Went to this store and Amanda helped me out. She is pretty much the best optician I have ever worked with. She not only helped me narrow the perfect pair form the vast collection but also helped me set up an exchange from another store. She is absolutely fantastic to work with and has a very charismatic attitude. This store is now my go to optical store.

First and foremost, customer service is key. And I rate it 10/10. Walk in waited at the front waited less than 30 seconds got help. I came for the reason being my fault I stepped on my own glasses. Amanda was very kind and helpful with everything she told us I had to wait 15-20 mins literally turned my back already came back with my glasses. Shout out to the tech who fixed my glasses.

I’ve been wearing contacts/glasses since I was 10 years old. Currently, I am 35. This place was by far the best optometrist I’ve ever experience in my life.It was the staffs’ positive energy that quickly drew me in making the whole experience that much better. I’m talking each and everything employee was on top of their game at full excitement. Well maybe it was because it was a Friday j/k :). They were awesome!

I had a horrible accident with my glasses snapping last minute beiges a flight. I rushed over to LensCrafters ans Michael was able to get me in quickly and repaired my frames with no problem abs so quickly! I have been coming to this store for 12 years and refuse to go anywhere else. This is the only place I trust with my glasses and contacts.

The good people at the Burbank LensCrafters fixed my daughters glasses for FREE! And these were glasses we hadnt even bought there. We had a frame arm that had come apart -- they replaced the screw and repaired it to good as new in an hour, no charge. THANK YOU!

I was greeted by the store staff as I entered the store and given the opportunity to browse the frames selection. After a brief wait Michael assisted me and completed the initial test before my appointment withDr.Wong. The doctor was very thorough in her examination of my eyes and provided theinformation necessary for the next steps to correct my vision. I was then greeted by “Bri” (Brianna) who was extremely helpful with helping me choose the frames as well giving me a tip on finding a coupon on the EyeMed website. The overall experience was very professional and friendly.

I’ve been coming to this office in Burbank for decades. Today was another perfect visit. Knowledgable doctors and staff. They make the whole process go smoothly...the checkup, the new lenses, the insurance, the prescriptions, everything. Doctor Wong has taken great care of my eyes for years. She always has great suggestions a out nutrition too!! 😃

Dr Urlik is the most thorough. Even when exams were not using dilation drops he found something suspicious of glaucoma for me to get followed up for and loan behold it was the brink of glaucoma. I didn’t suffer any damage as this was caught in time and an office surgical procedure could be done. Thank you Dr Urlik for your referral!

Excellent exam technology and precision. The doctors were also very friendly and helpful each step of the way and would answer every question I had. The result couldn’t be better and I’m wearing progressive lenses which is not the easiest thing to create.

They were kind and careful, wiping everything down. The woman ( I wish I got her name) that helped me pick out my frames was very calming. I was nervous to touch anything. They are safe. First time going to LensCrafters and my new glasses were ready in 20 minutes. That has to be a land speed record! Service was excellent and staff was knowledgeable.

Lens crafters just did me a solid. Arrived with a pair of Celine sunglasses that needed an arm reattached to the frame and a pair of Carerra sunglasses that needed an arm tightened to the frame. They achieved both repairs in less than 5 minutes for FREE!!!! Wow! I’ll be sure to come back here any time I need assistance with my eyewear!

The staff at this location are soooooo helpful and professional.I met with Jillian, she took her time and explained regarding the amazing cleaning and anti-fog Spray, then she took her time to show me all the new frame style they’ve gotten at their location.The next day I had an appointment and she was soooo helpful again and same type of great vibe and great customer service. She made my experience so great and she is so professional along with the rest of the staff.I Saw Dr. Urlik, and he not only was extremely professional but actually took his time to explain each vision test I had done and recommended so many great products and vitamins for my eyes and eye allergies.

Wow, just talked to an extremely rude person who said (and I quote) she would not advocate for me to receive just one or two more pairs of contacts so I didnt have to come in during a global pandemic (trying to wait till Im vaccinated). Very disappointing to receive that kind of service. You just lost a long term customer.

By far the LensCrafter in Burbank is the best LensCrafters out there. I went in yesterday and has my glasses adjust and Lauren, the manager, not only adjusted them, but replaced the nose pads as well. I also told her of some issues I was having with another store with glasses I just bought, and she told me to come back and she would fix them as well. Today I went in, and not only did Lauren remember me, she asked if I brought the glasses in for repair. She fixed them without any question, not like the other store. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!

Dr. Wong is incredibly thorough and clearly explains her exam and the Rx. The staff, opticians, managers, etc. are all very patient and helpful. Great with children and the store is really clean and Covid friendly.

Always a great environment to walk into. Staff has been exceptional every time I go, and ive been coming since 2018. Dr. Bradley is the best. He genuinely cares for his patients and wants to help. I had gotten horrible service at the Lens Crafters at Westfield Culver City. They gave me a completely wrong prescription and were more focused on selling me two pairs instead of my one progressive that ive had for 3 years now. Dr. Bradley made sure we fixed the prescription and answered any questions i had. I always feel like Im in good hands at this location.

Dr. Willa Wong is the best for eye exams! I really like her recommendations, adding eating habits, supplement suggestions, and other practices in the mix. Its not something every eye doctor does, and growing up with mostly alternative medicine, I really appreciate it. Taylor on the LensCrafters retail side was really great as well, very helpful and fun to work wtih. Some people say anyone have a recommendation for anyone but LensCrafters, but Im like really? Have you been to the one in Burbank?? Its really good! I always have a good experience getting an exam and glasses at the Burbank LensCrafters. Oh, and you can still try on frames during covid, as they sanitize the collection tray of every one you touch or try on. I had fun today. Thanks team!

Dr. Wong is as FANTABULOUS as always!!!. Everything super-sanitized for COVID. Both doctor and staff were patient as my (over nose) COVID mask had a tendency to fog up eyesight technology, but I sense Im not the only one doing that. New technology made new frames being fit for face so much faster, and with great social distancing. Got two new glasses, reading and distance, on huge sale! All around, a great experience!

Visiting and needed to update my contact prescription. They could see me quickly when others were booked. Had a great experience. Doctor and assistant were friendly and personable. They spent time to answer my questions and never made me feel rushed. Also cheaper than my regular eye doctor.I didnt buy frames so can not comment on service or experience there. 👍

I came in in a wheelchair. Someone parked in the handicapped parking spot and was not handicapped. Turns out it was two capable ladies with 6 kids. Lens Crafters would not ask them to move from the spot to allow to get wheelchair accessible and then they would not tell the people inside to control their children. Not a good thing considering I needed glasses for my daughter and myself which turns out to be about 1500.00. I wont use them ever again until upper management has some training for them.

We had twins get special prescriptions. One took a few days longer than the other. I picked up the first pair without a kid, and came back a few days later when both kids when the latter pair was ready.Upon picking them up, and finally getting the initial pair adjusted, Im told I cannot purchase a warranty for either pair because I picked up one pair a few days prior.First of all, no warranty was offered on the first pickup, or I would have bought it then! Only when I ask if they will take my money for a warranty today, do they say no, they will not insure either pair. Not the pair we were picking up today, nor the other we picked up a couple days ago, neither were eligible per they jr employee. What kind of beauractric process is this?I was hesitant to go here at all, the only benefit was supposed to be a quick turnaround. What I learned is they charge double what the next place charges for anti-glare and transition lenses. DOUBLE what the next place charges! Let that one sync in, because all you get for it is poor service and charged astronomical prices for basic things. They will happily knock 50 dollars off the higher priced services if you complain and point next door to their competitor, bringing the total to be still higher than it should be.We have gotten glasses every year for multiple kids for 17 years now, and I will no longer be doing business with Lenscrafters. Their employees are poorly educated and less than helpful. All we wanted was a warranty because our young ones break glasses often. Basic thing we always get when we pick them up. But sadly no. Its 2019 and this is what you get when you deal with corporate franchises, I really cant believe they wouldnt even ensure the glasses we were picking up that day.I saw the same thing happening to all the customers around me. I should have checked the reviews first! My $500 lesson. Dont let it be yours.

Yay they now accept VSP. Dr. Wong is attentive and provides great service. The attendees helping to select glasses are very helpful and helped me select a great frames. They even adjusted the ones I was wearing!I have received great service.

Worst experience by far. Scheduled my appointment two hours before closing so we would have plenty of time to do the contact fitting. I was assured that we would certainly leave wearing our new contacts. Get there, end up doing extra exams I didnt care about or want to pay for, but hey its what they say I needed. Finish up, and wouldnt you know it; the manager whos team promised if we came to their location theyd get the work done. Well she didnt have anyone, would do the fitting herself, and wouldnt let me leave with contacts to do them at home. No exceptions, or future considerations.In short, I was promised service, paid for extra services; and the team at this location couldnt deliver on their promise.

Not the best, brightest or fastest. Expect; overpriced frames and lenses, a hard upsell, and not a lot of priority on pickup. Youre just a number at this location, and they let you know it.

Ive been using this EyeExam 200/Lenscrafters for nearly 20 years. Dr Wong has been seeing me most of that time and has sent me out to a specialist when she feels there is something outside her expertise(turned out to be nothing major but good to double check). Ive mostly made appointments, but have been able to walk in on the weekend and get out within 90 min. I even been for a minor emergency and was seen promptly. The office seems to keep up with the latest exam technology and always have a number of contact options. The frame selection is limited and not the best pricing, but if you have AAA you do get a discount on service & products. There is high staff turn over, but mostly they are nice and try to help.

The Lenscrafter Burbank has the worst customer service . I got my eye exam and was told i needed glasses . I spent the time an ordered my glasses with alot of the prescription addons and was told they would be ready the next day . Then i receive a call that they needed to be special ordered and they would be “OVERNIGHTED” . I dont know about you but “OVERNIGHTED “ in the bussiness world means next day . Then i call back again and they keep telling me its getting overnighted and that i have to wait another 6 more days . Do they not understand what overnighted means . This is unacceptable how can lens crafter offer addons to prescriptions and not have them in stock . I am sure these addons are what you guys push to customers but you dont tell them they would have to wait 2 weeks to get them . I am upset cause my vision is causing me headaches . The sales rep originally told me it would be ready next day and then all the other reps dont understand the definition of “overnight delivery “ . Then today they rep tells me its going to be overnighted and that i been already waiting a week , whats one more week . What type of customer service response is that !!!!!!!

Thought these reviews were fake and BS , but it took 1 visit to this place they call a business and found out that they are not !! Horrible customer service and always trying to up sale.

Sevice was great but after the purchase it took me about a month to recieve my glasses. Disappointment is what i recieved from them.

Horrible! Called ahead to make sure they could schedule the contact lense exam and training on the same day so that we would leave with contacts that day since we dont have another day pf for over 2 weeks. Came to this specific location over 40 mins away since theyre the only location who could provide contacts same day. They said they could and to come at 5. We get there and everything exam wise takes over an hour. Normally this wouldnt be an issue except then they say they have no one to give the contacts lense training as all their associates leave at 6! They wont hand over the prescription or trial lenses either! We call other locations to see if they can do the training a different day; they all say no. So basically ended up paying for a useless exam we didnt need and are not getting contacts either! Theyre horribleDont believe them.

Update: THESE PEOPLE WILL NOT EVEN HONOR THE WARRANTY THEY SELL YOU. (8/2019)Went to another LensCrafters....No Problem. Hated my experience at LensCrafters today. Have you ever been in a situation where a store employee -- in this case, Tom Keene, the General Manager -- denies that the item youre returning, or bringing in for repair, were ever bought from them?!?! Tom specifically said they were Ray Ban rip-offs and LensCrafter would never sell these. Well, I DID purchase the frames at their store on June 6th @ 1:51PM, from Jamie - the Retail Manager, in Burbank CA, and I spent $144.46 for them! But because the glasses have no markings or logos, theres nothing I can do about it, said Tom - the General Manager. It was almost as if he thought I was lying. I am not a dishonest person, nor would I EVER try to return/repair an item from any other place than the business I bought it from!Heres a GREAT case where the customer gets screwed. So, Im out the $$$ (I certainly was charged the full Ray Ban price, Tom!) AND my glasses! Tom said, Nothing I can do about it. Well, Tom, youd better recheck your inventory...youre selling some knock offs....and that would be a horrible reputation for LensCrafters.Ive lodged a complaint with their Corporate Headquarters...lets see where that gets me. Just how loyal is LensCrafters to their loyal customers....stay tuned.Afternoon of Day 1Corporates Customer Service contacted me stating she spoke with Tom, the General Manager, and he stands his ground.(Honestly, I didnt think Id get anywhere with that one. A Customer Service Rep vs. the General Manager?) My complaint has now been moved up to the Regional Office.
