I really just wanted a sundae that consisted of chocolate ice cream, caramel sauce and peanut butter. First time they tried to hand me something with vanilla and chocolate sauce and when I told them, it was just suppose to be a sundae with chocolate ice cream, peanut butter and caramel sauce they made a second one that was chocolate ice cream with a lil caramel sauce, lil peanut butter and a lot of chocolate sauce. At that point I just took it and walked away because I didn’t want them to waste a second one to try getting my order right on a third attempt. Only reason I’m making a review is because it’s the second time in a row I’ve experienced this. It’s just so frustrating paying for something that’s not what you wanted.

Just what I needed on a hot day. Watch out for bees though. They like sweets too!

Just a Reeses Blizzard medium with two of my male grandsons. We were male-bonding, we had a great time. Well return in the near future.

Love Dairy Queen!!! Been to this spot a time or two and its always great... The area is usually free of debris with tables to sit down and enjoy your food. Basically just your normal ice-cream spot where you walk up, check out the menu and place your order. Pricing is usually fair and the service is always at its best with staff being very friendly. Great place to come with the kids or for a date!!!

This DQ location has one of the finest services ever. I tried blizzard and cake shake here and they never mess up the order. The employees are quite good. They are fast and always deliver perfectly. I prefer this location to the Niagara falls blvd. DQ. Also, theres good parking space here and the location is good.

I always love getting ice cream from DQ. Its off menu but I highly recommend the Pecan Mudslide. Its the best sundae for those who love caramel, chocolate, and pecans. So its sort of like a turtle sundae but better! Especially if you love caramel.

I just love the DQ at this location! Most of the times I order some custom form of choco brownie extreme and they never fail to impress me! They flip the blizzard upside everytime they hand it to me. I say this because, the Niagara Falls location used to be my most favourite one and they have stopped flipping the blizzard (as it is melted most of the times!). The tiramisu cake shake is the best one here. The customer service is amazing and quick.

Every time Ive come here the same employee refuses to wear her mask properly. She has it down on her chin and gives a look when asked to wear it. Ive then sat in my car and watched her pull it back down after a few minutes.

The woman who owns this location is lovely!!! So very polite and sweet!! She has given the place a makeover and it looks fabulous!! She has no idea who I am, but every time I visit she takes the time to look me in the eye, smile and say hello to my gorgeous baby. Its our favorite Ice cream shop.

Sells ice cream and drinks (no dinner type food at this location and also doesnt participate in the upside down blizzard promotion). Nice and efficient staff. Area usually kept clean. Nice spot for a quick blizzard or drink especially if youre taking a walk.

This Kenmore Ave location is the Best one of the 4in the area. I love the Blizzards and cones. Best quality and flavors along with the employees friendliness.

Ahe ges the tallest blizzard qhich has a disgusting amount of fat/saturated fat and calories, etc....BUT.... if you only go there once per summer, youll live alot longer....LMAO....I however eat only frozen yogurt or soy ice cream in a very small amount as we that have glucose issues are not allowed. But when I did eat it....it was heaven absolute heaven in my mouth. My whole family are ice cream fanatics. My Dad has a bowl nightly before bed. But hes skinny so its all good. Anyway...go...enjoy...party up...ya only live once so enjoy.

Very long wait time, every visit. Was delivered a sloppy sundae asked for napkins and a lid and she acted like she didnt hear so I had to wait even longer due to 1 line open. I rarely go to this location and its within walking distance from my home.

Except for the homeless man loitering, but a kind young man bought him a treat. There are still good people in the world.

I will never return to this place the old guy who is in charge of that place is a complete racist. He profiles every black person that goes there, I went there with my friend just to get some ice cream and he lined up right behind us. when we were done he followed us to where our cars were parked and pretended to pick up garbage, I was so disappointed that I no longer wanted my ice cream just threw it out. You may think he might be a little diversity friendly since the place is right in near UB where all kind of students go. Such a disappointment that you cant even have a open mind to different people but you want to make money off of them. I give it zero star for customer service by the boss which is sad because all the servers were friendly.
