I visited Walgreens pharmacy at Burbank, CA. But all the Walgreens are great pharmacies, I can get anything from a tylenol for my headaches, vitamins, prescription medications, beauty products, hair care products, excellent body products, ice cream, candies, medical equipment etc. And I can have my flu shot or any other medication, all the personnel are very nice, polite, friendly, helpful and very professional, willing to help you or answer your questions and the place is always nice and clean, like their bathroom, I highly recommend Walgreens pharmacy.

Sometimes it takes 5 mins, sometimes I wait in line for 15 mins before anyone notices there’s a line. This is not unusual for Walgreen’s/CVS pharmacies. They’re all trash but this has been a busy location since COVID started. Staff up! The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, just poorly managed.

This place used to be perfect. Not anymore. The corporation obviously doesnt care about the hygiene and they didnt clean their storefront for many months. Just look at the pictures. Also, the pharmacy members think they have the right to be rude with customers. I lived nearby for 15 years and I witnessed how badly this place degraded. It is a shame.Update 5/2021. I added one star because I like the employees here. No matter how fast they get transferred to other locations, another good one replaces the former one. However, the pharmacy is performing based on 90s not year 2021. It needs a lot of improvement. And the pharmacy technicians need to learn to be adequately polite and kind to patients.

I went to this location to get my medication. Big mistake. I had to pay out of my packet for 1 medication. Not only staff made me wait for longer time they didn’t charge me co pay. I didn’t know that the amount I paid didn’t include co pay. They kept calling me every day to cover the charge. I went out of my way to go there again & pay. Never going there again

Very understaffed and inefficient in the pharmacy.

The parking is tight here but I have come here many times and service is always fast. They have pretty much anything you need. I have been here to get passport photos and the entire process was less than 10 minutes.

Tried to charge me $600 for omeprazole which is $15 on amazon. Talk about swindlers. Go to another pharmacy.

Always get good service here and theyve got a good variety of different cards for various occasions.I love using their photo/picture services for gifts too, which I think Ive been doing for years because they are really good gifts for family, boyfriend/girlfriend, & close friends. I usually get the custom birthday cards (insert your own pictures), but Ive also gotten a custom mug or thermos before too.Today for the first time I got a custom photo book to use as a meaningful anniversary present. Plus I got around $20 off of it because of an online Walgreens coupon (gave 50% off) & I had $5 worth of points to use (Ive had the Walgreens app & connected it to Runkeeper, so every mile I walk I get points). Only thing about the photo book is you need to make sure you put in high resolution pictures or make lower resolution pictures smaller.

When I got to the pharmacy there was a customer at the counter and a sign about 15 feet away from the counter with a wait here sign. I waited for about 8-10 minutes while the one person at the counter dealt with a difficult customer. I could hear other employees chatting but couldnt see them. There are two registers at the counter so I walked to the counter to see if someone could help me. Two employees were chatting away, one of them looked at me and told me I needed to go to the sign where the line was. I explained that I had been waiting awhile and I heard them chatting and assume they didnt realize they had a customer waiting to be served. The woman repeated that I needed to stand by the sign and returned to chatting with her co-worker.I walked out in frustration. This experience reminded me why I hadnt been in a Walgreens for years and why Ive been going to a pharmacy that is twice as far from my home.In a rather sarcastic twist of fate, there is a poster on the wall next to the pharmacy with a picture of the founder of Walgreens talking about his philosophy of delivering superior customer service so customers will come back. Its clear these employees miss the point.

My family is getting all medications from this pharmacy and we always satisfied with service. I would like to mention specially Mani, Stella and Gayane. They are very helpful always. Customer service is the one who brings a business. Thank You for having good customer service.

This store is well stocked and easy to shop and the checkout crew are friendly and nice. The Pharmacy is usually under staffed and slow, however. Also, the parking lot is often full even though the store is not.

This location has the worst customer service at the pharmacy. Inside line and drive thru are the absolute worst! Waited in the drive thru for at least 10 minutes. At last I honked my horn and someone said on the speaker ,Be right with you. 5 minutes later and they finally got to me. Inside there was no one waiting in line or being helped. Then the employee says to me sorry we dont have that prescription. I have to go there because of contractual obligations with my insurer. I will NEVER buy anything there again.

They ignore the drive through.Worst customer service.

They do not advertise that they are closed for lunch I took the bus from my home and had to wait 40 minutes there was nothing online that said they were close

The pharmacy just sucks!!! Been living in this neighborhood for 20 years and every time they have managed to mess up the prescription. Or tell me its ready only to find that they need more info from the Dr.. Never again.

Love this Walgreens I’m not quite sure why they have any bad reviews,but I’ve been going here for over 8 years and the manager is very helpful

Whats the point of being open 24hrs if your Pharmacy is closed on a Sunday at noon even though it says open 10-6.

I visited the pharmacy at this location and the employees were extremely nice and helpful. They had 2 minutes before they close yet seeing me in pain, they very happily accepted to help me and give me my medication. They are true professionals and provide outstanding customer service. More specifically the employee, ARAZ, was very nice and understanding unlike the CVS pharmacy employees who refused to help me while they still had 6 minutes before they close and they saw how I suffered from excruciating pain. Walgreens and their pharmacy have my highest recommendations. And, Araz, needs a raise for his professional work ethic. I recommend Walgreens over anywhere specially in the city of Glendale/Burbank where employees mostly care less about customer service and satisfaction. Thanks again Araz :)

This place just doesnt have their act together. Nothing is ready when they say it will be and they love to waste your time.
