Huge store, very organized and clean. Found everything we needed for our Red Hat Society convention while in Laughlin NV.

10 starts for this walmart, they even do have a map at entrance, is huge. All you need will be inside for sure. Fruits, vegetables, meet, electronics and even clothes.

Went to Walmart to get an air conditioner thermostat which I had seen online and they said they had. Went to the home center and could not find it on the shelf. An employee walked by, his name was Nickolas, I inquired about the item and he looked it up on his phone and found it in electronics, I asked in what direction electronics was and he said he would walk me, wonderful! Nickolas introduced me to Lonnie who also was very helpful in my quest for my thermostat. 5 star service!

Very helpful when you ask questions. Money center employees are always helpful too.

I called and received a price and availability on a car battery. The price quoted was 99.00 plus tax and five available. It took me 10 minutes to get there. Upon check out was told the price was 129.00 plus tax. The lady said I just changed the prices and the price stands. I was stuck as my battery was dead. I had to change it out myself in parking lot. Not an easy task as I had a stroke and only have partial use of my left arm. So in 10 minutes she upped the price 30.00 without blinking an eye. The lady who quoted the price was there but the other lady over ruled her. Poor business practice. I will share this experience on Social media.

Rude manager didnt want to honor the price of our Whiskey even though she walked back and saw the price on the display. We got our price honored after 20 minutes of discussion. Shouldnt have even come to that because of their mistake.

The Walmart in Bullhead City Az. Is one of best Walmarts I have been in and I have been in to lot of them. It was very clean and they had everything. The employees were all very nice I wish the Walmarts in California were this nice. They must have a very good manager. Why cant all Walmarts be like this one?

The best Prim Rib you will ever eat. My husband and I have been eating here for over 20 years. The Prime Rib is so good. Staff is always very friendly.

If I could give zero stars, I would. NOBODY here gives a F and it shows with their customer service. you can rely on this store to never answer their phones, if youre a white guy you might get service GOOD LUCK POC/Black customers having anyone bring out your food if youre doing pickup. If you need anything from Walmart, just go to Fort Mohave. They at least pick up their phones between 8AM-8PM.

Just moved from San Diego East County to BHC days ago. Big difference with the other locations around So Cal that are pretty much unfriendly and full of associates who want to do anything but working there! The one in BHC is the antithesis of that! Big, clean and laid back personal!Glad to have moved here!

It looked like a pretty nice Walmart. We asked two different people if they sold recliners in-store or only online. The first girl was a bit of an airhead safe couldnt remember if she had ever seen any the other guy just said I dont think so you might want to look online.

So much variety under one roof! If you see an item of clothing that catches your eye, BUY IT RIGHT NOW! Super Walmart serves so many people that your special pick may be gone by the time you return to make your purchase. I love the variety of fresh veggies and fruits and nuts. Really yummy!

I have mostly delivered but either way I can say its a pleasure. Employees are helpful and for the most part very pleasant. Hard to be happy working with the public. I was in the hospitality field for over 30 years. Nice to see others respectful.

Very satisfied with the pharmacy. Also the produce. This Walmart has better customer service than other ones I have been to.

You already know what to expect. Its a big Walmart. Its clean and bright. The shelves are well stocked. Prices are easy to find. The people are extremely friendly and helpful.

IF ONLY CALIFORNIA HAD WALMARTS THIS CLEAN, WELL STOCKED AND FRIENDLY. YOU CAN WALK TO THE ENTRANCE WITHOUT FEARING FOR YOUR LIFE. You can actually walk down the isles without a hiking stick. Staff know where products can be found and if out, will order it for you. It can truly be a pleasure shopping in Arizon Bullhead and Fort Mojave stores.

I have used walmart pharmacy for 6 yrs. Now all of a sudden in the last 4 months when I go to pick up my prescriptions there is always a problem. Also who ever orders there womans clothing should be fired. Its 114 outside has been for months and the only choices you have are sweatpants, sweatshirt, awful muumuu type dresses, its like an old lady or does all of the ordering where in Arizona get with the times in order some wearable stuff

This is a great clean WalmartAlthough I had an appointment at the nail shop....arrived 10 minutes early and the lady was rude...I left will find another nail place in town

I give them a 3 because there handicapped toilet in the rear of the store is always busy when we go there. We go from Kingman to Bullhead every other week and we always stop at Walmart there to get our goods and do a potty stop. Today the handicapped toilet was occupied for 30 minutes. By an employee. The last time we went it was occupied for 20 minutes by another Walmart employee. Someone needs to talk with the employees and tell them that its not their personal breakroom. It is for people who actually need it. We have the same problem when we go to Sams Club in Bullhead.

Seems like they change things around too much you just get to know where everything is they change the items around self check out is good for people who knows how to use the machine

Good store for your essentials. Just dont take cash unless you plan on waiting in line because they only have one aisle that accepts it.

Large Store with everything we needed. Clean, easy to get around, good signage to help us find what we were looking for. Helpful friendly employees. Parking lot could use some improvement with new asphalt but have had good shopping experiences here since moving to this area 2 weeks ago. The Casa Grande, Az store should take a lesson from these people.

I recently went to get some food and there rotisserie chicken is perfect size to eat while out and about, I usually have leftover for sandwiches the following day. But the best part is the self checkout. There is so many stands that there is rarely a line. They also got a lot of items around the checkstands that actually come in handy can easily be forgotten.

Its Walmart, I had a courageous checker that shared an encouraging word.

Worst store in Arizona express is always credit card only so if you want in and out fast for a loaf of bread and only have cash, you must go stand in line. Or get cash when checking out forget it.I was told its a change shortage, but an employee told me to many people getting cash with purchase on credit card and management to lazy keep keep checkout stocked.

Its walmart so you know your gonna have to ring yourself up and there will be no one to help you find anything, if the app doesnt help you dont bother asking an employee, it is what we have come to expect from Walmart. Nothing

However when I got to the register they wanted to charge me 22 dollars and some change. Had to kindly remind them who the customer was.

Clean but very busy. Was 11:30am and no rotisserie chicken. It was going to be over an hour before they would be finished cooking. It was a Saturday, think they should have had some ready by 11:30 for lunch.

Good store. They are running out of summer stuff. Get it while you can. Self check out the best.

Went in today for my online order, didn’t start on a good not BUT it did end on a great note. I traveled all the way from kingman, since my confirmation email stated I had to pick up my order by today, and arrived there with the notice of my items being put back without receiving an email or a credit to my account for the purchase. Went inside spoke to a manager, and one of the associates named Angelina helped me grab the items off the shelf. She took her time to see what she can do for me to resolve the problem, and I greatly appreciate her for doing that knowing how crazy the online order & pick up can be. There’s not a lot of people out there with great customer service skills, but she did her part in making sure she did what she could do with helping me. Thank you again Angelina for all that you did for me today, you are totally awesome!! :)

Not really busy, cashier doing very well with the lines. No one at the front doors watching people coming or going. The store was clean and organized. I did need help finding an item but the worker didnt understand what I wanted ( seal a document). Shelves for the most part were full. In and out quick.

I love being able to go in to Walmart and get everything I need at one store and at a good price.

I personally dont like this particular Walmart, dont keep items stocked. I sometimes go to this other Walmart out of my way just to get items that are always stocked

Very quick service at pickup. James did a great job loading everything into the truck. It was greatly appreciated.

Theres perhaps not as much selection as another location close by, but the stocked items are good ones and the store is very clean. The staff are all friendly and willing to help find items .

There are very rude employees and especially the customers. And they are pushy,cut in front of you. Do not care about handicapped people. No respect from anything. Very sad!😳😞

The 2 ladies that helped me were very nice. Store was pretty clean.

Troy (Team Lead) was available in the bike/toy department to answer our questions on the availability of bikes since there were no adult bikes on display. He went above and beyond to look in the back and then out on the patio to find the bikes we were looking for. He even offered to have the bike builders stop what they were doing and have them put our bikes together, which we gratefully declined. Thanks for the great customer service, Troy! We love our new bikes!

Good prices but they need more checkers. Only 2 open and long lines. Alot of people dont like the self check out. I tried 2 times to do self check out and it broke/froze up and had to do it all over again.

Our go to store when visiting. Grandkids need presents and we get to stock up the Rv as there is space

The sales floor is always clean and organized and the employee are very friendly and helpful and do their best to be helpful and if they cant help me, they be know who can.A welcome and refreshing change from my typical Walmart experience.

I know some people like to bash Walmart. Here the staff is friendly, helpful and smiles! Even the check-out lines move fairly quickly. Good job team, shopping here is a pleasant experience.

The Walmart in Kingman Arizona has machines that are broken and will decline your card people that work there dont want to work and wait on the customers they have bad attitudes and the store is dirty I dont shop anymore at that one I go to the one in bullhead people are nicer its a cleaner store and the motorized carts work

This stores employers are great examples of why minimum skilled people deserve minimum wages. Nobody answers the phone. I get helped more by 3rd party stockers than the useless employees.

Do not go in the morning if you don’t want to end up working for them. Literally one line open at 8:15am. The rest are definitely check out lines. I had a $200 tab and had to ring it up and bag it myself. The only line open had an elderly lady working. I like elderly people but if they can’t keep up with the speed of the morning rush put someone else in. You only set that elderly person up for failure. Then you make customers like myself so mad I don’t want to spend another penny or second in there and ignore all small business in the front. Get it together you made millions during the pandemic put some of that into your staff
