NEVER OPEN. My diamond was loose so came to get it fixed. Not open. Come back weekly over 3 months and not open though corporate says they are to be. Diamond is now gone. Come again today because corporate said they would be open. Nope...gates closed. STAY AWAY!!! I bought jewelry from here and only here the last 20 years. Never again. Agent told me to go to Stonecrest for service as they should be open. I’d rather sell all my Zales items then go to Stonecrest.

Woman was very rude. Was on the phone this morning with zales to ask about finding out what a stone in my ring was. They said go in the store and they will possibly help esp with an appraisal. Went in and asked for help identifying my stone and she cut me off saying all they do is test diamonds and when I tried explaining she said youre not listening, we only test diamonds. Will only order online because this store will push you out before even trying to make money. Never go to this store!

Terrible customer service by manager Donna. Very rude! She does not follow policy and procedure with every customer. Terrible experience with her not once but twice. Very disappointed in the way she conducts business! She should not be a manager. Actually she should not be allowed to interact with customers. We will not use this Zales for any more of our transactions.

Zales is absolutely terrible. Go to Guven’s. He’s local and custom work isn’t an additional cost. Do not waste your money for this corporate, cookie-cutter, lame jewelry-looking items. They don’t care about you; only sales and your money. Don’t do it!! Run away! Our experiences have been more than lacking and very frustrating.

After reading some of the previous reviews, I’m glad to hear it’s not just me who has experienced poor responses and customer service from this location. When you run a retail jewelry business, in which people spend thousands on your product; you cannot be a NO person. It’s just that simple. The 3 times I’ve called, each time the person on the other line was rude and seemed to be inconvenienced. For example, not accepting repairs to be dropped off on weekends is a terrible policy. Most people who can afford to drop thousands on a ring WORK MONDAY-FRIDAY. I had to request a manager on the line so that I could drop my ring off on a Sunday- the only day I have to visit the ring store. The manager I dealt with that day was kind but only after I had an attitude to get my point across. They sent my ring off that Monday.Fast forward to 3 weeks later I’ve been back 2 times to pick up my supposedly repaired ring.The first visit back, there was a diamond that had been completely replaced with a wrong colored diamond. -IT WASN’T EVEN NEAR THE AREA THAT NEEDED REPAIRS!! So I had them send it back in.2 weeks later I get a call stating my ring is ready for pickup and has been inspected thoroughly. My fiancé makes the hour and a half trip only to find there are loose stones in the ring, STILL!The manager on duty today did go above and beyond to have the ring repaired by their local preferred professional so after 5 weeks and a 2.5 hour wait at the mall we finally have this issue resolved.

We ordered my ring online and went to pick it up from the store. The service was okay the first time we went. I ordered the wrong size so I had to have it resized. Which is fine because we purchased the protection plan. There was a man who was working there the first time I went and he was super nice and friendly. I think he was newer because it seemed like the lady who was helping him was training him. Her customer service was OK. His customer service was so much better than hers. He was really great and I think the ladies who work there need to learn some customer service skills from him.The second time we went to the store to pick up my ring after it was resized was less than favorable. The woman helping us was not friendly. She was very dry and acted like we were bothering her. She didn’t even offer us a gift box for my ring. We had to ask for one.We will not be returning to this location for maintenance on my ring or for other purchases. They need to up their customer service game because it is not good. They act like you are an inconvenience to them. It was not a warm and welcoming environment and it did not encourage me to want to buy anything from them.I do love my ring though! The online ordering experience was great and we got a great deal on it. I will cherish it forever. Next time I will order online again but go to a different store to pick it up. I really like Zales and I love their selection. They have something for every price range and taste!

Awful customer service at this location! Was turned away once because they couldn’t “locate my ring” in the system I finally got my inspection and wanted to purchase another band they were basically no helped. Decided to call the commerce location and within a day I was helped and had a price for my new band!

I bought a Nakles online with my name on it, it was very thing, i was not to happy about it because it show in the picture a little thinker but i still wear it . when to see my Grand baby and he grab it accidentally and broke it. I was heart broken. when to zales in Buford to see if my nakles can be fix and Miss Gail Phounsoury help me to chose another nackles to fix the one i had, also convence me to get another beautiful Jewerly . Miss Gail give me a outstanding customer service, she was very nice and she took her time to understand my needs. every retail store need people like her. I will return to miss Gail for my next purchase.

Im very disappointed in this Zales branch. I picked out a beautiful ring for my boyfriend. In front of the ring was the price, it was on sale for 699.99. The sales lady joked and talked about what a deal I was getting, until she went to ring it up. She then said oh this not actually the price. It went off sale yesterday and my associate just forgot to remove the price. I was very upset why would you do that. And why wouldnt you honor it if you could do it yesterday. She then told me if I came back on Saturday I could have it at that price. I really wanted it for the posted price. Eventually the manager said they could get it really close to that price 40$ more which turned out to be 80$ more with the promise of store credit for 40$. Im so disappointed in Zales and their associates but I took the ring and 780$. My disappointment grew even further when I visited another Zales store and that ring was 699.99 at their store too. So basically I was lied to and charged more for the ring. Idk what type of sales practices these are, but I suggest you use another location for your jewelry purchases.

First, they sized my finger wrong so I had to get it resized and have it sent off for two weeks. Not even a week later the stone falls out. This is just ridiculous. It was a birthday present for me and Ive just about had it with this zales. So if you want your jewelry not sized right then the stone fall out then this place is for you.

My fiance & I came here to look for wedding bands as our wedding is next month. We were ignored at first, & then a woman named Ming came over to speak to us. She was acting very rushed, & said something to me along the lines of them being very busy. I didnt hear exactly what she said, so I said Im sorry? & she said I said we are very busy can I help you with something? in a very, very rude tone. I turned around & saw two other customers in the store so...I was confused.Anyway, I stated to her that Id like to look at wedding bands, & she did show us a few. This is an important decision for me to make, so I wanted to take my time. Ming had other plans for us. She rushed us along & pushed me to make a decision after trying on only about 4 different bands. When I told her I was going to keep looking around & think on it, her entire attitude shifted from bad to even worse. The look she gave us..WOW if looks could kill!She was part of the reason we were more than happy to walk across the hall & give our money to Kay instead.

Tonya & Donna... outstanding customer service as well as some of the other staff there. Purchased two wedding bands and had them soldered on to wedding ring which was good idea at the time. (Also purchased my Wedding ring there.) Cant exactly blame the solder work which was performed by there service department but a month later a diamond fell off the main wedding ring. Zales assoc Tonya & store Mgr Donna did an outstanding job of getting the ring re-serviced to fix the loose diamond issue.Shortly thereafter same exact diamond fell off again. My fiance went to back to Zales to get this corrected and also to clean off soldering residue which was left on the rings after the repair. Associate Gail or Gayle (not sure of the spelling) provided the WORST customer service giving my fiance an extremely hard time and grief when all that needed to be done is have the ring cleaned up properly and re-seat the diamond correctly. My fiance was put through a line of questioning, doubting and excuse after excuse. No solutions were offered or any type of remedy. Very argumentative with anything we had to say. I had a great lline of credit with Zales but... I dont think I will be purchasing anything else as long as this associate is working there.

This has to be the worse store ever. We have called 5 times about our ring for our wedding that had to be repaired and they never answer and when they do they tell us they are emailing with approval but nothing ever happens. This is the manager Dana sadly. You want customer care go somewhere else.

Originally got the ring with a service plan, get it resized and they didnt add more metal to the ring, just stretched out the existing metal, and then when my ring easily bent down onto my finger one day we were told that we had to pay $80 to have them add more metal or the problem would just persist. I dont know how all of you think about such things, but in my opinion when you resize a ring you should add more metal as needed to insure the structural integrity of the ring, and just generally not have poor thieving customer service. They have now supposed to have returned said ring to me, and have apparently not received it at all, and need to call back when they have more info...sooo Zales has LOST my ring. 😒

Today 5/7/18 I dropped by my local azalea at the mall of Georgia, I was casually greeted by two older women, one was on the computer and the other walked to a separate counter to help the other sales lady. They both said hi we will be right with you so I started to look around for some Mothers Day gifts. I had brought with me a necklace that I received in a zales box at Christmas that had a small cz stone missing and I was planning to either upgrade it or just buy something new, I had already looked online at an earring and necklace set for my self and one for my mother and mother in law, when I was waiting I saw all 3 sets available so I was ready to buy today and excited that I wouldnt have to wait. While the lady didnt seemed to thrilled to be at work today she finally asked how she could help me, she did take the time to look up my gift information since I didnt have the receipt but she made no effort to ask what I was in the market for or bring up Mothers Day ( I did have my child with me) once she discovered that maybe the necklace wasnt in the system she rolled her eyes and just plainly asked what do you want me to do?. Well I can keep the necklace its not a big deal to exchange it if you dont have a record of the purchase, but customer service would be better if you maybe said im sorry, I cant find this in our system but I would be happy to show you some that we have similar to this one, or maybe ask what brings you in today? Or is there anything you would like for me to show you? But the attitude and eye roll I received I just simply replied its ok thank you for helping me, I will just keep it. Now Im on my way to Guvens jewelry across the street, I have $2,000 in cash and Im sure I will have a better experience than at a chain jewelry store.

TERRIBLE customer service. They took my ring to repair it and said it would only take 2 weeks. They still have it, and it has been a month. Almost every time I have called they dont answer. The one time that they did answer the lady on the other line was RUDE. Will never go back, and I advise you to never go to this store.
