Drove all the way in from Vegas to get both my seadoos repaired… this place had them both up and running within 24hrs and even redid the wiring on my trailer… definitely recommend- great service- communicated the entire time! We planned a 3 day lake trip ,on the first day sucked some rocks into the impeller of our seadoo . Called Wet and Wild on a tues morning ,they were busy but said bring it in . They had me fixed up in a couple hours !! Saved us a day on the lake ! Thanks guys !!

When we first contacted this local business we told Tina as well as the older man who helped us inspect the ski that it was our first time renting, in the hopes that they would be very detailed with us(VS conniving, money sucking cheaters) . . Anyways, while inspecting the Jet ski we immediately pointed out the wear and tear of the body...it was scuffed, scratched, seats were worn down and the back bumper had missing screws. The older man stated that they dont look at minor things like that so we moved on to the propeller...while looking at it we specifically asked What should we be looking for we are not familiar with this part? remind yourself these Jet Skis are older models so even the propeller had what we thought was normal wear and tear! so we initialed OK When we get to the river on our FIRST ride(no more than 5 mph) this bumper with the missing screws started flapping...like he said this was minor so no big deal. WRONG. $100 added to my total. While driving it I thought it was just me but I had a harder time turning...When we took it back they looked at the propeller and said it was scuffed and dented and thats why it wasnt turning properly. When we looked it to see what they were talking about it had the same kind of wear and tear as when we took it. When we tried telling addressing the fact that we told the older man of those wears and tears they argued and said We shouldve taken pictures We should have told the tech to look at it again or refused to take the ski. ALL the skis they showed us were beat up-and as soon as you hit the river you will see the difference of the other rental companies. I love supporting small businesses, but not ones that are in it to rip off beginners that dont know much about jet skis. Wet N Wild-we may not know about your product, but I know a lot about how to treat honest people. You cursed at us, put your hands in our faces, and threw your tech under the bus. Even when he admitted about the wear and tear you still wouldnt refund my deposit. At the end of the day there was a rock that made a new scuff and it needed to be repaired so we only got half of our deposit.

We had issues starting our seadoo on the water and drove around trying to find a decent repair place. We came across Wet-N-Wild and met Bryan who diagnosed the issue as a dead battery and was able to replace it in record time. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and gave us tips for how to maintain our new battery properly. We will definitely be coming back here if we have any other issues.

Fast Service. Great Price. Perfect Place To Rent A Ski. Very Friendly And Didnt Try And Screw Me Out Of A Deposit Like Most Other Places.

Scam artists. They rented my brother-in-law a pretty beat up looking jet ski. Everything was fine, we rode all day, followed the instructions, and had no problems. When he returned it they claimed it was damaged and charged him $500! The next day they were renting the same jet ski, in the same condition... There are several similar reviews for this and other shops along the river, seems like a common scam they pull on tourists. Buyer beware!

We had called to reserve 3 skis a week ago from watercraft express across the street and they gave away or messed up and only reserved one and in a rush found this place! They were accmodating and the lady was super thorough on explaining how not to damage the ski and safety. They were super quick to pick us up and were super patient with one of our not so experienced rider haha also, one of the cheapest places we found! :) plus, the young guy is super easy on the eyes haha

I rented a ski from this place on weekend of October 6th 2017 we were renting house on Colorado River for my Wifes and mine 25th anniversary. I work close to shop stopped by couple days prior to weekend after visiting several rental shops in area was quoted price of $550 for weekend, this price was actually the highest I got but guys at shop seemed nice so wanted to go with them called back talked to Jay to see if they would go $500 for weekend he said that would work. I came on Friday morning to pick up ski seemed to be some friction when I questioned the Price as they were still charging me the $550 I told them I had called in and $500 was price! Got past this issue did the walk around on ski and we were on our way! I took care of ski as if it was my own as I do with anything I rent, kept it moored in water when not being used waste deep and pulled it out with trailer nightly over weekend. Thought all was good headed up to BHC to return it Monday morn pulled into back part of shop Jay came over instantly asked one of the mechanics for light to inspect the impeller and wear ring, I had barely gotten out of my truck! He exclaimed wear ring is shot! I was like what?? He said yep it happens might have been seaweed, bottle cap who knows!! At that moment I was like WOW I just got screwed!! Was the wear ring shot?? I don,t know not an expert!! Maybe?? Was he just trying to get a little additional beings I had gotten it cheaper than they wanted??!! Jay told me it would be my $200 deposit + $50 I was at this point in shock/pissed/extremely upset I gave him the additional $50.00 and left, i was hoping that MAYBE there would be a hint of customer service shine through and say you know what things happen well meet you half way or something?? Of course that was not the case!! I never really denied if the wear ring some how got damaged or not I did even look at it I did not know!!! Sometimes in the customer service business there is a price for doing business, this could have been handled differently! I have been in customer service for 30 years and I know you take care of your customers they will take care of you! What I know is a wear ring for that ski is $25.00 and 1 of the couple mechanics standing around at their shop could probably put in 1 hour!What you should know is beware your rental price might be a lot higher by the time your done, unfortunately I have heard similar stories about all the BHC shops!!

We had a wonderful experience at wet and wild yesterday.. The gentleman that we dealt with was very informative and when he took me out to inspect the sea doo he explained everything very clear . It was our first time renting a seadoo so I had a lot of questions and he answered all of my questions with patience. We were very weary about renting a seadoo at all because weve heard that places will rip you off for your deposit and say you did damage that you didnt do , but wet and wild did not rip us off and they were very friendly. We will definitely be going back to wet and wild for our next seadoo rental experience.

Im from California and we are part of pwc club , I brought 4 new rider to rent the ski at this facility, I went to check the ski with them the prop was good , the boat was beat up but its OK, once we launch the ski and ride at Lake Mojave ,the seadoo keep on shutting of and over heat display,we call them but no answer, we had to tow it back from cottonwood , when we brought it back and return it and the wear ring was fallen apart , they blame on us that we suck in something ,apparently they dont no if you suck up something there will be a mark, or bend the impeller, this is from experience we are off shore Racing team..they rip off the beginner they charge them 250 for wear. if you are a new rider please dont rent from this facility. I can bet on it that they set the ski to break so they can charge you. and blame you for the damage ,so dont I repeat do not rent from this place.

Best mechanic and shop in town in my opinion. Tina is very professional and takes care of anything you need while you are there. Brian is honest, direct, unfiltered, fair and really explains things if you are doing anything wrong to your pwc. Jerry is always very cool and knows his pwc repair as well.They are extremely fast when they do the repair. I normally get my pwc back within 2hrs after I drop it off at anytime of the day.I have been talking my pwc for service for the last 10yrs and i have never been disappointed.
