It would be cool if when you went through the drive thru they had a menu that made sense and showed ice cream flavors.

Its a shame, with the reputation Baskin Robbins once had to see this particular store so dirty looking. Ive tried many times to do business here but Im done. The tables are NEVER wiped down. Lots of people BEHIND the counters but I have never, ever seen any employee picking up or cleaning up or wiping up the front of the restaurant. Ive seen garbage cans filled to the brim and no one bothering to empty them.Sorry Baskin Robbins but this establishment is a total disappointment.

The employee pulled his masked down and was talking over my bowl he putting ice cream in. Im thinking what the heck. Hopefully the manager reads this.

DO NOT ORDER BIRTHDAY CAKE HERE. Very bad experience and HORRIBLE CAKE thats so different from the pictures online. Do not order birthday cake from here. When I went to pick up the cake I ordered, it was different - looks bad and supposed to be 6 ice cream sandwich on top of the cake was 4. I had 6 kids birthday that all looked forward for the part and now missing 2. 2 of 4 Oreo ice cream sandwiches were broken. The lady at the counter was nice enough to call the manager name Lewis to see if he would give us some credit. He had told her on the phone to tell me we had 10 cakes to make today and thats why we made a mistake, its obviously a wrong cake but there is nothing we can do Really? I paid $40 for this cake and now I have a sad birthday kid and horrible looking cake that two toppics are cracked and 2 missing. I told the lady that is a very bad customer service on his part, I have 6-8 birthday parties to plan a year and I would never use this spot as the cake looks this bad and the manager does not care to keep business.

If you want to dash your kid’s unicorn ice cream cake dreams, order from here. Online shows the 1st picture, received the 2nd picture, cut it and it’s the wrong cake flavor, and the purple frosting was vinegar bitter. Had to scrap the icing off😡Manager gave a 50% discount but still not worth it. DO NOT ORDER CAKE FROM HERE!!!!

Yum! But, I only saw 24 flavors...

I love the ice cream and the doughnuts. But the staff is just lazy. No one speaks up to help. They pass the buck for every part of the experience and make the customer have to move between registers. Most every time I am there, they mess up the bill and under charge (good thing I am an honest customer!). Teenage labor may be cheap but they are getting what they paid for!

After our sons graduation dinner he wanted an ice cream cone. We made it to BR about 10 min before closing. They kindly fixed our cones... then kicked us outside when it hit 10pm. In Georgia in almost 80 degree heat. Ice cream! We finished our cones by 10:05 in the parking lot. 😡

I have only find them to have rocky road once since Ive been going there. This is ridiculous! They had a quart in the fridge this last time; good Customer service would be to open one of those and serve the customer. They dont seem concerned.

I had to wait for at least 10 minutes and 3 families got their orders while I was waiting. The workers were just standing there idly and staring at me. Finally, the lady got my order wrong and the cookies tasted burnt. Definitely not serving the Baskin Robbins franchise any justice.

This location never has hot fudge. They only tell you after they give you chocolate sauce if you notice and complain. Also almost always out of waffle cones.

Ordered a milkshake and to realize it was like drinking milk with the addition of an icy layer at the top. More like the texture of a frappe with no ice cream texture whatsoever

They have a wide variety of ice cream and I thought the price was reasonable.

They are very rudeWe got our icecream and they told us to get out as They were closing. Stood there till we got up and left. Never mentioned that we had to take are icecream and go when we were ordering it. Said would get fired if we remained in the store, just kept getting ruder and ruder.

This place is awful, never have the Chocolate Mouse Royal ice cream flavor. Have asked repeatedly to reorder. No customer service at all. No wonder they only have a 1 rating on their reviews. This place will never survive. Terrible customer service.

Ordered ice cream, wouldnt tell me the price, then didnt have brownie that i ordered. Then told me they dont have any kind of chocolate in the store. Worthless place. Just go somewhere else. Awful customer service

The employees are rude and on their phones constantly. And everything takes really long to be prepared

Did not get to eat here due to my child having a food allergy and there unwillingness to open a fresh icecream and clean a scoop due to cross contamination.

We went inside and the store was empty with no customers inside and only employees. We proceeded to wait over 5 minutes and were still not served because the employees were too busy cleaning floors and talking to each other to bother serving us. We eventually left still not being served because it was not worth it to waste any more of our time on useless employees that do not care about customers.

This place doesnt deserve any stars. Indian young man in store extremely rude. Will not support this business. Employees follow his lead. ☠

Nice place, bad service, there was a lady I guess the owner or manager, said to every one Im sorry for the wait we have one on ice cream and one on doughnuts as she walked around and didnt help or do anything but talk if she wasnt the owner or manager she should be fired foreshore if she really did care about the place she could have helped
