My only regret is that I can’t give this Walgreens zero stars. I had come to this Walgreens to get my son his second Covid shot. His first was given at the Walgreens on Dacula Road, which accepted walk-ins. Apparently this Walgreens requires that you make an appointment for a Covid shot. There was literally no one else in the store.The night especially Bright Clark at the pharmacy counter could do nothing but to let us know that we require an appointment, even though there was literally no one else at the store. I will drive an extra 10 minutes next time to go to another Walgreens, or better yet, go to CVS.

I had a great shopping experience. The Cashiers were very courteous and pleasant. I was offered assistance several times. The place was very clean and neat, while the products were very well displayed. I had a wonderful time at this Walgreens.

Employee prefer to lounge on the photo counter talking about her boyfriend to a male employee but not wanting to help customers at all. I did find it funny the BMW owner who parked “perfectly”. Needed that laugh before walking in here.

We have been using Walgreens for over 20 years for our family of 5. Unfortunately the pharmacy at this location (Braselton Hwy) has gone completely downhill! We have had so many issues getting medications filled/refilled and they keep saying meds are out of stock. Sometimes for 3 weeks! So after going in this August trying to find out what was really happening, I was finally told the pharmacist took a month off and the fill ins can’t order certain medications! The regular pharmacist came back a week after and we got our meds. Now I’ve been waiting again for a week and called today because medications are “on back order” yet again and after numerous calls to get through, I was told the pharmacist took another leave! This “fill in” pharmacist said because it’s not her store, she doesn’t order “pricey medications” and waits for the store manager/pharmacist to order them when they return. So basically they are lying to customers by saying medications are back ordered or out of stock. Be aware if this is happening to you.

Booked an appt for a vaccine, arrived early to fill out paperwork and was then informed it would be a 45 minute wait. This is the only Walgreens I have been to that is this slow and disorganized. Usually it’s 10 minutes, in and out. Call in advance to ask if they are short- staffed that week!

If you’re looking to book a COViD vaccine, DO NOT book here unless you want to wait a long time. However the female pharmacist is super sweet and friendly which is why I give them three stars!

Bad customer service on the photo counter and her name is Isabel. She is very unfriendly and does not know what she is doing. She should be removed from photo department.

This is the worse Walgreens from the pharmacy to the photo center, no one ever knows what is going on and they are not aware of anyone’s time.

I had gone to a different Walgreens before this one and had a terrible experience with a worker there; however, Marissa at this Walgreens made up for the bad experience at the other! She went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer!! I really appreciate how nice and helpful she was, and she even apologized for how I was treated at the other Walgreens!! From now on, I will always take my business here over anywhere else!

I love Brook and the other ladies there. They are the reason why I shop at Walgreen. Thanks ladies😍

Great team and wonderful staff. Brooke and Michael always take the time to explain instructions and offer coupons as applied. Isabel is patient and eager to help with a smile.

The worst pharmacy service.

My family and I always get our prescriptions from this location. The drive thru at this location is rarely busy. They have a wide variety of products and they rarely run out of stock.

I had the best experience ever with filling multiple prescriptions at the pharmacist. Brook assisted me with utmost professionalism and even helped me save money! Brook was awesome! I will be back! Thank you!

Stopped by here at 9:15pm on 07/01/19 and hands down met one of the rudest cashiers in my life. Never would of thought i would be demeaned at a Walgreens. The pharmacy area and staff are great. If you’re looking to pick up a prescription, this is the place. If you’re looking to buy a couple items over the counter items, i HIGHLY recommend go to Kroger right across the street.

Bad service!! Me and my mom always started the treatment late because you always pick up the medicine and they say is not ready, people are busy we can’t go to the fármacy 2 or 3 times

I dont normally give reviews, but decided this was a must. I have NEVER received such professional, caring, consistent service over an 8 year period than the Pharmacy staff at this location. Eight years, folks! These are not your country bumpkin-could care less mentalities. YOU are their patients and they want to help you. They will go above and beyond for you. Brooke, Soni, Michael, Jael make it a personal goal to remember your name, medications, and are quick to fix issues that may arise. We dont live in a perfect world, but these folks try their best to compensate for it. Other pharmacies and pharmacists can be so cold, and judging, I refuse to give them my business. Remember, you are paying not begging. Thanks to the great staff, this is what excellent customer service actually looks like.

I ordered photo prints online and went to pick them up the next day and when I got there they said that the photo department has been out of order the last 4 days.... Would have been nice to know so I could have ordered somewhere else! Also, the attitude with the employee was a oh well too bad vibe. No cool dude!

Honestly not my favorite store. Needs improving. Id say that this business needs work on their customer service.

Its not the store, its one of the pharmacists. I simply wanted his assistance on the dosage of b12 vitamins, as I am slowly transitioning to veganism. This is a very new decision for me so, Im simply trying to get the best advice from people who are qualified.There is an Indian pharmacist who at first seemed nice. Once he heard my question about dosage for b12 supplements, he subtly and quite condescendiny smirked and gave me that sly oh-poor-dumb-girl smirk.All the advice given about getting blood work done first was good; however, I didnt need to be spoken to like an idiot. Believe it or not, Im intelligent enough to admit when I dont know know something. However, I dont need someone anyone talking down to me because of it, especially in customer service.My advice: get some customer service coaching. A little empathy goes a long way.

The manager here is horribly rude! The associate was nice but the manager spoke to both of us like children. I will be sure to go by and get her name because her attitude was that bad. Ive never walked out of a store leaving items at the register solely due to poor customer service until the other day. I will not return to this store until a qualified manager is hired. CVS it is.

This store isn’t too bad. The people were decently friendly. There is an an employee... an older woman with long salt/pepper hair, (I think one of the managers), who was very annoying. She kept guilt tripping me until I donated money to a charity. Also she made false claims that 100% of the money goes towards the people of the charity. I didn’t appreciate that at all. I wish I had gotten her name.

I found what I needed and more. The customer service is awesome!

I have to say Mrs. Brooke is by far the best at this Walgreens. I never have and issue when she is there and she always answers all my questions.

Customer service is horrific by management & associate! I bought an obviously tampered with hair dye product that turned my hair blue ( the dye was light brown) when I returned with my receipt they refused to refund my money and treated me horribly, like I was crazy for being upset the product the product I was sold was defunct. Never will return to this store!!

Customer service here is meh....... depending upon who is there that day. A foreign man that works there has the manners of a bdamn doornail......Sometimes they do not want to honor even their own sales that they have in the store.... Eventhough this Walgreens is right up the street from my house, I think I will find somewhere else to shop from now on..... this location is not worth my time or money
