This place was expensive all me and my mom and wife went in to look for was a gas can. An they wanted i think $25 for a 2 gallon gas can my mom said quickly we leaving and going to Walmart. An walmart happened to be cheaper.

Great service! I needed new windshield wipers for front and back on my 2018 Toyota Rav4 LE. Right when I walked in Calvin was my saving grace! Not only did he lookup and find all the wipers I needed but he ordered the blade for the rear window AND THEN installed my front wipers in record time! I picked up the rear window blade the following day and Clayton saved the day and installed that one also. It.is wonderful to experience Great Customer Service! Thanks Calvin!

Went there for a part and Andy was “assisting” me. Sent me to 3 different aisles and did not find it. I informed him but i was ignored. Then went up to desk so he can look it up and see if there are any in the back. There were 2 not exact part but 2012-2014 fits the same. He was just being rude and having an attitude and not wanting to go and grab it, so he just sat there arguing with me that it’s not the same. As if it’s my first time purchasing a part for the Mercedes. Anyways super UNPROFESSIONAL AND WASTE OF TIME!!

Went in to get my oil and air filter for my oil change. Gentleman at the register was very nice but nothing really to go out of their way to go above and beyond.

The service here last night was phenomenal!! Brian C. went above and beyond testing and replacing my battery in the cold dark night, even replacing a missing bolt to secure the battery holder -- a very grateful customer.

There is this gentelman named Axle vazquez, he does speak Spanish. He was amazing, I went In for an alternator that cost 170 and walked out with an air filter a belt and tge alternator for 140 because he used the deals they where having. Absolutly the best experinece ever at an auto parts store. Highly recommend and ask for this guy he does an absolutly amazong job.

Top notch customer service. The battery died in my car at the gas station across the street. After walking over to buy a new battery a gentleman from this store gave me a ride back and installed it for me at the gas station... in the rain too.

Hard to find parts and car care accessories at good prices, often the cheapest. Nice paint selection. We go there often to buy shop gear like rubber gloves and oil cleanup items.

The guys at the Buford Highway, Buford ga auto zone are the best in customer care! They are so helpful and they genuinely care about your needs. I won’t go to any other part store because of them!

Customer service has gone downhill. Dropped by this location for the first time in years only for the Assistant Manager, Calvin, to throw an attitude with me when I brought back unopened products I bought from another location. Why do you want to return it? he asked. I explained that I didnt need the items and that they were still in their original, unopened package. He follows up with Just because its still in its original packaging doesnt mean it wasnt used. He smirks then asks me if I needed anything else. Nope not anymore! Opted for the refund and promptly ordered some new window wipers for my C7 Z06 on Amazon. Good luck Calvin and crew at Autozone.

Excellent experience and would highly recommend ! Called in a few minutes after they opened to see if they had a part available and they did, they offered to put it on hold for me and I picked it up about 20 mims later. Once there I also needed another part but they didnt have it in stock at that location. They kindly drove to the other location and picked it up for me. This is what customer service is all about ! I drove past at least 4 other auto parts stores to get here but definitely worth the drive. Will definitely be coming back and will recomend others to do the same. Thanks again !

As an autozoner who worked for the company for a few months I was disappointed by the quality of service. I went in and order some spark plugs that they didnt have in stock. The sales associate didnt even take my rewards info before completing the transaction, and told me it was too late when i reminded him. I figured I could call in and add the point later. When i went and picked up the part I didnt discover this idiot had ordered the wrong plugs even after I gave him the exact part number. I didnt find out until I had my old plugs pulled out. Not to mention I never received a call to tell me that my order was ready for pickup. When i called to avoid wasting a drive out to pick them up I was put on hold by a girl who told me she would check if they were ready. All she had to do was glance at the shelf behind the counter to see if my plugs were there. After several minutes on hold I hung up and called back to see if she forgot about me/would hurry up. Once i realized they sold me the wrong plugs I found out advanced had them in stock , and they had a rewards system/ coupons that actually worked! Save your time and money by checking with advanced first.

I made a purchase at this location and was helped by a very friendly gentleman named Damian Barton. I needed new spark plugs and a valve cover gasket and not only did he provide great customer service, he also educated me on some things as far as my purchased items. This Zone has a helpful and knowledgeable staff. And, thus far do everything they can to not only help you with your automotive needs but insure that the Customer Service related issues are dealt with fairly and promtly.

Staff is nice an easy to deal with. Both sets of pads I picked up had issues, but they did everything they could to get the situation taken care of. STAY AWAY form the South Perry Street store at all cost.

Helpful and friendly...I went in late on a Sunday evening, and Andrew was so nice to replace my dead battery. It was my first time in the store, and I will definitely go back and recommend them.

I was helped by a guy named Chris. He was knowledgeable and eager to help. Its very refreshing to be helped by someone who seems to enjoy there job.

Usually have gotten good service from auto zone. but after fighting with this location about my battery warranty i wont return... wouldnt honor my warranty on a battery that was under 2 years old. was told it had a 5 year warranty when i bought it and over the phone but when i got there all they did was argue with me and try to get me to spend $100....nope!

The gentleman that helped me with buying my part wasnt very experienced. I had to return to the store 2 times to get right parts, hoses and gasket needed for job my husband was doing.

Attitude of employee was TERRIBLE. She couldnt be bothered with ONE simple question that ended up saving me 30% in the end. OReillys just got a new customer.

The manager at the Buford store happened too help me with checking for problem with my car. Not only did he find the problem but also put another battery in for me. This is the way all AutoZone stores should operate.

Went in to pick up a replacment part under warranty. Could not find info in computer. New guy at counter. Went home called customer service.and gave me a reference #. Went back to store and met a guy with more experience. Long story short ...wasted 2hrs. Newer staff is not trained well...glad we got the guy with experience.

My husband visited this store today, which he visits quite frequently, even though there is an OReillys right around the corner from us, and was basically profiled as one who buys items, uses them, then returns them. He had bought a battery, less than a week ago, that did not have enough power for his SUV and was trying to return it and pay the difference for a better one. The associate handled him in such an unprofessional and accusatory way based on recent behavior of other customers, which is to purchase items, use them, then return them. The associate was so sure that my husband was trying to hustle him that he could not hear what my husband trying to help him understand - HE NEEDED A BATTERY and he was going to purchase it from your store!!! How you can hustle someone out of a battery is beyond me. Eventually, my husband was allowed to return the battery, but we took our business elsewhere for the replacement battery.Giving two stars because the associates my husband has interacted with in the past have been decent enough for his loyalty.Perhaps more customer service training is needed for the associate working this morning.

These people don’t even deserve one star! We came in 30 minutes before closing time with a dead battery. They refused to help us and sell us a new one. They did not care that our car was about to die. We had to drive 30 minutes to another Auto Zone. Zero customer service 100% laziness! Don’t come here!

Great knowledge of parts and very helpful unlike other places

Brian and Damian went so far above and beyond I was shocked!!! I knew something was wrong with my car so I went there to have a diagnosis done. While I was waiting, my car completely died. Not only did Brian jump off my car for me, he offered my daughter and I a cold drink (it was 96 outside) and gave me a reference to Carlos, a mechanic who also went above and beyond for me. I cant rave enough about the service these guys gave me for the rest of my visit while Carlos came IMMEDIATELY to fix my car for me. Thank you so much to all 3. Its so rare to find great customer service nevermind 3 gentlemen in general

Went in on Tuesday May 2nd and saw Mobile 1 advertised on the shelf for 5 quarts and a filter for 29.99 ( THE SALE WAS ON THE RACK IN SEVERAL PLACES).....I thought that was a great deal so I saw 4 qts on the shelf and asked a couple employees standing around if they could find me another quart because I wanted the 5qt deal. After looking for a few minutes they found more oil but when I got to the register it didnt ring up the sale price and when I inquired to the manager she said oh that sale ended yesterday. To make a long story short I said the racks still have the sale flyers on them saying 5 qts and a filter for 29.99 and if the sale ended yesterday then it should have been removed at closing yesterday or first thing this morning and an employee said thats not how it works. Upon leaving I told the manager the sale ads on the rack shouldve been down today and she said dont tell me how to run my store and for me to leave.....A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WILL NEVER GO BACK.

Staff is not very knowledgeable and if you get checked out by the elderly lady, youll be there for a very very long time. She took nearly 15 minutes to checkout myself and one other person with a total of 5 items. Ill never return to this location.
