Their customer service is horrendous! Starting with waiting 7 months for a refund on overcharge. Then a very lengthy hold time regardless of what time of day I called. Im trying to get a check re-issued because they made the mistake of typing the wrong name on the check. They are requiring an unreasonable amount of documentation I need to submit in order for them to correct their mistake. After getting shunned by the Customer Pay department I called their ICARE Team at the corporate office. She was friendly but after I explained my issue she said one moment and put me on hold. 35 minutes later I gave up.

Despicable customer care. The billing department has dunned me at least three times for either service I had not received, or twice for the same service. I have spent tens of hours with them on the phone because theyve sent threatening letters for stuff I didnt owe them. Either they are monumental nincompoops, or they systematically use deliberate scam tactics.

Absolutely some of the worst customer service I have experienced. Good luck trying to get someone to call or email you back. They dont have any issue with sending out notices to tell you that you are past due.
