Had to drop off my car for sensor repair. I was not informed that it would be a multiple day operation. I was not upset, but it could have been communicated better. I was also told my car was given a quick wash, but it didnot look as if it had been cleaned.

The reason for 4 starsversus 5 stars is because I tried to set up my appointment on line but the service tech I wanted was not listed....and for that matter the service tech I got was not listed either, but he said hed been working at this dealership for over a year. !!??Why arent all service techs listed as a choice when going on line?I like to build a relationship with a service tech I have come to like and trust....and therefore the on line choice list should evolve with the staff.

Service department was great. A little slow on acknowledging me but once that happened they were good. Sales department not so great that’s why we leased both our Nissans from Fort Worth Nissan. Anytime we’ve gone in to Burleson Nissan to look at cars the sales people act like they can’t be bothered. Our lease comes up soon on my 2019 Nissan Maxima and we will go back to Ft Worth Nissan to handle that even though we live in Crowley very close to Burleson Nissan.

I was sent an email about a recall on my 2017 Altima, for a hood latch.Included in the email, was a statement saying for my troubles, they would change my oil free of charge.When i went in to pick it up, i had a repaired hood latch, but no oil change.When i requested the oil change, i was told They dont do that.Maybe take the oil change statement out of your email, if it is false.

Stay AWAY. Horrible !!! Horrible !!! Horrible experience this Saturday (July 24, 2021). Im pushing 60 years old and have bought many new and used cars over the years. Ive spent the past 20+ years in customer service and know how to speak and communicate with people. Ive got to say. This sales person was the most rude Ive dealt with ever. He was very cocky and unwilling to explain any of the fees they placed on our bid sheet. Like: $2,000 fee for a Nissan dealer check. They charge you $1,978 to do a 171 point inspection yet do NOT give you a 30 day warranty. Not even a 1 day warranty. So if the car craps out on you on the way home. Its on you.My advice. Go elsewhere. There are a ton other dealerships out there all over the metroplex that are easier to work with. Stay away from this one.-Jim

My pathfinder had a misfire issue that I ordered parts for and the counter staff were looking out for me and tried to save me some money. My attempts to fix it didn’t work out so I brought it in for service. The parts team worked proactively with the service team to get the right parts sorted out and my repair was done quickly and and the truck runs better than it ever has. It could have been a nightmare but thanks to the awesome customer service, especially from the parts group, it was almost painless.
