This is crazy..store opens at 8 am. Been waiting in line for 16 mins..just for one person. Owner needs better trained staff more people than one person opening on a week day. This is crazy. I have a job to get to. This is just a drop off for me. Still waiting now at 25 mins. Never coming back here.

Came here to get a passport approved photo. Costs around $17.50 after tax for 2 photos. One of the workers caught that my bangs were obstructing an eye so they agreed to retake. I thought that was nice of them. Overall a positive experience... Pretty quick. Definitely not the most stunning photo services but it could have been much worse.

Was over priced and when asked why it would be so much for something so small and light, the guy just rudely said because we are UPS and not the post office instead of explaining their shipping cost. So my I told my guy to walk out and we went to the post office where it was less than a 3rd of the cost that they wanted to charge.My issue is how rude and unhelpful the guy at the counter was.Ive been there before to help my mother and they were rude to her as well. This was a while ago, as I havent been to help my mothers with errands since before covid.

This establishment is operated by extremely young, rude, unprofessional, inexperienced people. I would not send a package or especially get anything notarized at this location. My experiences here have been anything but simple and what I had notarized was done incorrectly by the young lady working there and they she would only correct HER error if I payed her again. Save your time and money and go LITERALLY anywhere else.

Used the notary service not too long ago. Very quick, simple. I come by now and then to drop off packages; not at all complicated, gets the job done.

Normally this is my favorite UPS store but I was pretty upset to see that 2 of the 3 employees were NOT WEARING MASKS inside the small store. I have asthma and have been staying out of all stores since the third week of March with the exception of UPS three times and the grocery store once. At least if I get coronavirus I will know exactly where I got it.According to the governor and LA County regulation they should have been wearing masks. I will also be letting Amazon know because I cannot put myself at risk if I need to return something. Customers should not be exposed to this level of negligence.

Dropped off a package here and the staff was extremely nice and fast with serving the customers in line. I had not taped my package because I ran out at home and they kindly did that for me too which was an A+

*Response to Owner* We often ship overnight packages last minute in this industry. UPS pick up service requires 24hrs notice or more. The only way to ship 15 packages same day is by bringing them to a UPS store. The point is that you had no reason to refuse our packages and the staff lied to us about UPS policy.*Original Review* Teenagers working at this store turned us away while dropping off 15 packages for a production, saying there was a UPS policy limiting 10 per customer. They would not allow any combination of our team to mail the 15 packages. We drove to another, smaller, UPS on Victory Blvd who were very nice and told us UPS does not have any limit on accepting packages and to drop off as many as want at their location.

Not one word was said to me while I waited for my confirmation receipt he walked up took the package out of my hand taped up my bag put on the return label and just had his earphones on. Mind you I was very polite asked if he could please send this for me and said thank you regardless but he had staff right behind him and they also didnt seem to care. Ive worked retail before so I understand people are difficult but this was so terribly rude!

This was a great experience 2 dollars to print from my email. the young guy employee with long hair was very friendly, helped me right away and helped retape my package to amazon. Great service. Ty

Notary problem: Store closes at 7pm and advertises notary services. I arrived at 6:35 and they told me they had to close down and could no longer accommodate notary services for the day. Didnt see anything about this on the website, and had made the drive over here. Lame.

Avoid for notary services. I went there to notarize a document to be filed in a federal court. They first argued that they could not notarize the form specified by the court; then, when they filled out what they asserted was the right form, they incorrectly described the document being notarized, thus created a risk of rejection of the document by the court. When I discovered that error later that afternoon, I called to seek a correction, and they refused. They said that they refunded the $15 fee, but they would not correct their error. Bottom line: bad service; knowing refusal to accept responsibility for their own error, and they cost me money by wasting my time.
