Said online they take debit cards. There is NO disclaimer on main page that you need AAA or costco membership alomg with debit card im order to be able to rent from them... I own my own business, im above 25 years, but dont have AAA or a costco card, so I cant use Hertz. Are you kidding me?!!!

Recognition should only be given to Eric at this particular Hertz location. There were several issues with our rental car reservation which caused additional money spent and many inconveniences. Eric took the time to make it right. Honestly if it wasn’t for Eric our trip would have been drastically different. Hertz has declined drastically so make sure you keep your reservation information but thank you Eric.

Diana from Sales and Phil in Finance were forthcoming and honest with my interest rate despite bad credit, never lied and negotiated a sale within mine and my fiances predetermined budget with ease. I recommended Hertz for used sales over any dealer (who also resales rental vehicles bought by the rental car companies). Do yourself a favor and cut out the middle man!

Unfortunately, I cannot give this office a good review. When picking up the rental car, we had to wait almost 25 minutes to get the rental car. When i returned the car, I got my receipt. I reviewed my receipt and there was a 23 dollars charge for gas. I asked the gentleman why he did not mentioned this to me before he charged my card. He told me he told me that he mentioned the total charge. He failed to mention the fuel charge and that the tank was missing 1/8 from what we got it. We just came from the gas station. Thai attitude was rude. Very disappointed with my experience. I wish i could close my vacation to Seattle on a nicer note.

They are stealing over $200 from me. I looked @prices online and saw a van for $20 a day (which is what my insurance would cover) when I went to pick up the vehicle they said it was 23 a day and said to take the van and theyd see if my insurance would make an exception to cover over $20. My insurance said no, so I called to swap out the van for a $20 or less a day vehicle. Scott answered said they were close to closing and didnt have any vehicles available to swap, I asked if he could call around to near by locations to see if I could swap there because I could not afford out of pocket. He called back 10 minutes later and said there was a mistake somewhere and the van I had was $19 and some change so I WOULD NOT have to pay out of pocket and could keep the van. I remember telling my partner I wonder if he just gave me a discount because he didnt want to deal with it lol, he didnt sound like he wanted to do the work the first time I called. My insurance ended up totalling my vehicle so the policy no longer covered a rental after 12/23, but said I could keep renting it out of pocket for the same price, since it was Christmas weekend we had no choice but to pay for the extra 5 days until Monday after Christmas. When I went to return it on Monday 12/28 the gentleman (who was the only person there) quoted $365, it shouldnt have been more than $125 with taxes. I said woah no no no that is wrong, it should only be around $100. After he tried to look at what went wrong he said there was some kind of code that only the general manager could fix and they already left. He tried calling him but he was already gone for the day. He told me he would put the payment on hold so it didnt charge me the wrong amount, but wouldnt charge me for more rental days since I returned it. He said dont worry, well take care of you I have a one and two year old and like everyone else during this time have an extremely full plate and I never heard back. I kept forgetting to follow up, and then recently I saw my credit card was maxed out. While looking at the statements to find out why, I see a charge from hertz on 12/28 for $365.04!!! I have been getting the run around ever since! The location manager refers me to corporate, corporate refers me to the location, and back and forth. I have the days and times that Scott told me I was ok to keep the van at less than $20 a day, and they havent even asked him about it. Ive been on hold for 30 minutes with corporate trying to speak to a supervisor. They are saying I agreed to out of pocket costs when I did not! I was going to return the van for a cheaper vehicle and was told I didnt need to because it was at the price my insurance would cover. There is NO accountability. I hate to sound dramatic, but they are robbing me!

We showed up and were told there were no cars available, despite having prepaid for a reservation (through the Hertz website). We had to wait an hour for someone to return a car and then had to fight against being charged extra because that car was slightly bigger than the one we originally paid for. There were several groups after us being turned away despite also having prepaid reservations. I will never reserve a car with Hertz again.

They are running a scam. On the day we rented we saw 3 other customers with the exact same issue. All of us reserved thru Priceline and chose Suppliers choice. When we got there we waited 45 min before being waited on, with only one man at the counter. He then tried to give us a cargo van!!!! Ummm, no. Were on vaca not delivering for Amazon. He offered us an upgrade for $20/day. I asked to speak to the manager who wouldnt come down to speak in person, only would speak on speaker phone. Of course we were stuck and had to accept...as did the 3 others before us. They blame Priceline but I blame them. What an absolute scam and racket they are running. Wonder what they would have done if we accepted the cargo van...I bet they didnt even have a cargo van to rent. I will never rent with them again. And neither should you...save yourselves the aggravation.

I bought a certified car here, that I ended up being dissatisfied with. Similarly to already related experiences, an inspection by an independent mechanics raised some red flags and I preferred to leverage buy back warranty. What a pain it was! The manager was one of the worst kind, and tried to make my return harder than it needed to be.I am glad I finally returned the car (still waiting for the refund still...), I found the same model with half the mileage, better condition for the same price and with nicer shopping experience. The one I bought from another dealer was also initially a rental car and after talking to different dealerships: it looks like hertz sells the good cars to other dealers and this place only sell the leftovers.I would recommend to not shop there. Or at least get it at lower price, their no-haggle price are definitely not competitive.

I bought a used certified car from HERTZ. The experience was initially smooth; Olga let us try different cars without any pressure.Unfortunately, I discovered some technical issues on it during a professional inspection that I payed for and that I was not expecting with such a certified vehicle.I decided to return the car and leverage the buy-back return. Then they announced me that I will have to wait for 4 to 8 weeks to get my money back. Be aware about this huge delay if you think you might need this warranty. As of today, they owe me the price of a car and the manager was not even able to guarantee I would get my money in the 8 weeks delay! I also really disliked that the manager tried to dissuade me from returning the car with reasons that were obviously gross pretexts. I came anyway and the return process was actually fast and streamlined, but as of today I am still waiting for my money. Be careful.

Was in on Saturday to test drive a few cars I had seen online and was greeted within 5 minutes by someone who offered to find me a Sales Person. I worked with Victoria, she was fantastic! We took a few cars out to test drive, then she gave me plenty of thinking space as I went over my options (picking a color was quite the dilemma for me lol). She had multiple customers there and did a great job at balancing everyones needs. At no point did I feel pressured to buy and ended up driving away with my new Toyota Yaris later that day!I have only had her a few days, but I am enjoying my smaller, much more gas efficient car! Thanks to the Hertz Car Sales Team!

Aldrin was extremely nice over the phone always asking how i was before getting into business matters! He helped me finish the whole process correctly and pretty fast too. We went there twice and James Allen showed us the cars, along with useful information for comparison between makes/models. He did a great job and also gave us plenty of times to check the cars without any high pressure/ rush. It was a pleasant experience. We ended up getting a car that better fits our needs than Hertzs current inventory, but would certainly think of Hertz in the future.One thing to suggest, it will be very nice if cars could be tidied up some more (get rid of big garbage like cans, paper).

I bought a recently and was told it was Bluetooth compatible and it isnt unless its plugged in with an AUX cord. I was given the run around and no help. Super irritating and wouldnt have gotten wrapped into this whole mess if I knew better.

I had to return my used car sales from HERTZ 3 weeks ago. For the moment the contract is respect because it allow them to send me my refund 4 weeks after the return, but it is still unconfortable especially because they never answer to my phone calls. Be aware to the delay of refund if you need this service and take note that the service is not highly reactive to provide you informations about your money.

I got my first car from here but I won’t be getting my next car from them. Every time I have called, for any questions related to my warranty, my loan, or anything I have been met with nothing but rude people including Linda.I also do not recommend the warranty. As a single woman buying a car, I felt that Linda definitely took advantage of that. My car had a simple speaker issue and the warranty didn’t even cover that. Everything it does cover are rare issues, so you’re basically paying for nothing.When I went to cancel my warranty, she made me jump through all sorts of hoops. She first started off by telling me the only way they would terminate my warranty is if I was on-site, to which I replied “what if I moved to another state? You would still have to find a way” so then she made me get it with a notarized signature.If they were actually nice and even cared about their customer service I would go back. I will be getting my second car elsewhere.

A few months ago my coworker bought a car from Hertz, and he highly recommended it. My friend was looking to buy a car, but had never done it before. We went down to the lot and were met by Brandon. He was more than friendly and fairly knowledgeable about the cars on the lot, never not having an answer to a question, and guided us around the selection. When she saw the car she wanted, a blue 2016 Mazda3, he promptly got us on the way to seeing the car. Offered us to take it on a test drive. Neither of us had insurance (sorry mom) and he took us around to show us everything worked fine. As the day went on she started to apply for loans and Brandon was more than courteous as he guided us through the process. He was never pushy and never pressured us into anything we didn’t want to do. We ended up having to come back with documentation the next day, and he had washed the car for us by hand and had it ready for us. As they were running paperwork he even washed MY CAR for me. Out of professionalism or pity for how gross my car was, it really showed me he absolutely valued the client, even when I look like an unwashed potato in torn pajama pants and a 3 day old shirt. All in all, it was like buying a car from a friend, and as someone who worked in sales, I greatly valued the time I spent with him. No BS, no hard selling tactics. Just a good dude, I wish he was my bartender so I could see him more. But I can’t buy a car everyday.

I just bought a car from this dealership yesterday and want to commend Brandon for being such a professional through the whole experience. I found my car online and after contacting the dealership about it, I got a friendly callback within minutes and Brandon even had a few cars ready at the front for me to look at. Brandon was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and ready to help. I felt like he wanted to teach me about the car more than just sell it to me and make some money. “You will not find anyone willing to give you less than 12% APR.” That is what they tried to tell me because I was a first time car buyer. I have great credit and ended up getting mid 3% at another dealership. I would advise people to be very cautious here. Really, just go elsewhere.

I bought a car here two days ago(2016 Hyundai accent)I had a great experience. My salesman was Gianni. He answered all of my questions. He was knowledgeable and there wasnt a question unanswered. I asked a lot of them because I dont buy cars very often and wanted to make sure I knew everything I could think of. He let me test drive three different cars.... which I know was annoying but he didnt even think twice he went and grabbed the keys. It was a pleasant car experience. I would buy here again for sure. The finance lady was persistent with selling the warranties, but after all that is her job cant blame her for trying. I wasnt interested though. She did start her spiel with the fact shes obligated to explain all types of warranties. All in all I would buy here again.P.S Please and thank you goes a long way. Right when I arrived and started looking at cars, Brandon walked up to me with a very kind/down to earth attitude asking me what I was looking for. I’m not very good with cars and this was my first time buying one. I’m giving a 5 star rating strictly because of how Brandon was such a great guy to work with and made my first experience a great one! While the line to rent a car (with reservation) is over an hour long bc they are short staffed, there are over 10 sales employees standing around texting doing nothing. This staffing model is awful, not to mention that the sales staff does not obey social distancing and is passing by a line of masked customers while they are laughing chatting without masks. Hassle free way to buy a great car for a fair price. Ask for Gianni, hes a no BS straight to the point guy if you tell him what youre looking for.When I went in to test drive some cars he told me straight up the one I had been looking at on the website got auctioned off the night before, but he had a lineup of similar make/model and similar price/miles sitting there waiting for me to take them for a spin when I got there.The finance department is pretty easy to deal with as well. The awesome lady who handles the financing was informative and actually sold me on a warranty with zero pressure, just told me the facts on what the warranty covered and how much it cost both per month and over the course of my loan.Ill probably be going back to Hertz for my next car, it was THAT good of an experience.

Our salesperson calmly let us test drive four cars, and once we made our choice, the paperwork and financing only took about an hour. I was planning to buy a car from your location but based on all the responses from owner i see it seems like customer is a joke or a number in the system for you guys. Why should customer reach out to you again if your employees did not address their concern or resolve the issue in the first place? Are your warranties just a way to lure customers in to complete the transaction? Instead of contacting your help email account the customer should really open a case with small claims court as not receiving the warranty benefits can be considered an option to compensate the customer from the warranty guarantor.

Very friendly & patience staff in the rental department. There was a lot of miscommunication during an insurance claim on my part of not being informed properly of my coverage. They tried every way to help that they could, it appeared. I couldnt rent from them at the time and found another solution. But if I need to rent a car in Burien for some reason Ill go to Hertz.

Have your mechanic check out any car you are thinking about buying, from this dealership and others. I took a 2017 Dodge Journey for a test drive and to have my mechanic look at it. They found the transmission case had a leak, and the seal was broken. As well as the bolt to the oil pan over tightened, stripped, and leaking. They decided to have it looked over again by their mechanics ‘pep boys’ to see if it would be reasonably affordable to repair since they won’t take money off their cars for repairs. I get a call back saying their mechanic found nothing wrong, and the vehicle is in good condition. I have pictures of the issues and sent them them the pictures. I suggested they take it to another mechanic, and said I’d pass. The vehicle is still on their website for sale. Do not trust them.

Bought second hand car here. No haggle, no non sense like misrepresenting what they have just to lure you into the lot (which I got at some dealer). Check their site, so you know what car you want to try. Not a place to go gallivant around, but a place to get a solid second hand car without being pushed around and be treated like cattle. Kyle and Eddie were very friendly and professional. Would definitely buy here again, and recommend.

Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had in my life. No professionalism and complete lack of respect toward their customers. I went in there today to purchase a car Ive researched online. I was in constant contact with a sales representative name James. He was very helpful. We made an appointment for today and at the scheduled time we met up. We spend over an hour looking at the cars and I decided on one. Everything was going fine until he left and the manager came in. The manager came in and asked us questions regarding a recent visit (see Google review) where words were exchanged by the sales rep and my boyfriend. During that visit I came in to get numbers and make sure I could afford the payments. The sales representative at that time wouldnt talk numbers until we test drove the car. We continued to insist on talking numbers first because I didnt want to fall in love with a car I couldnt afford but the rep wasnt having it. It lead to my boyfriend and the representative getting into an argument. We left because the rep said, Ill sell you a car if you come back without him. We left frustrated and mad but after consideration I decided to come back. Im sorry I did because Scott, the manager was the worst customer service representative/manager Ive ever delt with. When he walked into the room to discuss the last incident he sat in the chair and leaned back and spoke to me in a very rude and unprofessional manner. He basically said we werent welcome and were not selling you anything today or ever for that manner. I was shocked. The manner during this visit was happy until he came in. He threw away a sell of over $12K. I was literally about to sign the sell agreement. In the end Im glad I didnt because I dont want to support businesses that treat people with this much disrespect. CAUTION!!! Do NOT go here. I wouldnt rent or purchase a car here. Scott should not be the manager. If you go DEMAND respect. I will NEVER go to this place again. Buying a car is stressful enough and we dont need people like Scott. Hertz needs to do something about this so others dont get treated this way. A message will be sent to corporate.

Pretty cut and dry car buying experience. Staff was willing to work with me as I test drove multiple cars. Had a pleasant experience up until it was time for me to fill out the paperwork.The woman working in the finance department was EXTREMELY unpleasant when I declined additional warranty coverage for my car (I just didnt have the funds for it!) She was pushy and beyond rude. She said things like, So what are you gonna do about repairs? Youre just not gonna have them? and very rudely listed every single warranty option I was declining. She emphasized it in a way that made me feel slightly threatened. When I finished signing the paperwork, she smiled sweetly and thanked me like nothing had ever happened. Very very bizarre. Management, I would highly reconsider having this woman in the role of pushing warranty coverage.

I just bought a used 2016 car that looks and runs like its brand new. I was very impressed with the salesman that sold me the car, Kyle. He was genuinely nice and helpful. It seemed like he really cared about us and our situation. Kyle and the manager Scott did their very best to get me the best auto loan with the best rate. Only negative thing I have to say is that the finance lady was a bit rude from the jump and then when we declined any extended warranties or gap coverage she became an extremely not nice person and never said another word to us expect sign here. I understand her job is 100% commission and so she made no money off us but she still has to remain professional. She was so bad it really soured us on the whole experience but Kyle and Scott managed to turn it around. When we told them about our experience with her they were very concerned and helpful. That and the fact that they called me an hour after I left and told me they found me a better auto loan that saved me $40 a month brought this back up to a 5 star experience. I highly recommend buying a car here and make sure you ask for Kyle!

Be wary of this Hertz shop. I rented a car for 3 days while my personal car was repaired. The rental rate was reasonable. I had to travel out of town at the last minute, so my wife picked up the car. In addition to the rental rate, they pressured her into extra insurance of $20 per day! She hesitated, but they pressured her by saying everyone gets this. She sign and left. This effectively doubled the cost of the car for the 3 days, and I didn’t discover it until the charge came through on my credit card.Both of us called on separate occasions to get this corrected, but they first refused, then never called back once they said they would review it with their office.This is somewhat my fault because I did not think to warn her about these sorts of tactic. However, their unwillingness to deal with correcting the error irks me. Stay away from this place.

Olga was amazing! The car is great- they include a super 12 month warranty. The only bummer is the time it took. Even though I was pre-approved it is going into 2.5 hrs. I know they are busy so normally Im sure it would be less. Overall 4 very bright stars😊 Ask for Olga she is terrific!

NOT HAPPY!!!..just picked up my niece on the side of the I-5 freeway because the 2017 Nissan Sentra car she purhased last week Sunday, 1 week ago, broke down. Unbelievable!!!! I called Hertz they said to take the vehicle to a Nissan dealership and give them the warranty...well, Crystal you may be right that you need to bring a mechanic with you when you purchase any vehicles from this establishment. Lets see if the 12,000 mile warranty that came with the purchase is any good...Ill make another post and let you know what our experience is like dealing with their company warranty. Spending the entire day dealing with car issues, calling AAA, waiting for tow truck, unbelievable!!!

Pretty sure there is a big commission for the office manager on the extended warranty. I was told no problem if you change your mind and did just that after 3 days but she was not at all happy about it and that was nearly 2 months ago and still no refund of nearly $2000. The warranty company sent me a letter a month ago copying a letter they sent to the office manager saying to refund 100% and the insurance coverage was cancelled, but no refund.

Let me start off by saying we were very skeptical about this place after reading the reviews but we were pleasantly surprised. When we got there we were greeted by Kyle. We told him we wanted to look at a dodge charger and he took us to the one we wanted to see. He wasnt pushy, he let us sit in the car and look at it in peace. We were already pre-approved so the financing part of it was very simple. The price was $2k cheaper than any dealership we had looked at and the car is in perfect condition. We are beyond ecstatic with our purchase. If you decide to go through Hertz in Burien ask for Kyle, hes awesome!

Smooth pick-up and drop-off at an offsite location. The attendant (Chris) put me into a much nicer, 4-wheel vehicle for a meager $6 per day. I also forgot a jacket in the car and Chris took the time to fed ex it back to me. Would definitely recommend this location and will use again in the future.

I bought a low mileage 2016 charger from Hertz. Kyle was friendly enough. I asked if there were any issues and problems and he said all cats with issues go right to auction and indicated there were no issues. it was a sunny day so it wasnt immediately apparent but there was a visible dent on the passenger side that I saw once the car was out of the sun. should have been disclosed. I indicated twice I had experience in the car sales business and still the sales manager used high pressure to try and get me to buy a bunch of other extras on the car and seemed angry when I didnt want my payment higher. it was already nearly 400. not sure if they will make it right, but presently I gotta say only 2 stars, and thats cause I got an ok deal. I could give 3 or 4 if they would have disclosed or fixed the small dent. honesty means everything. you expect more in a no haggle non used car lot environment, but it seems that non disclosure is part of the game

From start to finish, the SeaTac Marriott Hertz was upfront and helpful. The man at the counter wad friendly and informative. Hr allowed me to make my own choices about insurance and extras even though he did tell me about their other offers. (Im a budget traveller.) I asked him some touristy questions and he answered them amiably. I wish I remembered his name but thanks, guy!The car itself was clean and ran great. I rented an economy model and received a Toyota Yaris, which saved plenty of gas. I opted out of the gas card they offer because I read you have to gas up within a specific area or distance from the rental agency. Even if thats inaccurate, I didnt want to risk any restrictions because I knew I was travelling far into the mountain roads. It worked out fine re-filling before returning the car.The return process was easy, I did a key-drop as the counter was unoccupied during the lunch hour. My timely return was acknowledged with no problem. Will be using Hertz again!

Despite a good car buying experience Hertz get a 2-star from me because Hertz is not transparent to its customers. I got a used car from Hertz Burien and even after purchase I was not informed of the Incident that was associated with the car. The incident was related to damage near the right headlight that the rental company found and documented while a customer left the vehicle after renting it. See the attached photo of the report.I asked couple times before and during purchase for any issues including accident or hits and was told that there were none. While I was purchasing, the finance person was walking me through each document I was getting for the car. Except for the Incident Report, I was shown every document. When I got home and going through the documents excited for my new car, I discovered the incident report in the bunch. I hate when seller is not transparent - not that I would have not bought the car but not telling the customer what the car went through in past and just making a sale is mere cheating. The store manager did apologize on phone but how does it matter - the sale was already made.So go ahead and buy cars from them because the car I bought is in good shape and I am loving it but be prepared for surprises post purchase.

Terrible service, terrible return policyI went into Hertz to purchase a 2017 Toyota Yaris L listed on the website. The car looked in pretty good shape. I asked the salesman, named Konstantin, if the car had been in any accidents or damage, and he said it was a clean CARFAX. I trusted him, wrote a check, and brought home the car that night.The next day, I checked the CARFAX and it said that the car had damage reported to the front right side. Then, I took the car to a reputable auto body shop to inspect if the damage had been repaired properly. They said that the car’s parts did not align correctly because they didn’t use original parts from Toyota. I decided to return the car the next day since I was still covered under the buyback policy.When I arrived at the Hertz dealer to return the car, they said that the refund would take approximately 6-8 weeks to process since the corporate office was in Oklahoma. Apparently in Hertz, they cash in the check right away, which I found very odd. I bought the car Monday, and by the next day (Tuesday), they already cashed in the check. In normal dealerships, they usually hold the check for a week so that if the customer was to return the car, they would just void the check and send you on your way.I strongly advise not to shop at Hertz. The salespeople can lie about the car’s history and the buyback program takes way too long to return your money. If you do shop at this dealer, get the VIN of the car you’re interested in, look it up in CARFAX, and then ask the salesperson about the car. If they lie about it, then walk away.

Was sold a used car, they told me I wouldnt need to take it in to a mechanic since they already do a check up on the cars, and that it would be a waste of money if I do. A week in, I noticed the clip on the back bumper was broken. Had a 12 month warranty and the extended bumper to bumper protection. Only mechanical and electrical was covered by both of those warranties. Turns out I am going to waste my money buying a new bumper out of pocket. Just make sure to get your car examined before buying it. Was my mistake trusting them to sell me a good car.

BEWARE ON FINANCE PERSON RIPPING YOU OFF! Great deal on car price BUT we had the 2017 car break down less than one week later and need to be towed. No help from Hertz. Then 45 days later car wouldnt start saying key fub problem. Could not get help from anyone at Hetrz dealership to get us a new key fub that we had already paid for and supposedly bought with the extra packages the Finance person sold us. Then we tried to work with Burien Hetz Sales but get run around - GM and finance person wont call back and dont ever seem to be available. Erica the finance person ALSO didnt send on to the warranty company signed contracts -- warrenty compnay TOLD US saying she never sent signed contracts. Just found out the Pep Boys extra package was written for wrong oil and she charged us twice what we would pay if we walked in off street. You are warned -- DONT BUY ANY extra FINANCE PACKAGES -- and READ THE CONTRACT __Erica finance person directly LIED to us on COVERAGE and what she sold us ripped us OFF by hundreds of dollars. Cant get anyone here like GM to help with these issues. YOU ARE WARNED!!!!

We purchased a Volkswagen Jetty from Hertz in Burien and the service was great. We decided to purchase another vehicle but this time the service SUCKS!!!! We are supposed to recieve a refund on the registration but its been over 3 months. When we call to get it resolved we are put on hold and then they hang up, this has happened 5 times now. Looks like I need to talk to them in person.I was looking at another vehicle for my wife at this location but why should I do business with a company that is rude and does not care.

Terrible experience. I reserved a rental car and paid upfront more than 3 weeks in advance. When I arrived to this location, I was informed that they did not have any cars for me to rent and would not be able to get me into another vehicle for hour or so. I reserved a mid sized SUV because I planned on going to the mountains to Ski for the weekend - the manager of the store angrily said you will get what you get. After an hour they brought me a Nissan Sentra and said if I wanted anything bigger I would need to pay extra for it... The manger of this establishment was rude and defensive, the associate at the front who initially helped me was ok, but I would recommend renting from a more competent company. You really do get what you pay for with these guys.

This was by far the worst experience Ive had looking at vehicles. As a first-time buyer I had a few expectations. None were fulfilled.I would like to start by saying that the vehicle I was looking at was not available in the color I wanted, despite the website stating otherwise. Andrew, who was already busy helping another client was friendly enough to help me find another color. After waiting for nearly an hour, i was told I would need proof of insurance to test drive the vehicle. This has never been an issue at previous dealerships, since a liability form can be signed instead. How is a buyer supposed to buy a car without test driving and without having insurance prior to buying that car?The car lot was also highly disorganized; vehicles parked all over the place, and a pain in the ass just to get the vehicle out of the parking lot. Despite my frustration, not one of the personnel bothered to apologize for wasting my time (I drove 40 mins just to get there). Instead, I was received with looks of ignorance and disrespect.Dont bother coming to this place without calling in advance and getting all of your questions answered. Save yourself the time and frustration.
