Had what I needed with good customer service.

It was my first time ever going to a Batteries+ store and the service was nice and friendly even for a first time customer (they didnt know though)

The cashier was very friendly and helpful.

Worst phone screen repair job I’ve ever gotten. Seems the guy who “fixed” it knew it wasn’t gonna be fixed too by the way he was talking about it. My phone screen hasn’t worked since getting it back, there was glue around the rim of the phone screen when I got it back that I had to clean myself, and the screen presses random buttons and doesn’t let me press things at all sometimes. If I push down on the screen, the screen literally moves (you can hear and feel it pop in and out of place when pressed on) as if it’s not even all the way in the phone or sealed properly. Don’t even want to go back for them to “fix” it again. Waste of $100, only came here because the place I normally go was closed.Update: went to a different place to get this “fixed” screen repaired again, they informed me that the inside of my phone was missing SEVERAL screws, the roof that holds the screen IN THE PHONE was non-existent and they felt so horrible about my experience with Batteries Plus that they even gave me a discount to fix it

Wish I could give it zero stars. Scheduled an appointment for 10:30 to fix phone. Location was supposed to open at 10am. Someone strolled in at 10:50 to open the location. Did not greet the people he had left sitting in the parking lot. Did not apologize for being late. I left the location and took my phone to U Break, I Fix down the street where their customer service was much better. I would suggested you avoid this place as they are not considerate regarding your time.

I ordered online and picked up in store. This is a great option as I have seen the prices online are much better. The staff is helpful and they have a lot of random stuff you wont find many other places. Their bulb selection is a bit rough. I would recommend checking the dates on some of the stock items like batteries as they look like they have been there a while and those items do have a shelf life.

The associate was professional and knew what he was talking about. I had issues with even trying to get through to an apple support rep to even order a phone battery and that took over an hour and a half, so it was great to get a live person right away and the service was great! I recommend Batteries Plus to anyone needing batteries especially phone batteries.

You make battery buying easier.Needed a battery for my scales and the gentleman on the phone said they had them in stock. I was able to pay for them on line(and got a 10% discount) and I didnt even have to get out of the car. I called the store when I arrived outside, and the gentleman brought it out to me. I found the item I needed to purchase online. Made the purchase able to find a discount for curbside pick-up. Place the order and within minutes of ordering is was available for pick-up. After arriving at the store and calling them to let them know I had arrived they brought my purchase to me in my vehicle.

Eric and Cory were fantastic. Not only as repair people, but as individuals. I have had a very bad day, and their attitude was uplifting and a big help to me. You are very lucky to have them as your representatives, the face of your Buford, GA. store, working for you. They both deserve a raise! Im serious! Im 71 years old and these two young men treated me as a equal. I was there when they accommodated an individual even older than me who needed help. They were gracious, without be solicitous, you had another satisfied customer.

I went here to replace batteries for 2 key fobs for my car. He swapped out the batteries in about 2 minutes and checked to make sure they worked...just under $10 each. I was expecting to pay more. I also bought light bulbs...the store has a handy display demonstrating the difference between different types of bulb (soft, etc.). I was happy the store opened at 8:00am, since I was able to get the keys fixed at the beginning of the day.The manager is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.Nice store, with an interesting variety of related items.

Total idiots. Wanted to try and give me a problem with a battery I bought that has a 14 day return policy. Good thing they did refund me though. Not the most friendly people working there that’s for sure

How about buying a battery for your car key with lifetime warranty. My car keys died and i just benefited from the WARRANTY. Yep, I am satisfied 😌

The entire staff -Harry, Vaughn and Daniel are the best!! Excellent friendly customer service and very committed to making the customer happy. They are all very knowledgeable and customer oriented. They have repaired 2 of my kids Razor Dirt bikes and they did an awesome job both times. Very highly recommend shopping here for batteries, bulbs and service. They will literally repair almost any type of electronic you can imagine!!

FAKE WARRANTY, IMPROPER TESTING, POOR EQUIPMENT.First of all I am a trained automotive technician. I had a faulty battery in my Jeep that would not hold a charge. The battery SUPPOSEDLY has a 3 year warranty. The battery was dated one year old. I tested the Jeep for alternator output, tested perfectly at 14.7 volts. Tested for parasitic drawn, no parasitic by the jeep. I COMPLETELY DISCONECTED THE BATTERY. charged it overnight, came back a week later (battery still disconnected) COMPLETELY DEAD Took battery in, they tested it with their cheesy tester and it said good battery, recharge. It is impossible to test accurate cold cranking amps without a full charge. Ohms law is voltage x resistance= current (amps) they wanted to charge the battery and test it again. They put it on the charger, I left it overnight it would not charge they said, they re-tested the battery. Tested good recharge the proper test is a carbon pile load tester, a full charge and a hydrometer reading. DO NOT BUY AN AUTOMOTIVE BATTERY FROM BATTERIES PLUS.

Had my iPhone battery replaced. Only thing is that they cant reset the battery health setting...

Ordered a back for my s10 phone they called said it was in ,drove 50 miles ,got there they could not find it.Just wasted half a day they said they call me if they find it.👎

Yesterday I dropped off my Galaxy S7 edge to have the battery replaced, but when I returned I noticed that there was a bad pixel that wasnt there previously. The tech mentioned that it was his fault and they replaced the screen for free ($225), even though it was cracked. The reason Im giving a 5 star is because the tech owned up to the mistake and made it right. You see, when its easy..well its easy. But, when things go wrong, you get to find out about the integrity of the employees, which comes down from management. I trust these people.

I did not have to have an appointment. They were professional and gave prompt service and took care of the battery for my wifes IPhone and my key fob.

August 2016 - Made appointment on line to get $10 off coupon. Got to store and two individuals in the store were very helpful. Daniel and Vaun took care of me and my wife. iPhone battery replacement in 15 minutes and price was good. Battery works splendid. They accepted the coupon code for $10 off replacement service. I purchased a battery for my phone a Casio Commando. They had in stock at a good price. Works perfectly. Both guys gave sound advice on use and charging the phones to get most longevity out of the new batteries. In Buford area and need new batteries, chargers, bulbs, etc. go to batteries plus. As a side note my wifes phone was returned to her exactly as she handed to Daniel. Off. And, when phone started up all her apps, pictures, etc were in place and nothing lost. Not like the Apple store which wiped her phone clean back to factory settings everything gone.

I really want to spend money locally but when things are priced so much higher than what I can get on line I have no choice but to save my money. I went in to buy some LR44 batteries. They wanted over $12 for 8. I got 24 on Amazon for less than $6 and they were delivered the next day. They wanted approximately $15 for 4 CR 123A batteries and I got 8 for under $12 on Amazon. They too were delivered the next day.

Was looking for a bulb for a custom application and I dont speak electrical at all. Tech at store was able to find the exact bulb almost immediately. I knew nothing about this franchise before. Now I know where to go for my needs that used to be met by Radio Shack. You should too!

This was a pleasant transaction, I purchased my husbands cell phone battery online. I arrived at the buford location and was greeted with professionalism. The representative installed the battery and gave me some tips on charging.

I cannot recommend this place. I ordered a battery online for my cellphone. Like a good consumer, I called to ensure that they had a battery in stock. I was told that there was one. So I went online and ordered the battery. Several minutes later, I get a call that they do not have one in stock. They gave me an alternative of going to Lawrenceville to pick it up or pick it up from the store on Thursday. The salesrep assured me that I would be called. I decided to go with the latter. We all make mistakes so I decided to work with the store. On Thursday, I waited to get a call until after 6 pm. When I called, I was informed that they had not unloaded all the boxes yet. No apology. Just an Oh well attitude. Very disappointing. I guess Amazon will take care of me next time.

After work, I dropped by the store to fix my broken key. Although they deal with the key fob batteries only - found that out after arriving - the sales guy took my key to the back anyways and had it fixed in minutes. Awesome service!

Very helpful! Had a battery replacement 6 months ago, it wouldnt charge up, so i took it back and they fixed it with no charge and no questions asked. Would definitely recommend batteries plus.

I never had issues with this place. In fact, one day my car battery died outside and when approached the guy came out with a little jumpstarter, nice no questions asked And no charge.

Car battery lasts only 3 months! I purchased a new car battery from them and had them install it. Three months later it stops working and they want me to bring the battery in overnight to charge it instead of replacing it. I purchased a new battery and it is supposed to hold charge. I was told by a local auto dealer that theyve had a lot of issues with Battery Plus Batteries. You are better off going to Advanced Auto Parts or another dealer. Batteries Plus Bulbs-stay away from this place!

This was my first time at Batteries Plus Bulbs. I purchased a car battery online (10% off for online purchase) prior to traveling to the store for pick up and installation. There were about 6 other customers in line and two BPB reps working with 2 customers at the checkout counter with the phone ringing in the background.First impressions are huge for me and these 2 reps could not have done better! Each customer was greeted professionally, thanked for waiting patiently, and they took the time to listen to what each customer needed during their visit. Service like this is a lost art and greatly appreciated in a world where people would rather deal with a screen/text vs face-to-faces conversation.The battery installation was free and completed with the utmost care for my car. Most men would see me (a girl) and think the least of my care for my car and the knowledge I have about cars in general. In hindsight I wish I had gotten the reps name, but he did a great job removing my old battery and installing the new battery with alot of care.In the near future, should there be a service Batteries Plus Bulbs could help me with, this store will be the FIRST store I go too because the two reps were beyond awesome.

Had a problem with an IPhone 6 on a Sunday. Called this location and they said they could repair the unit. Took it in and the clerk Jason was very professional and corrected the problem in about an hour. Can not get this type of service from the Apple Store.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Batteries Plus Bulbs!!!! This is a horrible company as a whole. The owner Richard and the Manager Sam are scum! The Corporate Office managers are Dave and Doug and they are just as bad. Go anywhere else no matter how simple. If youve had or having horrible service join me in reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and emailing higher level management.

Batteries Plus replaced the battery on an iPhone 6 on 11/19/2018 and in the process damaged the phone to where the touch screen was partially unresponsive. The store manager (Eric) replaced the battery a second time and the damage was made worse; to the point you can no longer use the touch screen. The manager offered to refund the charge ($74.19) and two months later I have not seen a credit. I had to purchase a new phone and renew my month to month contact to acquire a new phone. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!

They do have batteries for everything, theyre just a little pricey.

Scheduled online to have my iPhone 6 battery replaced at 7pm because it was on my way home from work. Received a call/voicemail a while later saying that they dont have anyone to do the repair at that time and asked if I would reschedule between 8a-4p.I called back and cancelled the appt. Why allow your scheduling system/website to set appointments for phone repair when you arent staffing for those hours? Only reason I left a second star is that they called me to tell me this before I showed up.
