I was in the preliminary stages of investigation into complete home automation, entertainment and security when I visited WiHome and I was very impressed with the approach taken by WiHomes. They first wanted to understand my goals and expectations from the project and they discussed alternatives for different approaches with pros and cons of each. They never tried to sell me something. I was very happy with the end solution they designed than exceeded my expectations and I have recommended them to my friends.

The team is very patient in explaining what needed to be done to upgrade our system and the installation went very well. The technicians have always come back whenever we needed support. Cory was the technician that did the actual installation. It was fairly complex - yet they both were outstanding in their understanding and execution of what I was looking for. On a recent weekend I called WiHome Integration for technical support. The owner, Justin, was a great help to me. His knowledge of Control4 software and his remarkable problem-solving abilities are rare indeed. His professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the problem quickly exceeded my expectations. Im a security guy, Justin did a great job explaining everything. He didnt talk down to me, nor try to bedazzle me with BS.Justin came out to the residence twice to ensure we were on the same page. We reviewed the information, my wants and needs, confirmed the equipment would satisfy my requirements, recommended change and we settled on a plan.Justin did a great job, was very knowledgeable, and truly has a passion and gift with working with technology all the while understand peoples requirements.Justin was recommended to me by an electrician, and I will use both in the future.

Justin and his team are fantastic! We originally bought our Control4 system from Best Buy and had Geek Squad install. After numerous errors and system failures, Justin came to the rescue. Ive not had the pleasure of meeting Justin in person but I spoke with him on the phone and through emails. I contacted him to ask a question about a new device for control4. He was very knowledgeable about the device and proceeded to ask me if I enjoyed my control4 system. After a few emails and a telephone conversation he offered to make a few complimentary program changes to my control4 system. I was very surprised when he made that offer but am very pleased that I took him up on it. He did a fantastic job with the things I asked him to do and even made a couple of changes that I wouldnt have thought of doing. ABSOLUTELY THE BESTI wanted to take a minute to write a quick review and say how wonderful it has been to work with Justin and his team.I first met Justin almost 10 years ago. The local gold dealer in the DC area (Myer Emco) was just horrible to work with and couldnt get around to giving me the information on a system I wanted.I put a call into Justin. Within hours he got back to me and set up time to discuss my needs and how Control4 would work. Within days - the install process began. In the time I wasted with my first dealer - Justin installed a fairly large system and thought me how to make changes.Over the years, hes been able to respond to questions and do updated.Several years ago my system director died, and within a day he had me up an running on a new director.What really amazed me, and the reason for my review..... recently I had 3 controllers die within weeks of each other. Could you imagine, no way to control your lights or audio/visual equipment with remotes? A call from Justin and I was up and running again in a day.Not only does Justing know and understand the product, making a painless process to move to automation - hes also there when you need service! Even 10 years later.

Justin T installed our system of Control4 gear, teles, , sonos, projector and rack system. Very integrated and easy to use. He and the team have worked with us as we got to know the system and made slight adjustments to configure it to our specifics. Good job!

Between Justin and Diego at WiHome and Enlighteneds team of Patrick, Josh and Andy we have incredible outdoor lighting. Totally controlled at our wishes. And a zippy internet house despite interior plaster and brick walls thanks to Diego. Cant say enough about these folks putting together a lighting package that our neighbors envy for show and a blazing internet for work. Highly recommended.

I had a home theater built in 2014 by a place that is now out of business. I purchase the Control 4 system that was not working. I first contacted Best Buy and they took $150 deposit, and then said it may take another $750 to reprogram. When I contacted wihome and spoke with Justin, he asked me a couple of questions and said it probably needed an update. He did all by phone and said no charge. Wow what service. After working for 12 hours I got home and system was working perfectly. I can use my iPad or cell phones to operate. I found my home for future upgrades to my home. You only need to make 1 call for your needs and that is to Wihome. Thanks again for great service Justin.

Justin Tsuchida of WiHome Integration is one of the finest audio-video dealers I have done business with in the last 30 years, and that covers both audio dealers in the greater Los Angeles area as well as the entire metro area of Washington DC. Justin has earned my highest recommendation for his knowledge of products; technical expertise; outstanding service and expertise with regards to installations; honesty; and personal interaction with me as a customer. The most important point Id make about Justin is to listen carefully to his understated recommendations. Justin wont give you a hard sell, as will many of the salesmen in audio-video who could just as easily sell used cars. When Justin recommends a product, it may sound like a mild recommendation, but I have learned, time and again, that his understated recommendations are in fact spot-on and are more truthful and credible than the vast majority of retail audio dealers. (And I have been abused and received appalling customer service by some leading audio dealers including one in the Washington-Northern Virginia metro area. So if this sounds like an over-the-top recommendation, it is because it is and reflects some very bad experiences, which only makes me appreciate Justin all the more.)When I first met Justin his first understated recommendation was that I install Control4 to operate my complicated home theater system. It was the best recommendation he ever made. That system provides superb automation of my entire system. And I use it for far more than just turning equipment and lights on and off. I use it to send complicated commands that change settings on multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously. The critical factor in the effectiveness of such a home automation system is the dealer who programs and supports the system – it is not just the hardware supplied by a company like Control4. Without a great dealer and programmer, the system is a waste of money -- plain and simple. Justin is a wizard when it comes to C4 programming. If you want to install full home automation, or just control the components in a home theater, your first call should be to Justin.With regards to audio and video equipment, Justin provides great guidance on when it makes economic sense to upgrade equipment, and what to purchase. I always do my own research, which inevitably validates the recommendation that Justin already made. If you want to save time, my advice is to skip the research and just listen to Justin. He also can provide excellent advice on how to install the equipment, and thanks to Justin I stopped using audio racks with shelves, and moved to a full rack system. No other dealer ever made that recommendation, largely because they don’t care about support after a sale or how you install the equipment. Even in that case, Justin’s choice of a rack system was one that is built into beautiful furniture and rather than being just black ugly steel.Finally, it is critical to find a dealer who knows how to do an installation in walls, and avoid cutting extra holes in your walls. Justin recently installed speakers in my ceiling for a Dolby Atmos system. This was done in a basement of a 1959 home that has huge beams and ducts in the ceiling. Despite that, Justin did not have to cut a single extra hole or channel in the theater room ceiling --- only the four holes for the speakers. (He did have to take down one piece of trim on the back side of a soffit, which Ill replace with plastic conduit to hold the wire. Once painted no one will ever notice. This was an amazing result, and it is an understatement to say that Im extremely pleased by the quality of the installation. Few home automation or AV installers would have honored my request to take the extra time to find solutions by running wire down internal channels and studs to avoid cutting extra holes.For home automation, home theater installations, as well as the purchase of audio and video equipment, you need make only one call – and that is to Justin Tsuchida and WiHome Integration.
