The service was good. Both service Tech was goodI had a oil change. The only thing is when I purchased my car 2019 I bought the oil change plan and due to Covid I was only able to use one. When I went back for the second they went ahead and honored it. Yesterday was my third and I had to come out of pocket it was a waste of money for me I feel like they could at least meet me half way they have the πŸ’°. Would not have list nothing

I have been using the Nissan service center for a few years after I purchased my car there. The people are always courteous, explain things well and reasonable prices. The car buying process was good too, as I told them what I was looking for and they found it for me even though it was 157 miles away. Overall I have appreciated my experiences with this dealership and they will be my first choice should I decide to purchase in the future. I will also continue to use their service center.

Avery Lattin did an excellent job of taking care of me when I took my car in to Burleson Nissan to be serviced. Avery was very friendly and courteous. He went above and beyond to look at an additional warranty item that was giving me a problem.I had a seat belt in the back seat that was not working properly. He looked at it and said it would only take a few minutes to fix. They did fix it for me, they washed my car, and gave me an additional ticket for a free car wash. I was very impressed with Averys courtesy & concern.

Dropped off car by appointment to change oil and rotate tires. Work was finished in a timely manner. They did wash the outside of the car for me, but inside wasnt vacuumed. Not a problem because I didnt pay for cleaning but I think most dealerships clean inside and out of car when you drop it off for any service.

It was a simple process for me and I was able to communicate the essentials over the phone before driving almost 4hrs to the dealership. When I arrived everything was as we decided over the phone and there were no surprises. I was in and out. No wait times which was nice because I had a long drive home. I called and scheduled an appointment to look at a car. I explained that I was driving 60+ miles to the dealership thus wanted to make sure the car was still available and ready for a test drive. I was assured the car would be ready for me when I arrived. Upon arrival I was told that there was an emergency and one of the Sales Managers took the car to deal with the emergency and would not be returning the car until the following day. One afternoon of PTO, 1/4 tank of gas and 120 miles on my car ... total waste of time. Im not sure what type of emergency would require a Sales Manager to take off in the car for days while the dealership is actively advertising the car for sale?

So I was in a wreck and my car was totaled through no fault of my own. I wanted another Murano, but my husband wanted a Pathfinder. We have always bought from a different dealership in Arlington, but they were out of the vehicles I was interested in. The guy we’ve always purchased through sent us to Burleson to test drive a Pathfinder since he knew a salesperson there. We honestly were just going to test drive only. We did love the vehicle though and it wouldn’t need to be ordered, so we decided to purchase it from there. I honestly don’t know where the miscommunication came from, but not once were we told who our vehicle was financed through. We were told our credit was being checked with a few companies and that the rate we were getting was better than through our credit union. I called a couple of days in a row because I knew a payment had to be due soon. Talked to a very friendly receptionist. She transferred me once and I left a message. No response, so called again today and was told she was going to give my info to the person in finance as soon as he got off the phone. That was at 10:40 am and it is now 5:00 pm. Thankfully I looked in my contract and found the lien holder and called them. My payment was due today! I mean come on, how hard is a phone call when I just purchased a $40,000 vehicle? Not impressed. I did purchase the oil change and tire rotation package and do hope the service is better.

I drove up and an associate came out and asked what I needed today. I was getting my oil changes and tires rotated. I showed him a offer I got for an oil change in the mail. They sent me a text that my filter needed changing and brake fluid was dirty and gave me the choice to do it or not. He told me they were pretty backed up but would have it ready in about 2 1/2 hours, which they did. They are very friendly. This is the 3rd Nissan I have owned. I owned 2 others when I lived in. East Texas. The dealership is clean and comfortable.

As far as service goes the experience was really good, as far as being a repeat customer to purchase.. never we got charged some bogus fee called Burleson protection on a used car, this was explained after we purchased and was looking for my husband a truck and he saw that and questioned what it was since it was almost $2,000.00 they said it was for oil change filters detailing etc but that it was a fee they charge to cover if another vehicle comes in and needs an engine or transmission and so on. Seriously they are charging this on all used cars, we bought at another dealer and evidently this is a common fee however we pay less than $500 at the other dealer. The other dealer also includes first oil change free, for $2,000 we should of received something

Bought a used car there but before I could drive it home, they replaced the AC compressor and the blower/fan motor. When driving it was really loud under the hood, and a week later the AC died. Took it back and they discovered a harness that needed replaced and also addressed the very loud noise when the air was on. They did a fantastic job. Runs very quiet and has cold air.

I’ve been trying to have accounts payable and finance department to call me back about a cancellation on a gap policy and after three days straight leaving messages no return calls. They are quick to take your money but when it’s time for a refund on a extended warranty no one seems to return calls.

Ive spent the past 20+ years in customer service and know how to speak and communicate with people. Ive got to say. This sales person was the most rude Ive dealt with ever. He was very cocky and unwilling to explain any of the fees they placed on our bid sheet. Like: $2,000 fee for a Nissan dealer check. They charge you $1,978 to do a 171 point inspection yet do NOT give you a 30 day warranty. Not even a 1 day warranty. So if the car craps out on you on the way home. Its on you.My advice. Go elsewhere. There are a ton other dealerships out there all over the metroplex that are easier to work with. Stay away from this one.-Jim

The team at Burleson Nissan parts and service are amazing. They always provide exceptional service. My pathfinder had a misfire issue that I ordered parts for and the counter staff were looking out for me and tried to save me some money. My attempts to fix it didn’t work out so I brought it in for service. The parts team worked proactively with the service team to get the right parts sorted out and my repair was done quickly and and the truck runs better than it ever has. It could have been a nightmare but thanks to the awesome customer service, especially from the parts group, it was almost painless. I would strongly recommend Burleson Nissan for any of your parts or service needs.
