Went to look at a 2012 Acura MDX. The guys who helped me (David, Jose & Pablo) couldnt have been nicer people. Very knowledgeable and beyond helpful. They answered all of my questions and addressed a concern I had found while on a test drive. They were also willing to work with me to keep me within my budget. Highly recommend this place; and these people. I realize now why this place has been around as long as it has. Will be buying my cars here from now on.

David helped us find a reliable vehicle for my aunt on a rainy Saturday. He was knowledgeable in their vehicles. We went with a strict budget but went over it because of my aunt’s credit, but David was very empathetic towards our needs and still helped us find a car that fit our finances. I am so glad to be writing a good review. This place is great, low pressure sales, cars are in great shape. Got to give the mechanic shop they use a pat on the back as well. Everything on this car works, I mean everything. it wasnt for lack of trying to find something wrong so I could talk them down on price. Alex was our sales person. He had the car up front and ready for us to look at before we got there. All the cars in their lot, looked great. We had been looking for a car for the last two weekends. we had almost given up hope finding a 2006-2010 with under 100.000 miles within our budget which was around $9,000. Alex gave us the keys answered a bunch of my questions. He had seen that I brought my code scanner, thermo gun and stethoscope. He said take all the time you need and left us alone to do my thing. we spent about 45 minutes crawling around the car. I even checked the long and short term fuel trims. we then took it out for a test drive. Wow what a beautiful driving car, not a thing wrong with it. Trust me, I tried to find something wrong, because I knew it was above our price limit. We got back and talked final cost. Alex and the manager Jose worked with us and got us a price just a pinch above the budget but didnt break the bank. We got a great price on an exceptional car with 77,000 miles on it. Purchased a vehicle from this place about 2 years ago and I don’t appreciate the fact that I was never told it was burning oil and had a recall. I wasn’t really driving this vehicle much so we didn’t notice this problem until 6+ months after the purchase. After months of trying to figure out what the problem is, come to find out it’s a big issue and repairs JUST for labor is 6-8K which is literally what I paid for this vehicle. Literally a waste of money.

Loved the way they treated me when buying my new Lexus RX 350, and the fact that they have bilingual personnel is a big bonus. Jaime was just great and never pushy. Make sure to ask for him when visiting

I will never buy a car from Jaime and Jose again. They take your money and sell you a car that has things wrong with it and than dont want to fix it. They are nothing but liars and cheats. All of the cars they have on the lot have problems and they do not want to fix it. I took my car to the Honda dealer and they told me that the starter is going out and they did not believe me and would not fix it. I believe in Karma and it will come back around.

I worked with John, I got an amazing 07 Yukon at a great price. After going to 8 different dealers and having horrible experiences John and Jose made my experience wonderful. When I got home I found about 5 issues with the truck when I called John he assured me they would fix it. Drove out the next day and they took care of everything at no cost to me. If you want a great dealer, great price, wonderful staff, and an honorable company look no further. Terrible experience. I understand the dealership and salesman not knowing a full history of the car but they straight up lied to me about what work had been done since it had been in their possession. The vehicle I bought had a blown engine and so they replaced it with what I was told a certain type of engine, but in reality, they knew nothing about it. Not even their own shop could get me the engines warranty which Im still waiting for them to get to me (its been months).They said their mechanics looked it over and it was in amazing condition, which I trusted since my friend was the car dealer who encouraged me not to waste my money having my mechanic look at it. As soon as I get home, I realize the horn didnt work, a few lights dont work, then it doesnt start! It just got worse. Luckily my former friend who was the salesman made sure they took care of me, which they barely did. I had to go back and forth and find rides 3 separate times because they would literary forget to do stuff.The manager was rude and had a generally snotty attitude towards me like it was my fault their dealership was a mess. I spent over 20k and was treated horribly. Stay far away.

I read the reviews but they sound fake,They will tell u anything 4 u 2 sign, please read the contract they r heart less when it comes 2 buyer remorse ,took all my girls savings. We couldnt afford it,and they dont even mention that once u sign ,you cant go back. They finance at high rates, for an used car u will look at 16,000 .Warning, read the contract,.I just dont want someone else to get scammed by the way they will tell u 2 rate them. Me and my husband went in late Friday evening and Alex helped us out. We went in looking for one particular vehicle and it was still there!!!! He allowed both of us to go on a long test drive to get a feel for the car and make sure it was right for us. We got back were able to agree upon numbers that would work for us and made a deal!
