My family has been a customer of AT&T for 20 years. A worker by the name Ruby guaranteed my father a $300 rebate to upgrade his Samsung phone for Fathers Day. When we came back to turn in his old phone, another worker quoted us for $35 only. Seems like this location can use better training and better management to make sure customers are satisfied. The manager wasnt available and doesnt have a company card so we can contact him. What a disgrace to the company name thats supposed to value customers and their satisfaction.

This has , unfortunately, become my second home. I had to go back a third time to get what was admittedly a complex request finalized. Suffice it to say that AT&T bureaucracy is a nightmare. Nevertheless after the third visit I was able to get things straightened out particularly (I hope)from the efforts of Daynah who was unfailingly polite, professional and capable. She was knowledgeable and on things for which she lacked answers, she went to find out. Her thoroughness and clarity was much appreciated. Plus, her demeanor was kind and reassuring. I came in a little wound up after a frustrating experience dealing with ATT... but she was able to look past that and get to helping me out. This is a skill and should be appreciated as such.I also want to call out the manager, Chris, who helped me on my prior visits. While there were some lingering problems that prompted still another visit I genuinely felt he was trying to find a solution. He was a good guy.

Thought I had a good visit until I was told I had to trade my phone in after taking and programming my new phone at home due to covid. That part I get, what I don’t like is how the salesman Alex neglected to tell me that if my phone didn’t pass a specific inspection, I wouldn’t get the full refund value. Didn’t bother inspecting my phone before before quoting my monthly payments before I signed a new contract. Now I’m stuck with a higher bill. Thanks a lot. I would have gotten a different phone if you bothered to give me all the info upfront

I made an appointment with AT&T to return a phone case and potentially return my iPhone 12 mini. Jason was incredibly helpful with the return of a phone case I was unhappy with and took the time to find a case that was best for me. I was also debating on returning my iPhone 12 mini for the regular 12 and Jason was helpful in providing clear and honest answers for both models. I decided to keep my 12 mini as it seemed the best fit for me! Really appreciated Jason! His customer service skills are amazing!

I dont normally write reviews but in this case I had to make an exception. After being tossed around from AT&T store to AT&T store, I was finally taken care of at this location by Michael. A rep at a different location had given me some wrong information regarding a phone trade in. Michael sorted everything out and saved me a bunch of money on my services by getting me a better plan as well as a better phone at a lower price. I wish there was a Michael to take care of me throughout all of my retail transactions. From now on, Ill be returning to this store to see Michael anytime I have business at AT&T.

AT&T employee Victor Mancilla LIED TO ME YESTERDAY, 06/03/21.He promised me a $90.00 reduction in the cost of my wireless service plan if I switched.He said I would pay $45.00 per line under the new plan, and my new monthly bill would be $228.00 per month (before taxes).When I got home and checked my email, I found an email from AT&T say that my new monthly wireless bill would be $425.21 (as opposed to the current cost of $335.00).Today, 06/04/21, I explained this to AT&T employee Michael, who told me I didnt know what I was talking about and that I was lying.I showed him my previous AT&T wireless phone bill, the bill I received by email last night, AND the handwritten notes that Victor Mancilla made, in which Mancilla promised me I would pay $45.00 per line.He waved me away and dismissed what I was saying without even looking at the notes.My wife is my witness to everything Mancilla said and wrote last night.We will both swear to this in court.Bottom line:These two employees at that store are LIARS, THEYRE RUDE, AND THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY.THEY SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY.I will stop using AT&T wireless FOREVER within 3 weeks.The previous Google review posted yesterday by my wife, in which she praises Mancilla, is hereby retracted.
