I went into the Bullhead city T-Mobile and Erik helped me with several issues. Regarding two of my phones. I spent almost 1 hour with him and he noticed that there was an over charge on my phone bill. He got on the phone with customer service and they were able to credit me $350. Olivia with customer service credit me $34.99 times four. Then I was told by Olivia that a Bullhead City T-Mobile store was going to credit me the balance which is $218.00. I was amazed with your professionalism, their patience, and really looking out for me as a customer. I would’ve never known, the overcharge. It was because of Eriks professionalism that caught the error. I recommend T-Mobile in Bullhead city Arizona. Look, these guys are amazing. Give them a chance to prove to you how amazing they are. As a business owner i know the importance of great customer service and the crew at T-Mobile Bullhead does just that, Provides Great Customer service. Recently i had an issue with a new phone which needed to be replaced under warranty. Jamie was super helpful and fixed my problem. Jamie took the time to make sure all my important data was transferred to the new phone and off i went. GREAT job JAMIE and thank you. This is why I have been a customer for 17 years.

This T mobile is by far the best ever. Customer service is good every time, friendly, fast, knowledgeable, convenient location, and helpful. Etc. T mobile offers a military discount and so much more. Oh and pretty good service in my area.

I have never had a problem that couldnt be fixed at this location. Carlos is always very informed and helpful. Justin helped us today and was every bit as nice as Carlos. It seems Bullhead City AZ has the friendliest customer service.

After a failed attempt to sign up with T-Mobile in our home town, we traveled to Bullhead in hopes to have a better customer service experience. Thank you Justin for your patience and being willing to allow us to make the final decision. You will be surprised to hear that not only have we not had any problems ... Our phones have better service that ever before. Oh and by-the-way, the closer the towers, the weaker the signal.

I was switching and needed to keep my same phone & number ,all he did was bad mouth my previous phone provider, bottom line it was too much work for him and he did not want to bother . So I was going to get a new phone and said he was wiped out due to customers coming in from Ca. & Nv. he should have been thankful of all the customers he had. 2 phone lines and the main number was switched without a problem in California . NEVER will I enter into Store#4603 again.

Justin, at Bullhead T Mobile , has all the answers in regard to the i eleven cell phone that no other employee could answer. I have tried other locations with no answers. I am delighted with Justin.

Stopped in to the store today in Bullhead City AZ and spoke with Store Manager, Justin. I was having issues with my phones voicemail. After explaining to Justin what was and was not happening he immediately knew what to do. Such a knowledgeable young man and a true professional. Its a great feeling to be able to walk in off the street and get the awesome customer service which we received today from Justin. T-Mobile should be proud to employ such a professional!

Not a corporate location; its a authorized retailer. Some people care about this because there is an obvious difference in quality.Like most non corporate locations their less interested in helping you with an issue and more interested in fixing the issue by selling you something. I generally dont like this attitude; but the people in the store seem fairly knowledgeable considering authorized retailers typically hire people based on sales experience, not tech knowledge.Ive never had a bad experience here, but have never had a great one either... that being said when I was given the choice of buying a device here or ordering it from the T-Mobile support line I ordered on the support line. I was able to get a better deal on a better phone.

My first visit was superb. my last one not.the guy was rude,arrogant and abrupt .not helpful at all and not nice.lost two sales. my wife came in to upgrade to new phone and I was looking for a case for mine.when we return soon hope this guy not in if he is we will return when hes not or go into another location and get what we came for.

The BEST phone store in the area! The T-mobile techs are friendly, not condescending, and know their technology thoroughly. Any problem from billing to Bluetooth, these guys are on it. Plus, unlike the other carrier stores in the area, the T-mobile staff stays up to date on upgrades, give-always and the latest in coverage information: you can find out when the new tower is going active, or when 600MHz is turning on, and what phones can use the new 5G spectrum.

To be fair my review is based on my first time at the store, not my last time the dude was rude none attending t any of my questions or my wife was seriously disappointed with him.and we both hope he not there when we come back in soon.

Worst tmobile ever .... rudest manager Justin Burger. Never use them. Carlos always friendly. Everytime we have been in this store with Justin in there it is uncomfortable for all customers as he is usually on phone while customers are waiting! No customer service at all, seems to believe he knows it all. Lied about so much tonight regarding our phone and all he said was proven wrong... thank God 611 customer service made it right and now to make sure that no one receives the treatment he gave us... avoid this tmobile!!

I went from Sprint to T-mobile. when you want to change, go see Justin. He explains everything in understable terms and helps you make the best decision based on your needs.

Its not T - Mobile anymore its a place like MVD thay do everything that MVD does except for the Long wait so if you need anything like registration registration register drivers license anything like that we have options to go to a different place besides MVD thank you

Employees where eager to help however the knowledge of the product i was buying a sim card for was lacking. I was told that the hot spot would not support LTE at the 900mhz bandwidth. after doing some digging it turned out it did. over all service was ok.
