Its a big store with a lot of stuff at very low prices and good quality, they even sell food, veggies, fruits

Love this store. Usually stocked well. We go there once a week or so. Today was one of their monthly specials days and we made out like a bandit. Restrooms are clean. Only drawback with all dollar type stores is you might go in for 1 or 2 items, but you leave with a full cart 👍

On Marc h 23-2021 my husband had I were shopping and enjoying ourselves when my husband got sick I panicked be hadn’t had an Hypoglycemic attack so I really lost it and this real nice check her her name is Jackie she went out of her way to get a chair for husband and a young man to go get the chair and he ran back and got the chair and we were able to help my husband I couldn’t even think she gave him an orange juice and he started getting better but if it wasn’t for her quick thinking I don’t know what I would’ve done and then as he started getting better I was able to proceed and check my items out with her she was she is a very good employee and I tell you she saved our day and we want to thank her

I specifically went there (45 min drive) to get CBD sparkling waters. At check out we learned it is not EBT eligible. I apologized to her and was embarassed because I didnt know. Her computer wouldnt let her back out of the sale. I told her I was not prepared to spend 24 bucks in cash. So what do I do since I had other items? She just gave me a blank stare. I really feel that its the stores responsibility to merchandise nonelegible ebt items and sign properly. After 5 munutes she moved us to another register. She made it very clear she was now inconvenienced because she has to call the help desk to learn how to back out of a sale. NOT MY PROBLEM. I specifically told her if I knew it wasnt eliguble I would not have ran my card.

Inexpensive bargains all over this store. We enjoy picking up items we need for little cost. Staff is helpful & efficient.

Love this place and the employees at the Bullhead , AZ location.

This store has a little bit of everything, but not all of it is 99 cents. Still, its cheaper than standard retail stores. For example, I bought a bag of Greenies for my dog ($8.98 and up in regular stores), I paid $5.99 in this store. Stock rotates so what they have once may not be available twice. They have a good looking produce section. I bought 4 butternut squash - $1 each. Tasted great. Check it out. Lots of people shopping here!

Workers are friendly and they typically have a nicely stocked store. They really should try to have more than 1 register open at a time though. Everything I go in there in the evening/night their is one person at the register. Seems unfair to the clearly stressed out employee and to the customers who are trying to be out as quick as possible with the virus going on.

Natalie certainly doesnt promote CUSTOMER SERVICE. PUT HEAVY ITEMS ON BREAD ITEMSWE USUALLY SHOP AT YOUR STORE MONTHLY.THIS WAS THE 1ST TIME THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH A CASHIER...DIDNT EVEN GET IT BAGGED. 90% WAS JUST PUT WAS PUT INTO THE CART. WE BAGGED THE ITEMS WHEN WE GOT TO OUR CAR...

The cashier was polite and efficient. The 99 cents only name should be changed. There are several items in the store over 99 cents. The name should be 99 cents and above store? Overall a store with excellent prices especially for their food items.

I absolutely love that store, BUT every time I go there I spend way more then I want, but all the new things get me every time. Lol

I always shop at the 99 cent store as I find it a shoppers surprise when I go, plus the deals are a lot better than at the grocery stores.

The employees have always been extremely helpful and polite. I have noticed since the remodel though that their product selections and product stock have dwindled immensely. It really is a shame because that was the big draw for me to the store, it actually offset the fact that not everything is 99 cents and now with less product to choose from will make my decision probably less favorable to drive out there to spend my money at a store that more than likely wont have all of my shopping needs met. I do hope that this situation is just temporary, but we shall see.

I love this store. The produce department is outstanding. I have saved $25 in one trip through the produce department. The freezer Department wonderful saving absolutely love it. I save at least hundred dollars a month in this store. And I cant route by comparison shopping at Smiths where I usually chopt till they came in to town. The quality of the food products stand up to the Quality at any other retail outlet in the area. Hopefully their help will be trained a little better in time.

The bathrooms in this place need to be inspected by the health Dept. ITS SERIOUSLY DETREMENTIAL TO THE Health and WELL BEING OF OTHERS!!!

Clean and good inventory

Store at this location is usually well stocked, but tonight the cooler was pretty wiped. Still gave it 4 stars because normally the cooler section is full. The cashier was friendly, as most of them are at this location. Unlike the Kingman and Havasu locations, this store has easy access both in and out no matter which direction you are coming from.

Gotta love this store. Beautiful asparagus 99 cents a bundle. I buy a lot of my produce here and plan my meals around it

Always something new but I still like the store. Sure their stock isnt consistent but the produce is pretty fresh. Almost on par with grocery stores but cheaper.
