I started using TechMedX a few years ago to troubleshoot computer issues. They were wonderful. Shawn and Dawn are responsive and very knowledgeable. Since then Ive moved twice and they have come out after both moves and hooked up EVERYTHING electrical for me (TV, Alexa, computer, printer, fax etc) and have shown me shortcuts that save me so much time. This great Burke business is awesome...if BIOS, SSD, HD, RAM means nothing to you, but you need your computer to work and it doesnt right now, dont waste your techie neighbors time, and please call Dawn and Shawn immediately. Great service and responsive. Originally used TechMedX to fix a website problem that was overloading my email account. Recently contacted them regarding a solution to remotely login to my work computer and they recommended a product that was free and easy enough to install and configure myself.
