I would give this place more than 5 stars if possible. This was my first time trying Just Tires. I was in need of 4 new tires and most places I went didnt have the tires I needed in stock, but Just Tires did.The staff was very professional and friendly, and made me feel very welcomed. I had bought new rims and came in to buy new tires for them. During the installation an issue had came up since I didnt have an installation kit for the new rims. The store Rep actually went out of his way to go pick up an installation kit for me so I could have my new rims and tires installed, and this was greatly appreciated.I was also able to get my new rims and new tires installed the same day and their prices are decent compared to the other quotes I had received from other competitors.Overall great prices, great staff, and excellent service!

Joe and the team got me in-and-out without an appointment.Tire blew and needed all four new tires and one rim. Salvage yard took much longer than expected to deliver the part; however, Joe went the extra mile to jump-in and support the team during closing time - thank you!

I came here I bought 4 new tires for my truck and they ended up damaging 2 of my rims! Horrible customer service.

Buyer beware!!!! Do not buy tires with a warranty from this place! Buying the warranty is pointless here since they claim to always be “busy” and days out with availability when you need anything done that will be covered under your purchased warranty. Call and say you need new tires and their tune changes to “I can get you in at basically anytime”. They have no problem taking your money the first time but after that, they’re done with you unless you’re helping their daily ticket average.

Had a bad tire and no one could help in a quick timeline. Called here and Reuben answered and from there it was a breeze. Nkt only did he meet the timeline I needed he beat it and was very hassle free!

I needed my 4 tires aligned. After calling vendor number one and receiving a rude person answering the phone, I tried another place but they could not accommodate me very quickly. I did a google search and came up with Just Tires! Joe answered the phone and was amazing!!!!! He had such a pleasing personality, got me in the very next day with an appt, and even found me a coupon online! I would HIGHLY recommend this business and tell them to ask for Joe!!! It was on a Sunday afternoon recently ,that my wife and my self with dog in hand ,experienced the dread all drivers fear the ding of the low air pressure sensor telling you your about to have serious issues with your car ,but a quick call to Just tires at 8600,Cicero ave Burbank il saved the day and at 3:00 PM on a Sunday they had us bring our vehicle in, and in less time then it takes to go thru a fast food line out tire was repaired ,our car back on the road ,mom dad poochie have to give a big thank you shout out to the staff at Just Tires . happy every time we get our cars serviced there,thank you again MJB.

To busy to plug a tire with a screw in it. Went there at 10:30 in the morning and I was told they would try to get it done before they closed at 6pm. Took it to the neighborhood gas Station and the tire was repaired within 20 minutes. Farbins Shell at 79th and Cicero was a lifesaver! Should have went there to begin with.

I just stopped in to receive a quote!

Went in to get my tires replaced. Front desk person was nice. But that stops there pretty much. Asked for an inspection in my brakes as well and they told me theyre really worn and should be replaced. Told them Ill take care of it myself. Pulling out, felt a lil weird but I figured it was the new tires. Went to replace my brakes. Found out they torques the lug nut/bolts on too much and completely warped my rotor. And to make it better? My brake pads were completely fine. Still looked brand new. Bunch of liars and Im starting to think they hire people that barely know what theyre doing.

Been a Customer for some years now. Joe is great so is the staff. Good prices on all weather Tires, its that time of year people. I just purchased 2 Good Year Eagle Tires for my Buick Verano. Got the extended warranty on them also, I have peace of mind now for the Winter months.

I brought my van in on a Sunday at 3:30 PM to have new tires installed due to metal belts showing through the rubber. Since the van was so unsafe to drive the store manager squeezed me and got it done the same day so I was able to use it for work Monday morning. Thanks Just Tires and Thank you Joe C!!!

Got there at 8:00am, was told itd be 2hrs. to plug one tire! (which is bad enough!)...5hrs. & 20min. later, it still wasnt done! Absolutely ridiculous! Theyll never see me again or anyone else, I know! 😡

No Up-sellingI visited this service center on Monday, December 9, 2019. I am very pleased with the service I received. I feel the person who attended to me was honest, and cares about providing quality service to customers. I didnt have to wait for a long time and I wasnt presented with any up-selling, which always happens when I take my vehicle in for repairs (because Im a woman). My vehicle was thoroughly inspected and it turned out I only needed the repair I came in there for. The repair cost less than what I expected:). Just Tires- Burbank has become my go to service center for all repairs that doesnt require the dealership. They even put my spare tire back on the rack. Grateful

Worst experience ever! Wow wow wow. Julio (the said store manager) definitely does not have the people skills commanded in today’s automotive industry. I scheduled an online appointment this morning to have a leaky tire inspected, and I scheduled it for 9:30am. I walk in at 9am, an hour after the store has been open, to be serviced by Julio. I say hello and state that I have a 9:30am appointment, and it seems as if Julio did not do his job in inspecting his appointment schedule this morning, so he informs me that there are 9 cars ahead of me with a terribly attitude. I’m 100% a understanding person, being that I’ve been in his shoes, but the attitude is uncalled for. He went on to state it would be “hours” to have my vehicle inspected and that I wouldn’t be able to wait for it. The RIGHT thing to do in a situation like this is to call the customer before their arrival so that they don’t wait their valuable time. The worst part is seeing empty bays and a empty parking lot. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

This is my second time back at this location for an alignment. (87th & Cicero, Burbank, Il. ) I made an appointment with Joe. The alignment was done quickly and my van drives perfectly. Joe is an exceptionally nice guy and everything always goes smoothly. I have had 2 great experiences here and the people at this location do great work. I highly recommend them. Thanks!

Good experience here on 7/28. Ruben was great in not pulling the old bait and switch on us. We came in the day before to price tires (that they ALWAYS have in stock) but when we came in 18 hours later, that tire wasnt in stock. Ruben not only matched the price and gave us a better set of tires, the out-the-door price was lower than the original quote! Plus, the tires were installed a lot quicker than we expected. They were great!

They were supposed to put one of the replaced tires in the car so I could have it mounted on a full sized rim and they didnt. I called back and the salesman told me he would put the tire to the side for me. Unfortunately he didnt put my name on it or tell anyone.

Very good customer service. The staff are very friendly. They do a very good job realigning the wheels. Tire pressure is right where it needs to be. For the most part, I do not have any issues. I have been here several times and they have NOT lost any of my valve caps. There was one time when they overtightened my lug nuts. Two days after, I was changing my transmission fluid and I tried to take off the driver side wheel to access the fill plug. I bent one wheel wrench when I tried to unscrew the lug nuts. All four wheels were overtightened so I had to retighten them to spec. If I got a flat tire, I would have been in big trouble. One thing that is needed at this location is a bigger parking lot.

Long over do review. What ever you do dont go here!!! I went to get a flat fixed, I wouldnt be able to pick up the car until later at night. Well that was the coldest night in Chicago and the temperature had dropped. When I got to my car it wouldnt start and we couldnt open the hood cause it had froze. I left it there and figured I would call in the morning to have them check the battery. So they did, I paid for the battery. Fast forward a week later my car dies. I pop the hood and the battery is not connected properly (completely loose). The clip that holds it in is missing, they broke the red caps and they left a red towel between the battery and car. Can we say fire risk! Luckily I was at my dads and he had to rig it because the clips that make the connection were not making contact and was unable to screw them. I went back as we standing in the lobby we over hear one of the front desk guys on the phone tell a customer not to worry. He tells the customer he is transferring stores tomorrow, but not too worry. He will not have a problem when he comes in because the manager is standing next to him and heard the conversation, so he knows what he told him. There was no other employee next to him and just out right lied and had customers standing in front of him. They ended up having to order my car part from the dealer but the caps were never fixed. When I went to pickup the car the manager handed me the keys with an attitude and tells me this will be no charge. SERIOUSLY!!! You bet it wont be a charge. He never apologized once for the problem and inconvenience. My tire is still leaking air but refuse to go back. Will be taking it somewhere else and just chuck it up as a loss.

Guy seems weird. He wanted me to leave my car take a Uber home & back & charge a large fee for an oil change. RIDICULOUS!!!

They are decent with their prices but they will double charge you for an oil change on an Off Road Vehicle, like mine ( Jeep Patriot). Just know what you are doing before going there 😉.

Dropped my wifes car off for ONE tire... just ONE. I gave them the Benefit of a doubt because they were busy. They Call me at 8pm to tell me the car was ready but theyre closing. I was ok with that so long as the car was ready. I get there and they take me to the back to tell me they cant get the spare off... that I need to get the bolt cut off... why would you call the night before and tell me its ready and tell this news the following day and charge me full price for a job you couldnt even do. Brought it home changed it myself... efff them never again. Lazy scam artists at work. Youve been warned.

I love this place. I often refer my friends to come here, because its such good service. Even the customer service is amazing. They make you feel very comfortable. They have a TV going, and complementary coffee available.

I never write reviews but Ive been coming to this place for years and these guys have really pushed my patience these past 2 times. They always seem to rush alignment jobs and never get them right. Now I have my vehicle misaligned, a tire pressure light on and all I get from the guy named Bill All I can do is put air in your tires! Come back some other day! Hes making the assumption that I have all the time in the world to take my vehicle in to fix their mistakes.

They never called.Fast forward a weekI make an appointment for a more expensive winter tire I arrive to my appointment 10 minutes before and they say they do have my tire BUT that they are too busy to install it today and can’t do it.Unbelievable.. ..What a circus poor inventory management, poor planning and poor customer service.After years of bringing 2 cars here for tires it’s time to look for somewhere else. I suggest you do the same.

Love this place great service and reasonable prices

This service facility is great!!! I had a conversation with one of the team members (Brandon) prior to me coming into the shop and I explain to him over the phone the issue I was having with my car. Brandon told me to bring it in and he would have his guys take a look and see if they could resolve it. This was after taking it to three (3) other tire places, only to have the same result. Well Brandon and his team resolved my issue and I was not there long at all. They were very professional to all their guest while I was there in person and on the phone. I will definitely make them my tire services team going forward and highly recommend them to friends & family.

Brand new car received damage there, either in the parking lot or when car was being worked on, and now the management is never in when the insurance company calls, and everyone is trying to deny it happed there, man up and take responsibility people!

I stopped by to get new tires, I came in a couple hours before closed and they were still able to accommodate me and I received great and friendly service the whole time. I will be returning and recommending them to my friends and family. Thank you.

Foremost, they deserve a zero! I dont like this place! I came-in to buy a set of high mileage tires. The Assistant Manager tells me that it would be a better deal to go with the Assurance Max Life, especially in light that the Assurance High Mileage tire was being phased out. Sound like a good deal to me. I elected not to go with the hazard insurance, because I had never purchased it in my life. I was 59 years old at the time, having three vehicles and been driving since I was 16. Three weeks later I have a mysterious hole in my passenger rear tire, the only reason why I took it back to Just Tire, was because I thought that a brand new set of tires would be guaranteed for at least 30 days. I put my spare tire on and took it back to Just Tires. They claimed that because I didnt buy the hazard insurance, that they couldnt replace my tire. They claimed that it appeared that someone drilled a hole in my tire. I called their corp. office while I was there, arguing that this was a defective tire. At best, they said that they could recommend to Just Tires to replace the tire for $125.00, so I spend about another additional $50.00 to have all the tires covered. Im not happy because I know I could have probably got the tire repaired for $10.00. Recently, I came in to have my tires rotated. The Manager claims to have found a bubble in my drivers side front. I asked how does a tire barely six months old, contract a bubble? I dont remember his response, however, I asked to see. He tells me that I probably wont understand what I see. I eventually okay to have it repaired (I didnt see this alleged bubble). Upon giving me my bill, theres a bunch of charges that add-up to over $50.00. When I informed him that I wasnt informed of all of these additional charges that were added on to what my road hazard insurance was supposed to take care of. The manager cut the bill in half only because of the backup in waiting customers. When Im about to leave I come back and inform him of the damage that was done on the back of my vehicle. I wait around for a few minutes, he ignores me, upon getting into my vehicle, I see damage to my steering wheel. I come back in and wait to hes done with the next customer. I inform him that there is damage to my steering wheel. He turns red and obviously ignores me. I observe him tell a similar lie to a woman customer, telling her that she can drive her flat tire home, but bring it in as soon as possible tomorrow morning, because it needs to be replaced. At that point, I realize this is a scam! When he is finished with the last of the customers, he pretends hes taking a call, but it is obvious that whomever was on the phone hung-up. This manager is a phony jerk, and I will never deal with this so-called repair shop ever again. Their scam is to always tell you that you need to replace a tire, no matter how new it is or what condition it is in. Also, a tire repair shop that damages your vehicle shouldnt be in business because they violated a trust issue. Its an absolute violation of consumer trust! I am still considering filing charges with the FTC against them!

Got my order wrong for the third time ask for oil change & tire rotation & they only did a tire rotation...If it wer not for Bill Shaft to rectify the situation I would be taking my 4 cars elsewhere....Just tires better really look into why this keeps happening or they will lose my buisness.
