Literally do not go to the pharmacy here. They do not answer phone calls even on week days (called 3 times, waited at least 3 minutes on hold each time, once up to 10 minutes). The drive thru takes forever. Their medicine ordering is also less intuitive than Rite Aid’s. I’ve had minor issues with Rite Aid but honestly nothing like this.

Have never had a bad experience there. Even having to wait in line for the pharmacy or up front. Staff is great!

Drive thru stinks so slow person in front of me took over 20 minutes. Then when you call your is onn hold forever. I use a script card for a particular script and by now you would think they would see it from before and apply it.

I went to the store counter the cashier was nice,polite, and helpful.

When not busy they are doing a great work. But when they are busy it might be better to consider going to another location. So choose your time wisely and get the best results.

Every time I have used this specific CVS it has been pleasant on the pharmacy end. Aaron answered my call and seemed to care. Although she couldnt help me specifically, she gave as much information as she could to appease my problem.

Some one (I don’t want to say names )in the drive through window needs improvement in the customer service manner.

Live the store and staff are always helpful and kind.

I wish I could give this pharmacy less than one star. I had to switch over my pharmacy so I changed to this pharmacy and confirmed that I would pick up my birth control prescription today. A week later, I confirmed on the website for a pick up and got a confirmation and then when I drive to buffalo (about 2.5 hours) they tell me there is no prescription ready. No big deal, I will just wait as I have before. NO! To make things even worse, they dont have my birth control in stock at all. Nobody felt the need to call me to tell me they do not have my prescription in stock. Then they proceed to tell me that itll be ready at 7pm tomorrow when I had intentions of driving through buffalo in destination to Toronto. There is nowhere for me to stay until 7pm tomorrow!! The most unhelpful, clueless and rude staff I have ever witnessed. DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY!

They could NOT been any helpful, when my husband had a stroke. And,needed five different pills one costing over $400. They worked with us in ways that I can never repay. ❤🙏

When my husband had a collapsed lung from a biopsy we had a scrip for 6 pain pills. He was in agony. Rite aid was awful - told us itd be a couple hours while he cried. Went to this CVS and they immediately filled it even though there were other customers waiting. Since then Ive had nothing but good service. Will never change to a different store!

They seen to be a good pharmacy. Look for specials coupons, expensive groceries.

This pharmacy is awful. They dont admit to their own mistakes and theyre very rude. The only nice one to deal with is Dave . God for bid you have a question they will put you on hold and keep you on hold for 30 minutes !

I love the drug store just started having issues since Daves been gone really miss him

Pharmacy sucks. 100% worst then rite-aid on lovejoy. The only thing I can count on is they f%&K up EVERY n I do mean every order I call in for my scripts. . Im stuck going to them because of location but if u dont have to then save urself the headache. I been dealing with this for over a course of 7 years on n off. First chance I get Im GONE. cuz the honestly SUCK..
