Not professional at all. I feel like they would do/ say anything for a sale. Employee told me that they sell all the products they have online even though they dont have in stock or know when they would be receiving more. The software systems they use never left the 80s so I cant blame them on why they take so long to figure something out. I ordered $500+ of knobs from them to replace in an entire house with the guarantee I would recieve them in 4 days.... its been 2 and a half weeks and when I call them they keep giving me run around bs answers as to where my shipment is. I understand Covid has done a great deal on everyone, but dont blame Covid as to the reason why doors n moulding cant keep me informed on my items purchased. Save yourself the headache and buy from a reputable, trusted company. Not these guys.

Arlen is very helpful, patient, and knowledgable. I am so glad we bought our door at Door and Mouldings. They have quality products at very competitive price. The door is available the next day.
