I have used Capable Computers several times now, as have my friends. ALWAYS he has responded quickly, solved the problem, and even helped me out with quick email questions I have. Its like having your very own (super capable!) IT professional at the ready. I will use this service for all my computer issues going forward, and cannot recommend them highly enough. Its businesses like these that make me wish I could leave a 6-star review! Use this company! You wont be disappointed!

My first experience with Dale at Capable Computers was awesome. I have a self-built custom rig that I am normally comfortable troubleshooting myself, but I had an issue of which I wasnt totally sure of the severity.Because I was in the midst of a time-sensitive project, I needed to find a place that could get me back up and running in a reasonable amount of time. I stumbled across Capable Computers on Google and saw all the great reviews, and that was enough for me. The fact that he is open as early as 8 a.m. was a huge plus.Dale was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and very accommodating with my concerns. I dropped off my rig and he had it back to me that same afternoon. The price for the work I had done was also completely fair and reasonable. Would 100% recommend Capable Computers to anyone, and will certainly be returning myself should the need arise!

I contacted Dale about a new PC. From the beginning, he explained everything in a clear manner and gave me several options. When I finally made a decision, he provided locations with the best prices. While building my machine, he found a part which had defects. He met me at a local store on his own time to replace the part. There was excellent service and communication throughout the entire process. I will be using and recommending Capable Computers as long as I live in the area!

I recently required the services of a computer person to set up my laptop. I had previously used Capable Computers Dale Hamilton on another issue and was very pleased with his work. Dale is a full service technician who can help you either by telephone, doing a service call, or depending upon the situation, working remotely. In this instance I needed Dale to come out to my home which he did and accomplished all that had to be done in a timely manner plus gave me a tutorial on a couple of my devices! I wholeheartedly recommend him to one and all!!

5.0 star rating 10/14/2016When I started having problems with my laptop I asked my neighbors if they had any experience with a computer repair service. They had both used the same company, so I decided to try it. Unfortunately, I didnt have the positive experience my neighbors did so I started a search on Yelp for other companies. I noticed that all of the reviews for Capable Computers were excellent, so I called Mr. Hamilton and explained my situation. During the phone call, Mr.Hamilton discussed various options on how to deal with my problem. He was very easy to understand, sounded pleasant and knowledgeable so I had him come over to work on the laptop. When he arrived, he immediately started working on the laptop and answered various questions I had while he was working. Since he fixed the laptop in a relatively short time, I indicated that I had problems with two other laptops as well. After I explained those problems, he said he would take them with him and fix them at home. A couple of days later he called and said that both of the laptops were fixed and asked when he could bring them over. Overall, Mr. Hamilton did an excellent job of dealing with all three laptops. I will definitely call him when I experience other computer problems, and I highly recommend him to others.

Dave was extremely friendly and professional. He is very reasonable when changing and very helpful about advising options. If I have computer issues again, Ill be sure to call him and i recommend his work to everyone. 10/2016.

We feel so fortunate for finding Dale for our PC hardware/software needs! Smart, completely technically capable (hence the name I suppose!) responsive, kind-hearted, prompt, clear communications....It was so great to have confidence in someone for repair-or-replace decisions, parts ordering, etc.

Dale is extremely good at what he does, very courteous and very prompt. Turned in a laptop with a busted hard drive and he got it back to me the same day with a new ssd and windows already installed, he worked with me to keep the cost as low as possible and gave me all the options available and was generally just easy to work with. Cannot recommend capable computers enough.

I am so thankful for people like Dale Hamilton of Capable Computers, especially to help non-tech savvy people like myself! I was panicked over my dying laptop and he came in to save the day! He is reassuring, kind-hearted, knowledgeable, helpful and followed up with me to make sure everything was back up and running. I feel so much better knowing there is computer/tech help at a moments notice.

Dale is an expert who really knows what he says and shows it to you. Very professional, trustworthy and sincere. He is also very thorough and prompt. I will definitely ask for his help again for any tech problem I will encounter.

This guy is great. I had wanted to upgrade my gaming pc for a long time. Dale told me my options and then helped me narrow down exactly what I wanted. He came to my house and in a very short time installed my new equipment and had my PC back up a running. Everything was painless and he did it all for a very reasonable price. Would definitely use again/recommend to friends and family.

Dale was fantastic! He came out to our Preschool and fixed all of our networking/computer problems. He explained everything he was doing so we could understand and taught us some basic trouble shooting techniques. Dale was very friendly, professional, and I would recommend him to everyone!

Dale not only fixes your device quickly and at a good price; he issues a detailed report of what he did, and also includes specific suggestions (with web links to specific parts if appropriate) for software and hardware fixes/upgrades you can do yourself to make your machine run better. Nobody does that!

Though I have never actually been serviced or even used capable computer, i know they are extremely helpful. I accidently spilled some water on my laptops keyboard. About half of the keys stopped working.I emailed capable computer for a price inquiry. They went a step further giving me advice to try and fix it. Then they went out of their way to find out my part number for a new key board for my laptop. They told me how much it will cost.Because I had an extended warranty with squaretrade, it was cheaper for me to send it to squaretrade for repair without any costs to me compared to me paying for a repair then squaretrade pays me back. I didn’t have the money for that.I would recommend to anyone who has any computer needs to come to capable computer
