Ruined the front of my house and refuses to fix it

Horrible customer service. The lady who answers the phone lied to me first thing when I asked if they had inverntory (Windows) on hand. She said yes they did. Then she rudely explained to me how to build a window and said “let me explain to you how to do your job”. I explained to her that I’m trying to streamline the process by avoiding building a window from scratch. Then she told me I’d have to wait 3 weeks for her to order the windows and that they don’t have inventory on hand and that it’s special order only. What an idiot, and what a horrible condescending attitude.

They are a pleasure to work with! Great people.
