Terrible service, well actually I received no service. I was next and the women in the counter took the client after me. I notified the other attendant but nothing was done about it. After the attendant finished she proceeded to take the next client. Totally ignored my daughter and I, never going back to this establishment. Get it together...

Purchased 2 dazler sundae regular. Was charged extra on the receipt for the toppings, when asked I was told she gave me an extra scoop and thats why I have been charged. Horrible customer service:(

Ice cream here is soooo amazing definitely worth the price and the workers are absolutely phenomenal. I come here all the time and no matter who is there theyre always smiling and greet me right away. Even better customer service than chick fil a!

Horrible service, my dad went and they took forever to attend him while three of the girl coworkers were just chatting with each other, also when it came time to pay, he asked for a receipt and saw that the cashier charged him over $4 of just tip! When he asked what it was for, she said “tip” and as he does not speak English too well, he wasn’t able to respond her. Will never go again.
