The pharmacist pharmacist assistant they are very caring and polite. Theyre not rude or rushed. They treated me much better than Walgreens ever have. Other pharmacies have a tendency to discriminate those people that have Medicaid or who are poor this is not so at CVS they treat you the same as anyone else with common decent respect and courtesy

I couldnt get an appt quick with our provider so I took my daughter to the Minute Clinic here. I scheduled an appt online for next morning before school. (School starts at 9:20 AM) She needed her 7th grade vaccinations. Theyre in network with Cigna. They were free! We were in and out within 30 minutes. Great experience.

I went to CVS to get my vaccine. I was told to wait in the store for 15 minutes after getting the vaccine. I decided to browse the aisles to kill time. The moment I was spotted I notice the worker following me. She asked me if I needed help twice. And another person asked me if I was waiting because it got the vaccine. I felt racially profiled. When there was a store full of customers. The security alarm when off and they were more focused on me. I will not be shopping at this CVS or any other CVS. I will tell my friends and family not to. I don’t need to feel like a criminal when I am shopping I will take my business elsewhere. The worker are ignorant and they to be trained.

I see Im not the only one with complaints about the pharmacy here. Extremely rude customer service. Non-attentive and does not care about the well-being or care of patients. Wait times are long and dont even bother calling. Someone who is clearly having issues in their personal life will pick up and take it out on you. You would think they would do better in a pandemic ridden time such as this. Guess not.

I came in before the clinic opened. Saw the female doctor walk in and overheard her say she was working alone all day. When she saw me waiting in the lobby she told me it would be about an hour before she could see me.Finally when she got around to me she refused me service because I didnt have a covid test. I honestly believe she was going to do that all day (refuse service) to lighten her work load.

Had a wonderful customer service with this location. The woman who answered the phone was polite and patient as I was telling her the issue I was having at another CVS location with a photo print. She and the store manager helped me get to the bottom of my issue, and made sure I got my photo print by Christmas, which another location could not do. I am grateful the employees here are patient and kind during the holiday season, as I know they are busy with a lot going on. Thank you!

If you go through the pharmacy line it will take 45 minutes for 3 cars. If you go in, you may have one of the staff shout out the name of your rx for everyone to hear. Not efficient at all

The worst pharmacy service ever, they just left my husband without his prescription pills, they could’ve fix that problem with just one phone call, and they’ve did nothing but say “you need to call insurance and other pharmacy to call us” even though I specifically said that they weren’t giving us any results.Thank you, now I got to solve the probably covid symptoms my husband is suffering without ANY MEDICATION thanks to this pharmacy.

The staff need training, they wouldn’t allow me to use my passport as ID to get a money order, and on top of that, after already seeing mme with my card ready to pay in the very first second, she waited until the end to tell me that I could not pay with card.

Recently visited and the young man at the window had the worst customer service. In a time like this you would think people in this field would show empathy or make you feel safe and in good hands. He was very unprofessional, took a picture of my Insurance with his phone, felt very sketchy. There was no “hey, how are you” “have a great day”. He had a attitude the minute I pulled up. This was my very first bad experience here at this location and it was enough for me to not feel comfortable coming back.

This is the slowest CVS. The staff also lacks communication. I was sent home with an opened bottle of medicine and was not informed before I left the store. When I got home I had to call the store and ask why the medicine bottle was opened. Then I was given an explanation.

Very disappointed! Came by on Monday, through drive-thru to pick up daughter’s prescription. Was not filled, said to come back in 30 minutes. I decided to come back on Wednesday because it seems like the Drive-thru tends more to the COVID testings than to the other customers who are picking up prescriptions only. Well, it seems to be the very same issue AGAIN on Wednesday. On top of my daughter’s insurance info was no longer in the system, when this has been our pharmacy for over 18 yrs. I’m so disappointed that I’m considering switching my pharmacist.

Showed up to do a Covid Test, waited in line and got to the window, only to be told the tester wasn’t there and that he (Pharmacist) couldn’t do the test. I giy a bland/dismissive “sorry about that” and he walked away from the window with no suggestion etc. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Why send the reminder texts if no one is there? Or why not text me that they left for the day before my appointment before driving there, and waiting in line for nothing.

Used their minute clinic and was very impressed. Took good care of me. Have used their pharmacy twice. First time in drive though the lady was very rude. Second time using the pharmacy inside and they were nice. Maybe she was having a bad day the first time. Not sure but was planning on never returning to this particular location. Second time was way better.

Very poor customer service and rude rude rude. I had a 11 year old asthmatic daughter who just came from the doctor and was having breathing problems. This current location South Lee Street Buford, Ga gave me the run around about meds that were not available they didnt give a courtesy call to inform me or nothing then one was placed on hold and customer service clerk at the window said she didnt know why.... So I immediately asked for the 2 out 4 that I couldnt receive then to be transferred to a store that did have them... The clerk then gave me 2 options Hamilton Mill or Peachtree Industrial I elected Hamilton Mill. She then went on to tell me the prescriptions will be forwarded over then amd once I get to that location they would be ready. I drove 20 mins ams arrived at the Hamilton Mill Store where prescriptions shouldve been filled per Buford CVS on S.Lee Street.... Everyone played like they didnt know what was going on.... No prescriptions had been transferred..... S.Lee Street kept putting pharmacist at Hamilton Mill store on hold then hanging up on her and me and her were calling them back and forth only for me to have wasted another 15 mins in drive thru pharmacy line at Hamilton Mill store to finally be told it had been released but I had to give them 20 to 25 more mins to print it and fill it and the pharmacist stated I have to make you aware too that we close at 8.... So I guess she was hoping it would close maybe before its resolved..... PLEASE ONLY SEND DYING OR DEAD PPL TO WAIT AT HAMILTON MILL RD STORE AND SOUTH LEE STREET STORE because with the customer service they give thats all they deserve.... Meanwhile Im still waiting for 2 prescriptions..... Smh... Happening now at 7:48 pm Hamilton Mill Store in Buford Ga......

I’ve held on phone for pharmacy to pick up for 18 min. 25 seconds and hung up; called main store and asked if anyone was working in pharmacy - she said yes (of course) and transferred me to pharmacy - again, I held for 14 min. 43 seconds and hung up, infuriated. They aren’t so busy that one employee can’t pick up the phone for over half an hour!!! So stupid and frustrating!!! It’s like they’re seeing the phone line blinking and just ignoring it!?!?! What in the world?!? And now I see that I’m not the only one - after looking at reviews, this CVS location is AWFUL - when is corporate or someone going to do something about it?! Are they just gonna allow this kind of service to continue indefinitely!?! Unbelievable! What’s the point of leaving a review if nothing is going to change!?! I guess no one cares!

Every single time my wife or I use the pharmacy here we get treated so poorly. The one tech we seems to always get is just plain rude. We are not bad customers and we are always polite but for some reason she just acts like we are bothering her. On top of her blatant rudeness, she is constantly on her cell phone. One of the recent times I was there, I had to wait for her to finish texting so I could pay. If one of my employees did that and acted the way she does, she would be fired in a heartbeat. THE only reason we keep going here is because it is convenient to where we live, I might go to Wal-Mart instead despite of my extreme dislike for them just to avoid getting her again. There are tons of negative reviews for the pharmacy here and I would assume that they are mostly about the same young lady and yet, she still has a job? Shocked. Someone needs to reach out to their corporate office.

I find this pharmacy is always busy. I have been going to this pharmacy for years, they always have in stock what other local CVS pharmacies dont. I have encountered rude pharmacy staff on many occasions. When I have questions they will easily push you off to the side, but find that its typically due to this location being busy. They dont have time for questions they act as if they cant be bothered.Nothing in life is perfect.This CVS location has never let me down despite the bumps in the road which can easily be overlooked due to the fact they always get the job done.

Always nice and polite service and great deals everything i need every day. The pharmacists are kind and helpfull. Never had a problem with anything just gets crowded during rush hour which is normal. Just go earlier or later to avoid.but overall love this store and i recommend it to everyone in buford.

This is my experience with the pharmacy, not the store. On Monday, 10/ 1, I dropped off a prescription for my husband. I was called shortly after from the pharm tech letting me know they could not legally fill it until 10/4. Ok, no problem. Today, 10/4, I go to pick up the prescription. I am informed that there is nothing ready for my husband. I tell the tech that I dropped it off Monday and was actually told to come back today. She looks in the computer and finds it. Great! Except NOT great. She tells me that it was put in to be ready on 10/5. We went back and forth only to find out that the pharmacy did not even have enough medication to fill my husbands prescription. So, basically, she attempted to stall even longer and force me to come back again tomorrow. No can do. I asked for the script back so I could go elsewhere. There, written ON THE SCRIPT, it says: to be filled and ready on 10/4. The Tech looked me in the eye and lied because SOMEONE didnt do their job and order enough medication. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. I wish this was a first time occurence. because then I wouldnt waste my time writing this, but unfortunately it is not. We will not be back.

My neighborhood pharmacy- I usually get great service every time I stop by to get a prescription filled.Today, however it was not GREAT; IT WAS AWESOME! Special gratitude goes to Angelia who went above and beyond to help me with my son’s prescription. I also want to acknowledge the other staff members as well as the pharmacist on duty today! I use to go to this pharmacy a year ago, for a few months, when I first moved to Buford. I picked it because it was closer to my house. But its the worst CVS I;ve ever been too. When you call in to the pharmacy they are very rude. Set times for prescription pick up are never followed, I ended up always coming back at a later date. I;ve had several instances of rude, unempathetic staff members. They always blame me for their mistakes. Theyd fill wrong prescription, even lose others. Needless to say, I changed pharmacies to the one on Hamilton Mill, they are a bit further, but way nicer, and more professional.

Pharmacy Service terrible... they laugh at sick and weak people.CVS Minute clinics are a joke. They do not even deserve One Star.Me and my husband both got sick, needed urgent care. Our primary physician were not available for appt. So we decided to go to the minute clinic next to our home in Buford Ga.We were seen by a lady, practicner nurse,. I very bad cough, sore throat, irritation and headache. My husband had runny nose,sore throat,cough and fever. She gave both of us over the counter medicines syrup dysulm( coughing) sudafad, anti-hestamine and gargle by prescriptionShe did not have any anti-botiotic or nothing.The whole point of there clinics of cvs is to make more money by selling their expensive over the counter medicines. Sudafad $10 dyslum $13.We had to go through 3 pharmacy to get all the medicines since they were out of one medicine and one medicine we not able to purchase due to there system was out. And they were laughing at us when I told them that why I have to go through three pharmacy to get all my complete medicines.Ridiculous, our total experience (over all ) was very very bad. Please do not waste your time, money and energy by going to CVS Minute clinics.I am not a writer so please forgive my mistake and I m still sick with lots of cough.

Worst pharmacy Ive been to. Avoid, and go somewhere else. Every time Ive go to get a script filled for my kids, they say itll be ready in 15 minutes. It has never taken 15 minutes. Not even when Im the only one waiting. Normally it takes 35-45 minutes to fill one or two prescriptions.
