TJ  helped us out tremendously! He pricematched, gave a flat rate on 4 wave runner rentals and was extremely professional. Sara handled the paperwork flawlessly. The guys at the boat launch were friendly and the machines were a freaking blast! Definitely recommend!

I occasionally stop by and get snacks here. I dont know where their fuel comes from so I dont trust the quality; but its fairly priced. They have jet ski rentals if you want to race up and down the near-by Colorado River. A lot of locals complain that they rip them off on a local Facebook group, but Ive personally never had problems with the service here. If you visit Fastrip, make sure you use cash; if you use card, make sure to get a receipt. If you rent a jet ski, make sure to read the fine print and do a full inspection of the product before leaving with it.

I would NEVER rent from this place again! Its a rip off. They DO NOT explain all of the fees involved nor do they explain how they reach the total for fuel that they charge. Yet there is a huge sign out front that says $55 to rent jet ski.Jet skis they actuay rent to you have governors on them they bog down, and are all beat to hell. Slow and boring. I would never rent from them again.

Labor Day weekend 2020 rental. YES, WE GOT SCAMMED. Paid $650 to rent a little 4 seater boat (by the way, had to leave a $400 deposit even after paying $650 in advance) for 5 hours. Got it to our dock....SLOWLY. We did take it out on the river but the RPMs were almost non-existent. We thought it was slow because we went up the river against the current and it was the first real run (wrong). Tried again, still no speed. The needle showed excelled RPMs but the motor was not responding. We were concerned that continued use would blow the engine up so we called Fast-rip ( its not spelled with a hyphen but it is a fast ripoff). My daughter called Fast-rip...After giving my daughter a very hard time it was decided the vessel should be towed in (unless you fight it, the cost of the tow would be $150). It was found that they had rented an unserviced vessel to us. The motor was clogged by seaweed. Oh, to that they said you should have swam under the boat to clear the clog. Hahaha in the Colorado River current! The vessel was towed,, my daughter went back to to the office to discuss the problem and finances. Please dont forget this was an unserviced vessel. They agreed to return her deposit, and not charge her for gas and the tow (yes, she had to convince them of this). But as far as the $650 they kept it. So we paid $650 for maybe 20 minutes of use. If you come to Bullhead City for fun in the water and every other rental place is sold out, just play in the water. Dont chance losing hundreds of dollars. Just so you know, I will be reporting this to the Bullhead City Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau.

We left the building filling like we just got robbed first of all the guys behind the counter are all whispering secrets in there employees ears there prices are not fair and they give you no instructions on operation of any of there water craft they try and turn every piece of equipment into a insurance scam they jack up the price of gas by 7% and on top of all of this they leave you waiting like you have nothing else to do in life JUST PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR HARD WORKING AMERICAN MONEY THAT NOT HOW WE DO BUSINESS!!!

Complete SCAM! my friend rented a jet ski that was not working properly. She was on the water for a total of 20 mins and noticed the ski wasnt working properly (smoking and sputtering) She called to get another one and tell them about the issues. Waited 2 hrs for a replacement and they end up bringing back the same one. Asked them for her money back and they claim that she flipped the ski and she was now responsible for $800 in damages due to water in the oil. This place is a shame and I would never do business with them EVER again. Predators and con artists to say the very least!

Seadoo I rented didn’t work on entrance to water. Took about an hour to get my Seadoo swapped out. I will never come back here but if you do make sure you take detailed videos of the ski you are renting bc they will get your money for damage one way or another. All 3 groups that checked out with us had extra “damage charges.” By the looks of the reviews this is normal for them. Do your research when renting skis. You will leave this place feeling robbed. I will never return to this place. DO NOT go here. Plan in advance and rent from a trustworthy location. Also their skis are pretty old and beat up.

We were scammed out of $700.00 dollars. They refused to give us a receipt or a copy of the contact so we have no way to show how much me paid. We paid a total of 1,500 CASH for two jet skiers and a boat that we were supposed to use the next day. When they delivered the boat the boat did not work and even the guy that took us to the deck was not able to start the boat. We went back and asked for our money back and they said that the boat was working and that they weren’t going to give us anything back. We asked to get a copy of our contract and it receipt but they refused to give us a copy of our receipt or contract unless we signed a paper saying that the boat was working which I refused to sign because the boat wasn’t working. Then they told me they no longer wanted to speak to me that they wanted to talk only to my uncle only because he was on the contract. And my uncle doesn’t speak English so there went that. They keep the cash and we have no receipt because that’s what they do they steal from people who they know they can take advantage of.Am not sure how to respond to this thing but you did refuse to give me a copy of the receipt unless I signed something saying that the boat was working properly which it was not. And the only copy of the contract you guys provided me was the one for the day before for the jet skies we rented. We never received a copy of the contract for the boat or the copy of the receipt for the 1500 cash that was given to you guys. When we asked for a copy you Guys said the only way you will give us a copy is if we signed the paper work that you wanted us to sign it which we refused. But this is a lesson learned and neither us or our people will use your services again.And I will definitely be reporting you to the BBB

I just called and this woman was rude and hung up in my face. All I wanted to do was confirm if they take reservations over the phone today. Due to holiday weekend. Would give 0 stars unprofessional.

Whatever you do, DO NOT rent Jet Skis from here if you are one of the last people. First of all, they will give you an old damaged jet ski then, in the videos they will miss having it on there already and try to charge you for it. Then, instead of being charged $200 I was charged $400 and I was told I would receive a call from the owner when I was actually talking to the owner and have yet to get any word on my $200. and I was not the only one this has happened too especially on that same day.

We came to rent some jet skis and we put down the rental and deposit fee which was $550 . And we only drove it for 2 hours because we had other plans but when we went to return them back they inspected the ski and said we damaged it but we never crashed or hit anything and they made us pay $800 on top of the deposit, they did this to multiple people !!! And they were getting upset because they knew they were scamming us and they were threatening us with jail time if we didn’t pay in full . Just bad and scam!!! After you ride the jetski not recommended!!!!! PLUSSS you have to pay for the gas even though you don’t use it all !!!!

We ended up renting from this company the snake oil salesman renting the jet skis from fastrip. He will bait you in with lies and cons. Charged $$400 after jet skis were returned saying their are rocks in the intake/propeller section even we never noticed any problem until last minute jet ski was functioning running fine Double talker and two face salesman who knows if your own guys put the rock there. I would recommend reporting him to the Better Business Bureau so other people wont get scammed The Rental price was not bad maybe the cheapest in town and they are super nice as soon they know your there for jet skis but all the drama started while returning the skies You end up paying when you leave and the way he does it is so tricky at end will confuse what he does is all sudden then he starts giving you like big discounts he is a gaming person fraud I totally regret because I was about to take my business next door with a gentleman it’s water world I guess.

Horrible experience renting jet ski here’ I rented for whole day $350 plus gas.. they took about 40 min to deliver the jet ski to the river... around 3:30pm i called to get refuel it took about 40 min to arrive when the guy arrived he did not bring gas with him he took the jet ski and stated it will take 1 hour to bring back with gas so he decided it’s better to turn it in at that..stay away from this place very unprofessional

Would not recommend using this company. They lied about taking care of the fuel in one of the skis we rented. When I was forced to buy fuel on they lake they said I would be reimbursed Ahmad at the counter refused to honor that today. He said I used it all while the other JetSki we had was still full. Great place to go for renting wave runners! The owner and staff were really nice and helpful. There was a problem with our wave runner and they switched it out right away! Next time we go back we will be renting from them! I would recommend Fast trip to anyone!

CONSUMER BEWARE! the credit card I used to reserve jet ski rentals was STOLEN and used months later. I contact the police department, filed report. I contacted Diana at FastStrip to advise her of fraudulent employee theft and immediately she denied it. She refused to look into it, I can tell by her responses that Im not the first caller complaining about fraudulent activity as she was quick to deny claims without me finishing my complaint. She stated only 2 employees handle rental reservations that would have access to credit cards, her and the owner. There you have it folks... its Diana or the owner stealing your info. INTERNAL THEFT. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE GO ELSEWHERE. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!

I dont care for fountain drinks here but the location is good and the gas is cheap...Ive heard they water down their gas which leads to unexpected car troubles. The older lady that works nights comes off as rude but shes actually pretty cool.

Easy to access location. The employees are usually friendly and provide a pretty good customer experience. The gas prices are fair for the market and competitive.

Terrible don’t go here they say anything to get you in the door and change up the whole story on arrival. We were told the price for 2 Jet Skis would be 200 dollars and we gave our credit card information on the phone and booked the skis. Then when we got there they add all kinds of unnecessary fees and the total came out to 485.

Was nervous due to all the lower reviews. They where really relaxed and explained everything to you, so you do not get surprised. You take a video alongside them so you have a defense and proof if they try to charge you... Everything will be poined out to you and always ask questions they are more then happy to help you. Honestly if you stay away from the shallow areas or jump off before you dock it you will be fine.

Ive never rented skis here, but I get gas here whenever I come into town. I actually drive past about 3 gas stations plus some just to go here for the great deal on gas!Its hard driving a truck with a heavy gas pedal!!!

Scammers. Went for my birthday a few years ago, the jet ski only went 20 mph when it was advertised up to 60. I rode it for 20 minutes and the gas tank was drained. When I return they charged me $8 per gallon when they were selling gas for ~$2.50. Ended up costing me 250 to ride for 30 minutes. To hell with them.

Rented their 9 passenger boat yesterday. Did not run properly. The boat did not have much power. My husband, who is very familiar with boats, said it seemed one of the engines was not working correctly. We had to reload the boat and take it back to the store only to be told we would not be refunded. So we paid $580 to drive a boat for 20 minutes. Stay far away from these crooks!

If you plan on spending 260. They took our deposit because they said there was a rock in the propeller, ran fine the whole time we rode. Literally looks like someone set it in there. Definately going somewhere else next time.

Horrible! They ripped the people ahead of me for damages caused by faulty equipment. Didnt think they would do it to me. They tried to charge me $541 for a damaged propeller blade that was supposedly brand new. And when you say you cant afford it. They try to talk you down by discounting the damages...Really??? They prey on people they think cant afford a lawyer and focus on taking their deposit while taking more for damages. If you dont pay, they still keep your deposit. They win either way! Ill be reporting them and contacting my lawyer! BEWARE!

Sign says $55. Inside youre told $82. Tax and service fee. Thats a pretty high tax there. Dont get me started on the gas charge. $75 to fill the tank when you are done. I didnt know these things had 30 gallon tanks! Unfortunately, this bait and switch tactic seems to be the norm around there.

I only gave one star because there was no option of no stars. I came to this place because the all-day rental price was too good to pass up. I should have known it was too good to be true. They lightly patch up damaged jet skis and rent them to you as if they are not damaged. Once u get them on the water, the patches come off and it appears as if you ran the jet ski into something when you know you definitely did not damage anything. Then they charge you outrageous fees for fixing the jet skis. So it ends up costing more than if you would have rented a jet ski from a reputable company. Please take my advice and do not rent from this place.

Give yourself an hour before your time to do paperwork, take your time & Document All Damage to Jet skis *under the ski, propeller, bumper areas too. Touch,move,& tap all mirrors.We were launched then we parked and the bumper corner popped off. They repaired it & we were good to go, the kids had an AWESOME EXPERIENCE but I was nervous the whole day.Take Cash for Deposit so you get it back the same day. (Take picture of your $ that they staple to your paperwork )They are Nice people (espically the dock crew!)who I hope are rebuilding their Reputation. GOOD LUCK!

My friends was trapped with their cheap price Bad business, this person will rip you off I went along with my good friend to rent a jet ski. This bad owner will rent it at any condition it is. Anything wrong with its junk will blame it on YOU!!!! Rent your own jet ski from where ever you coming from and haul it to avoid such a rip off. You will not believe everything he will say to convince you the jet ski was operational to make you feel guilty and charge you for something it was already broken.

My husband and I rented this last weekend the service was great. The wave runner died on us out of the lake but the crew was great and came and towed us back they put a new battery in and took us back to the doc.

This place is absolutely GREAT. They are very helpful and honest! I went in to rent a 2009 jetski for 55$ and they gave me a upgrade as well as dropped it in the water for me. I am from NY and dont know the river too well but they really took the time to educate me about it and steer me in the right direction. Before taking the jetski both I and the company took pictures/video of the watercraft (THEY TOLD ME TOO) this way we were on the same page of the condition. 5 stars does not do this company justice they deserve 10 !!!

Had a BLAST, some of these reviews are unjust and unfair, people are complaining about having to pay for damages THAT THEY DID, they take video and pictures of the entire ski and point out any flaws to you, after watching inexperienced riders hitting metal on the dock i can see where the damage comes from and why people think they arent at fault. Plus they give you a hell of a break on repair costs since they have their own shop. Great service, unbeatable prices. I will be back for sure.

I rented from them previously. But the last time the owner tried to charge me a late fee but I told him to waive it which he did. Then he got me on the full tank of gas at California price not the Arizona price. I didnt mind since my buddies split the cost. Only thing I recommend is to read the contract or have them review the contract twice. When return the jet ski clean out the propellar so they try to say something is wrong. And yes Ill probably rent from them again, but theres aways room for improvement.

I would never rent from this place again! They are a scam they charge you for a full tank of gas upfront and then charge you again when you return the jet ski! They find the smallest thing to try and charge you extra! I would definitely consider all the bad reviews they have and shop around for something different. They are affiliated with Milos Jetskes which is now Scotts jet skis the Arizona district Attorney whos bringing a lawsuit against them for fraud. They regularly overcharged their customers. The Better Business Bureau recommend you avoid this place at all costs if you go there you will be sorrry.

So my friend got ripped off at water world by 50 bucks, he received half a tank and had to turn back to get more gas all because he read these old ass reviews. If you had a bad payment process and not a bad experience take it up with the card companies dont say all that was bad was you got charged for repairs when 99% of the time its because of amateur mistakes. Be nice to people I had a great time with my girlfriend. My friends were not happy with the price and how they needed to get more gas and turn around. I was gonna tell them they got ripped off before they paid but they wouldnt tell me the price of my friends jetski because they knew I would say something. Even the guys at fast trip say they over charge everybody and never say it till the end. Just talk and ask all the questions its not a scam Im happy I reserved my jetski and I reserved one for my friend but he didnt want to trust me it was ready to go all he needed to do was sign the waivers

Decent store,good coffee,cheap gas.But what really pissed me off is prepaying 20 in gas,only getting $18.30 in tank and assuming difference would be fixed when debit card processed.Not so,was charged the 20.Sure its only $1.70,but its the principal.You scammed me out of my change,but lost the possibility of me ever doing business there again.

Went out to laughlin first time This past weekend, brother in law rented a jet ski which also was a first time. So much fun and they even take the jet skiis to the lil dock for you and get you set up to have the time of your life! Definitely recommend and its daily rental not hourly!

Busy place, cheap gas, but ski rentals are too expensive, even for this area. Its cheaper to rent a jet ski from a professional her ski rental business....seriously. Has pumps are poorly placed, difficult in & out of the convenience store parking lot/has pumps. Near a crack/meth motel....so clientele is scary.....dont patron this place, at night.

DO NOT RENT HERE....unless you want to be charged 4 times the agreed price and will bill you for the deposit and tell you that your bank will need to refund that. NOT THE CASE. Not even sure how this company is still in business. We took pictures of all the dents and scratches that were present just as an insurance, and lo and behold, they accused us of the damages. Upon showing him the pictures we took prior to leaving the shop, he had no other explanation than to waive the damage fees....really? You dont take inventory of the damage prior to renting it out? Any car rental company would walk with you with a clipcoard in hand of the vehicle to mark down any pre-existing scuffs, scratch, etc...yet this company will leave it to unbeknownst travelers and hit them with it. Still contesting with my credit card company and this has been going for 2 months. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place.

Cheap gas good service Pleasant people plenty of jetski

We rented from here last week, i have no idea what the deal is with all these horrible reviews we had a blast easy process, they did a walk thru with us on skiis and took video of them showed us the blades and all, they gave us step by step instructions on how to operate them so for those of you skeptical dont be we had a great time and they were good to us. No crazy charges, all deposits were refunded fast no worries so go with it !!!!

Great place to rent a PWC. Weekdays for $120 you can have it all day long, gas and taxes includes. Ill rent from then when I go to Laughlin again.

Store can get busy fast all sudden but great customer service the staff there is cool but the customers can be rude sometimes but thats just Bullhead az for ya ha yupperz

SCAM!!!! They charge you for damage that is already on the jetski!!!! Paint over it, then water washes it off....then you pay$75 an inch for each scratch! Definitely going to pursue this...they ruined our vacation...

Like you guys, i really hesitated to come to this place because of their ratings. But still, i went there because their proce is really affordable.. Andddddd i had the best jet ski time of my life. All the negative comments werent true. They were the people who did damages on the jetski but didnt own up to! So yeah! Shout out to the owner of the business! Hes really nice and humorous haha! I owned up to some scratches i did on the dock when parking it but,they said they wouldnt charge me because those were small scratches. So yeahh! Ill be back soon! I love this place! They have nice staff who will be straight up to you with the rules and they will even give you advices on how to not damage the jet skiAnd to the owner, thanks for letting me and my brother stay inside your store while we were waiting for our ride,even if we were DRIPPING WET because we just got out of the water..He even offered us some drinks! So yeah! Thanks Fastrip! I highly recommend this shop! Dont mind the negative ratings!

Terrible service! Jetski was in horrible condition and broke down an hour after taking it out. Owner did not give a refund and refused to refund my deposit. They are a joke of a company. Also, gas is around $2 a gallon BUT they charge you $3.50 a gallon when you bring you skies back to top them offTerrible experience

Some of the staff was nice, the owner however is very unreasonable, would not recommend renting jet skis from there

Gas station is ok, always have to wonder if youre getting good gas or not. Jet ski rentals are a joke

Sadly my family was the latest victim of this scamming business. Horrible business practices. Lied about damage to our Jet Ski. At first he said it was damaged beyond repair, then he said it was needing to be fixed in a shop in Las Vegas, that he doesnt have the tools in house to fix it. Rental was supposed to be $150 ended up costing us $660! Now fighting charges with CC company. 5 hours+ wasted. Horrible!

Amazing customer service super friendly plus they have the newest2016 jet ski which I recommend for a really good price best price in town we will definitely be visiting them again.

Yes for sure this guy is a total scammer. always claims damages that are not true. dont let his con artist ways deceive you. he is a LIAR!GO SOMEWHERE ELSE DOWN THE STREET.it might cost a bit more initially butu will pay way more here after all his damage claims.all the rif raf that hangs out there doing their drug deals should tell you a lot about his business.he will get his. what comes around goes around!

This business is a ripoff and the owner is a artist and knows how to pull money out of your pocket he sounds like a great man but he is gamer he is not what he trys to show out in the beginning bottom line if you want to be ripped off use this Business and do business with this guy .
