My wife & I recently had eye exams and purchased glasses here. Maria’s customer service was outstanding and she quickly found us the right frames, ordered them and handled the fitting. The prescriptions came out perfect, highly recommended.

The entire staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to keep everything Covid safe. Dr. Mananian was extremely helpful, she answered all my questions and explained everything in such detail. You could tell that she is very passionate about what shes doing and cares about her patients.

Ive been coming here for at least 5 years now and they have been great about all my needs from emergency eye care to sending me my prescription through email when I broke my glasses while on vacation in peru a few years ago. Especially during these covid times they have taken extra precautions and I greatly appreciate it. Ive seen many doctors here to and all have been very attentive, caring, and knowledgeable, most recently Dr. Hui who I had a excellent experience with. When buying glasses we all know that luxury brands are what they are but they do provide some cost effective brands that are not too bad in price.

I brought some glasses to them with a new frame that I purchased on line. They put my lenses from my old frames into the new frames for no charge. They were very quick about it also. Great customer service from them . I highly recommend Stein optometric

I have been going to this office for more than 7 years now. I always see Dr. Ella, she is always spot on, friendly, professional and caring. My eyesight is quite poor and I have a fairly difficult prescription. They have never had a problem with my lenses, and they come in in a very timely fashion. I love the selection of eyeglass frames, they are always fashion-forward and the opticians are great to work with. I enjoy going to this office and have no reason to go elsewhere.

Just love this place! Walked in to look at sunglasses, was greeted and asked if I needed any help right away. The girl who helped me showed me the perfect Chanel sunglasses that fit and looked amazing! I know where I will be coming for my next pair! Having my examined by Dr Ella Harootoonian is a total enjoyable time, she always make sure I leave with the right eye wear. The staff of Stein Optometric Burbank make me laugh, they are fun and friendly never pushing something I dont want or like in eye glasses. I give them 5 stars if I could give them 10 I would. Best opticians in Los Angeles if not California.

Did my eye exam and bought expensive frame and prescription lenses with them... They got my prescription wrong twice and I still cant see clearly. The only thing that was clear is that they didnt want to bother any longer.

Great care from the doctors, and very helpful staff. Frial helped with a free glasses adjustment a year after my last appointment.

I have been a customer and patient at Stein Optometrics for over a decade and have yet to have a bad experience there. Everyone is always very professional and courteous to me and my needs.Honestly, I hate shopping for frames because it can be a very daunting and time consuming experience. When I am there, someone always dedicates their time to me alone and waits patiently as I sift through dozens of frames. I am very picky and my face has very specific needs, but they always have a good selection to choose from. Highly recommended.

I just ubered here on a Sunday bcs I have something stuck in my eye and they advertise 7 day a week doctors and had great reviews. They Do NOT have doctors on Sundays as advertised. Update your damn website Stein!

Stein Optometric in Burbank was a wonderful experience. The drs were nice and helpful and explained everything to me. They made my kids very comfortable and it was a great experience for them. We had ALOT of frames to choose from and the office staff was very helpful in suggestions. Everything ran smoothly, were were not rushed through, nor did it talke all day and there were 4 of us being examined and getting glasses. I am extremely happy with Stein Opt. and would highly recommend to anyone.

They will not release prescription. They are trying to get me to purchase from them only. I prefer to order online. Bad sales tactics.
