Love this location! Been here for awhile now and I have no regrets at all. I recommend that EVERYONE WHO NEEDS A STORAGE UNIT comes here.Its right on the border of Burbank and Glendale, and has the best rates in the area. Its also super safe and secure, with security cameras, electronic locks, coded doors and gates, and a manager thats on site 24 hrs/ day.Speaking of the manager, I have to give a huge shout out to Jorge. Hes always been very accommodating and professional, and Ive appreciated all the hard work hes put in. He really gives it his all!Once you find Trojan Storage, you wont need to go anywhere - come here and find the best there is to offer.

When I moved down to Southern California, one of the first things I set out to do was to find a storage facility I could trust. One with the proper safety measures, reasonable rates, convenient operating hours, and in just the right location. When I found the Trojan Storage location in Burbank, I felt very lucky.Of course, a storage facility is only as great as the manager running it, and that’s why it was great to meet Jorge, who makes the whole experience run like clockwork.I’ve spent a few years at this location, and throughout my time there, I’ve noticed how attentive and professional Jorge has been. He’s always productive, accommodating, and pleasant. Trojan Storage increased my monthly unit rental fees by 10% - 7 months into our relationship and without prior notice. They don’t offer a grandfather clause for the rate agreement and can increase it anytime. They would not allow me to use the dolly after 5:45pm on the day I moved into my storage unit. The premises are well lit.

This storage facility is top tier. Clean, spacious lockers/rooms at a price that cant be beat. The staff are professional, friendly, and super accommodating. I will definitely be a long time customer!

I went to this storage place because it was down the street from my house and it had good ratings online. It was super clean, and easy to use. There were multiple layers of security from the personalized code to get in and out, to the gates locking, and the required locks on the lockers. Its air conditioned and it smells nice inside. Ive used other storage units for a little cheaper and they had none of these security measures or cleanliness. I spent about a year here and I think it was worth it. I would recommend it over other storage places even if I lived father away.

Trojan storage is absolutely amazing. Their prices are absolutely reasonable. I looked at 3 other venues and when I walked in this was the cleanest facility I found. Jorge and Lupe are the sweetest and very helpful. Highly recommend them!

Lupe has been very great help for me. Switched over to a larger unit and gave me some time to be able to move everything over without the stress of having to move everything over the same day. I would definitely recommend this place for your storing needs. Make sure to ask for Lupe or George !

It is very clean, welcoming staff and the most comfortable storage I have used. Great security, the music on each floor. Electronic security was a great addition for me to choose this Trojan storage among other storage.

I’ve had up to 4 units at a time here. It’s impeccably clean and well maintained; the staff is friendly and helpful. I can’t imagine trusting my belongings anyplace else! It’s secure; convenient and easy to access.

I have only great things to say about this place. Lupe was amazing! I had a problem and needed a storage ASAP and she was very sweet, explained everything and went that extra mile to help me in anyway she could. The day my pod was delivered I was already out of state but George received it and made my transition very smooth and secured. They explained, helped, were extremely nice and kept me informed of everything. The storages were nice and the place very clean. I honestly can say I have rented storages from other competitors and none of them can be compared to this one.Thanks Lupe and George. I am Forever grateful.

Joined 2 months now .They dint let you use their dollies unlessYou leave your Id with them.And if get there and there is no one in the office .well you cant move your stuff to your storage untill they get back since they put away the dollies .What horroble way to do business .that why I am moving out of there.!

Lowering stars because they increased my rent without even telling me and as a struggling unemployed single Mom who needs every dime, $20 is a lot and now my whole day is ruined because I cannot get groceries as planned. Still a clean facility but apparently they are a bit deceitful ;(

Stayed here for three years. Clean and new facility, but the rent has gotten out of control. Started at 178 per month and ended at 275. Originally, would get quickly returned calls but in more recent times, people often don’t answer or call back. The office doors are often locked during the day during office hours. This can be inconvenient. The first month is pro-rated. You are required to give a 30 days notice to leave, but they don’t pro-rate the last month, even though they will likely rent it out quickly and had ample notice.

These guys are the best!!. We moved out of state and had movers come to the unit to move our belongs out and the left most of our belongings in the unit. The staff worked with us to schedule workers to remove the contents and even took a bag with expensive electronics to UPS and mailed to us.

Trojan storage is fantastic. Very clean, I never see any trash on the ground. Very safe, your lock is not the only form of protection for your items, in fact many lockers don’t even have a lock on them. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Oh and the reason I found them in the first place, climate control! I know my items will not get warped or harmed in any way by the scorching hot weather of a valley summer.

Seriously great deals better facilities than anything youll find.Incredible front office service Lachelle and the other front desk person (handsome australian man sorry didnt want to get your name wrong) are seriously perfect. Professional, polite, even headed, customer friendly and while I dont recommend doing this, I had temporarily misplaced keys, had movers come to liquidate my design furnishings and drop off items 2x and due to their tight timeline, 2nd time they couldnt wait to have items stored. Lachelle went above and beyond to make sure my items were secure until I could get them into my storage. That is going way above and beyond.I purchased 10 queen and king size mattress bags which worked great for all the mattress I was storing for staging.They have great prices on their protective materials and merchandise. Its well worth the $5 to protect a $1000+ mattress set and it fit the king size mattress and boxspring.The 2 storage 10x10s I rented were immaculate the facility is very very well run, great ac, no dust literally AT ALL, no moisture and I cant have it as humidity ruins furnishings. Well lit, safe, the security codes they have you create for each storage garage controls both the front gate and access to the elevator and keys your smart garage know youre on your way there to access your garage.I am a super happy customer. Not paid to do this review!!! Just relieved I found you guys when I really needed it and it feels really clean and safe. Also not crowded though it has the capacity. Smart use of space for lockers that you can keep files in though I needed more space for furnishings.

Hello I just love the staff here are so polite nice and respectful I love the way they conduct their business and I love the business hours of access until 9 p.m. I wish I could be extended longer sometimes after the holidays Im running late on my bill payment lost my bank card over the holiday had to order order another one and I missed going to the storage to discuss it them but Im sure theyll be understanding and itll all be taken care of anyway I would recommend Trojan storage to anybody Ive already referred a few of my friends so I hope that you will want to rent here too also they have double security I just love the security features that they have here on their storage units cuz you can punch your code in at the door and it unlocks your your storage unit if you lock your keys in side or something like that you can still get in your unit I think thats a great feature dont you anyways enjoy your day and have a very smooth day this is Donna Walker

Would give five stars but for lack of a restroom outside of office hours. Public storage provides one but theyre also considerably more expensive than Trojan, so its a trade off.
