Jan 1, 2021 11:30/11:40Marveick off bhc pkwy has some alright employees and some who just don’t take fault I paid 3.18 for coffee, recces, and soda fountain coke along with nachos couldn’t pay for the nanchos since I had ebt and I paid for everything else and my homie paid for the nachos but to the employees knowledge when I used my ebt I didn’t pay he even had the audacity to say coffee is hot and ready and ebt can’t buy it but then went to say he buys coffee off his ebt all the time! Watch out for being overcharged and then lied to tried to get my receipt before I left he said there wasn’t one but I know there was. I went and checked my transactions history and had a payment of 3.18 and another one of 5$ and some change I know people make mistakes everyone does but come on man “customers are always right” they say haha

Love this store. I go every morning for a smoothie and a fountain drink. The store is always clean and organized. Brittanya is an amazing employee. She always greets you and she knows all her customers names. She goes above and beyond for me and others.

FYI, this store is not enforcing the mask mandate for their customers.

This is the only Maverick I will go to in Mohave County. They are nice and clean compared to all the other locations like Kingman and Ft. Mohave. Food in there cafe is also fresh and good

I noticed that my allergy medication was all gone when it I really needed it. So, I called Maverik and asked if they carried any allergy medicines and they did. They saved me from an allergic reaction, and a possible trip to the hospital. My favorite convenience store!

They make fresh food daily, sandwiches,wraps, spicy links ,regular links and cheesy (Bahama Mama) and much more

My MaverikAdventure left ALOT to be desired tonight. Pulled up to an open pump....when I went to get my purse out of the back of my car I got to dance around a big puddle of sour smelling milk that had obviously been there awhile. Ok, so some inconsiderate jerk was there earlier...moving on....Attempted to insert my cards in the reader but was unable to, due to a blockage in the machine...an out of order sign would have been helpful. Got back in the car, went to another pump to try again....this one worked fine. Would have washed my windshield too if ALL 4 of the window washing stations hadnt been EMPTY! Getting seriously annoyed at this point, but figured I would report it when I went inside to purchase my lottery ticket, along with some snacks....was unable to do that though, because the cashier was too busy rolling her eyes at the man who was standing in the middle of the store yelling at his credit card company about his declined card. Waited a few minutes to see if she would acknowledge me, or maybe use another register while he performed his routine....but all she did was lean on the counter watching him. Customer service and condition of the property is pretty much a thing of the past here....guess Ill start finding a new place to spend my money.
