Definitely recommend this place! Excellent service, reasonably priced and fast repair. My iPhone screen and earpiece was fixed in under ten minutes and repaired at a cheaper cost than other stores.

My Note 9 needed the camera glass repaired. It was fixed within minutes for a reasonable price. I had the stylus replaced and also purchased a screen protector. Everything for less than $100.00! Customer service was excellent!

This place has the best customer service and best prices, not to mention the friendly environment my kids love to go there since they were small now they are teenagers and they still go there to get their pc fix or phone, I 100% recommend this place. We have been customers for more than 7 years and never had any problems, we are always satisfied with their service.

Don’t come here if it has anything to do with your computer or laptop, doesn’t handle equipment with care because I got my laptop back with a screw literally missing from the bottom and I wasn’t informed until i confronted the man working here. This was the best experience I have had when it came to phone repairs. The gentleman here was so quick, knowledgable, and kind during the whole process. I called initially to get a quote for a new S8+ screen because mine was wrecked after my cat chewed on the screen. He was able to get my screen switched out in under 20 minutes. He also had great deals when it came down to getting other things my phone may need too. He was nice enough to give a small discount too.The total price paid was 240 after tax. Without tax the screen repair would be 220. Much better than the other companies who were going to charge 240+ just for the screen.Please come here because this was the best service for a very short amount of time.

I needed a battery installed in my Google Pixel. Every place I called I got the same story that my phone was a very difficult device to work on and was rejected. I was about ready to get a new phone when I called the good Dr. Phone. He ordered the battery, had it the very next day, installed it in less than 30 minutes AND was very inexpensive. I hope this guy does well and stays around for some time, I will refer all my friends and colleagues there. The store is very modern looking and the staff was friendly and well informed. Do not go here, please i’m begging you, save your money and spend it somewhere else to get your electronics repaired 🙏this man does not give any care about your technology. He will try to get the most money out of you if he see’s that you don’t know much about your tech, he will take ADVANTAGE of you, so please go somewhere else, anywhere but here, I am just trying to watch out for all the folks that might not know as much about electronics to save your money by not going here!!

This place is great! I went to see why my screen was lifter and turns out I needed a new battery. They guy that helped me was really nice and helpful. He gave me a deal also. The customer service is awesome and the prices are just as great! They have you in and out, too! I knew form the moment I went into the store that at I had to shop here. The atmosphere is very welcoming. I was instantly greeted with warmth eventhough it was close to closing time. He fixed the charger port to my iPhone in less than five minutes (something that would have took Apple forever to fix and over charge me for after a extremely long wait even if I have an appointment).

I went to get my sons iPhone 6 plus repaired, I was charged $70 for the repair. I went to the store and purchased screen protectors and put it back in the case. Screen didnt last two weeks before cracking again, and they want to charge me another $70 to repair the screen!

The customer service was amazing. The staff was very kind and helpful! We went in with the phone in horrible condition. Our galaxy s7 edge had a cracked screen, the back of the phone was also cracked, a missing lock button, and a messed up LCD. Our intention was just fixing the cracked screen and LCD since so many OTHER places were charging me OVER $400 for just the screen and the OTHER places told me that they would have it ready in a week or two. DR PHONE REPAIR gave us the greatest deal ever! They fixed the LCD, the cracked screen, the cracked back, and the missing lock button for a great price that was lower than what other places were charging for JUST the screen AND they had it ready in a few hours!I definitely RECOMEND that you get any phone repairs here! DO NOT GO THERE! BEWARE. They sell broken items. Unprofessional. Went in to purchase a phone, got home and realized once you put the screen protector on the phone the phone does not respond what so ever. Went back and talked to the same person about the phone having issues. They said there is no return policy. They never even mentioned that when I was purchasing the phone, which by the way was NOT cheap! They said we dont have to tell you there is no returns because we have a sign which is tucked away in a corner! You think a normal person looks at every single corner of the wall when they are in the store. This is ridiculous! Bunch of thieves. Now I am stuck with a very expensive paper weight. 0 ZERO stars!

Ran over with my truck. Every place I went to said they cant fix or wanted a fortune. Wife almost killed me. Friend recommend this place and the man brought back to life in minutes for low price. I had a cracked screen on my ipad air 3. Took it in late Saturday, they worked on it Sunday so I could have it for work on Monday. Did a great job! Definitely will return.

I took my Samsung phone here about a month ago because it was in a continuous bootloop and wouldnt turn off. Initially they said that they could easily fix it by doing a factory reset, but the next day it turns out I needed a new motherboard. I trusted the technician and let him order a replacement motherboard. He said it would be ready in about 4 days and also offered me a very good price.About 3 WEEKS LATER, it turns out they couldnt fix my phone. They kept promising that it would be ready in a couple of days, when that day came they did not call me to notify me about the status of my phone and were very slow in responding to me. They told me that the replacement motherboard took this long to ship and its not their problem. I would have gladly paid for overnight shipping had I known this was the case.This whole process just seemed very suspicious to me and when I came to collect my phone they told me that they were not able to fix it. The technician explained that my service provider is not compatible with the motherboard he ordered even though I told him what my service provider was in the beginning. He told me that he was going to order another motherboard and that it would take another week. I had lost hope in this place and did not understand why he didnt order the correct motherboard in the first place?! This made absolutely no sense and it shouldnt have taken 3 weeks.The technician at this place may seem very nice at first and appears to have great reviews from others, but this place really let me down. At least they didnt charge me for my phone.

I had to get my Nexus 6p battery replaced. I did not want to do the replacement myself, to many things to screw up. The battery and replacement was very reasonably priced. (about half the cost uBreakiFix) It took about 4 days for the battery to arrive, I brought my phone in and waited for the battery to be replaced. It only took about 20 minutes and I was on my way. I can now use my Nexus 6p for another year or two. I will definitely use Dr. Phone Repair again.
