I came here on Black Friday know that this store existed, and after searching at belk ant Jcp for luggage. The product offered here is of a higher quality and pricepoint so I knew that I might leave empty handed. I left with a Samsonite at a great price but the kudos belong to the salesperson. She went and found this product in the corner which I had not seen. She should be promoted or paid commission :)

I was hesitant to give my business here based on several comments that had a racial component.However, my wife bought two pieces of luggage and had an excellent experience. She was informed of the sales and given an additional $20.00 off.I spoke with the gentleman who was commented about and he approached me and answered every question I had. I am a dark skin gentleman.

I am a business owner and own several kiosk there at mall of ga. I approached the man working there at the checkout because I was looking for a specific style. He literally looked at me from bottom to top and only helped the white woman who was reaching for a bag. I felt very disrespected and rude because this happened in front of my wife and child. Not putting the race card here, but as stated, it appears that this gentleman only assist and engage with his similar race. Really and truly dissapointed on this act and as a business owner myself, there needs to be action taking place.

Staff is super rude, and as many said earlier, probably racist. If youre a minority, just go to macys

Today is November 8 2016 approximately 7:4pm I visited this location to purchase luggage tonight for both my wife and I and was rudely treated and ignore by this racist bigot. (See photos) He would not assist us nor would he acknowledge us as customers. But an of his similar race he was speak with. If you need to purchase luggage avoid this location if you are a minority.
