The office was organized, well maintained and comfortable waiting area. Waited approx 5-10 minutes before being assisted by Dawn. She was very nice and explained the entire process and thoroughly instructed me in the use of the COAP machine. Very helpful and nice to work with.

Dawn instructed me how to use my new bipap machine. She was very thorough. I am very pleased.

Came across the street to get a standard supply after receiving prescription from doctor. I was told by an employee to order it on Amazon because they cant. Then I was called a jerk behind my back as I walked back to my vehicle. Just thought everyone should be able to know of this experience.
