This place is consistently delicious every time! The bagels are absolutely to die for, and the coffee never disappoints! Never had a bad experience with any employees there either! They have always been extremely nice and helpful! Keep going above and beyond, you guys are ROCKING it! You got my business for a long time!

Sandwiches and bagel sandwiches have gone far downhill. I used to love them. They have gotten rid of all the good ones. Noone makes them by hand anymore. Now they are just plain and over microwaved with lacking flavor. A very bad change.

Complete waste of time and money! Spent 15 min waiting in line when all I wanted to do was skip the line and go inside (why you cant go in the restaurant is beyond me!) After finally getting our order it was terrible. The bagels were terrible and the coffee just as bad. I was extremely disappointed because I love Caribou and an Einstein bagel just makes it that much better. This trip was a complete waste of time and $20. Makes me definitely think twice about Caribou.

Dark roast coffee and bagles are fresh and flavorful to my taste buds. Enjoy the interior seating but dont look down. If you do you realize your walking on trash. They could use training on how to pick up after dirty visitors.

The general manager of this location needs to be replaced. Seems to get a certain type of gratification from making her employees cry. We all know what type of gratification Im talking about...She has had reviews exposing this removed (1) time so far and this will only go up since shes got nothing better to do than protect her false image.

They must have been fully staffed today because the drive thru went fairly quickly, as they were busy when I got there. They got my order right. I was greeted by a smiley friendly face when I got to drive up and paid for my order. I hope its like this more often. Kudos to them.

Always very friendly staff and great coffee

Poor service. Wife & I went in for lunch because she was craving their salmon sandwich. Cashier said they might be out of salmon, and left the register to double check. Upon returning, the cashier told us it was available.We order our lunches and sit down to wait.They bring out my sandwich only, and tell my wife that they were out of salmon.They delivered half the order, failing to informus until after the fact.So we ended up with one hot and one cold lunch.Inexcusable.

The line for the drive through was crazy long, and I had trouble getting in to the parking lot. There were tons of spaces and barely anyone inside, but traffic was insane. Also turns out they’re out of all the new promo ingredients, so I couldn’t get what I came in for. I get it- covid factory staffing affects everyone. I just hope that the one that’s opening up down the road takes the stress off this one so it doesn’t take 20 minutes to get coffee through drive through or just waiting to pass a car to park

Used to be a great location but as of the last 4-5 months service has tanked. We’ve gotten multiple orders wrong and time to get coffee is always in the double digits (15 minutes on average). Not sure why Caribou gives the option to adjust drink orders (milk/flavor shots/etc) when the baristas aren’t even looking at them. Disappointing.

Disappointed that customers are no longer able to customize their food order. We have noticed a large decline in food quality. Used to love their Farmhouse Sandwich but the recipe must have changed recently.

Stopped in for a sesame bagel with a salmon cream cheese smear. Was told they were out of sesame bagels. Ordered a Asiago bagel with salmon smear. Got the Asiago bagel with loxs, two thick slices of onion, tomato and some cream cheese. Didnt discover that until I got home. Not the breakfast I had craved. Went back two days later. Ordered my favorite sesame and salmon smear. This time I was told they discontinued the sesame bagel. What the heck? No more sesame bagels? Who made that dumb decision? Drove off without getting anything and not going back to that location. Will try other locations to see if they still have the sesame bagels. Sorry about the 1 star, you used to be 5 star.

Slow service, dirty lobby/seating area, many bees and flies inside, dusty light fixtures and backside of computer monitors (easily visible to customers).Coffee always good.

Always super busy, experience is usually pretty good but often find the staff not particularly friendly, but I understand its not the most exciting and thrilling job ever.

They gave the wrong items to the guy in front of me. Fortunately he looked before leaving. So I thought I should look too. They gave me the wrong bagel. Also they have recently changed the salmon bagel. It is now pre-made and much less salmon. They need help getting organized at this location.

I understand that recently they have separated from Einstein bagles, so some food changes may be unavoidable; However, what I paid for vs what I received was very disappointing. I was told that I could not ask for changes to the sandwiches because they were pre-made the night before. I got the salmon sandwich, which is usually amazing, but it was thrown into the bag and looked like a salad. This location is definitely not what it once was, and continues to go down hill...

This location might be aweful.The told me theyre out of bacon. Then out of sausage. Then I refunded my order. They wont let you customize your orders other than schmeres.Oh and the bathroom had somebody elses blood all over it.MgmtSpend a day in your store. Ill be somewhere else.

I ordered a farmhouse sandwich at around 11:45 am. Breakfast is served all day but the looks i got out the window when I was waiting told me it shouldnt be they seemed annoyed . When I got home I found the bacon was not cooked at all and there was only1 piece usallytheres 2( I used my airfryer to cook the the bacon. Then there was only 1 piece of ham too also hardly any pepper cream cheese the top of the bagel was so hard could not eat it. I worst sandwich ever.

Apparently they dont open at 5 during the week anymore but they say open but you sit in the drive through with no one there this place had turned into a joke.

Literally the worst caribou I’ve ever been to. I worked for caribou for 5 years and have never experienced service as horrible as this one. When I order coffee for my girlfriend and I, I always request no whip for her because she’s allergic. Everytime they put whip on the drink, I tell them to remake it because of her allergies. I was told the last time that there’s no way she is. It’s simple, I request no whip so why put it on. Will not be returning after my last encounter.

Services has always been pretty bad. I would usually go to Dunn bro in town but recently they closed. Caribou train your staff in on customer service and respect! Most caribous are great, but this one is unprofessional.

I love this place, excellent coffee and breakfast sandwiches. The turkey and egg sandwich is my favorite. Bonus that you can get it without cheese.

This place used to be good but now they are super slow. The coffee was fine but we wanted to order toasted Nova lox bagels on an everything bagel but they are now pre made and give way too little salmon.

Went thru drive thru this afternoon. Ordered cold press with cream and 3 pumps of vanilla. No coffee no vanilla. I paid $4.93 for a cup of cream. Aweful.

Terrible dine-in experience. The employees were so loud, obnoxious, and annoying I decided to leave after 15 minutes. Popping large amounts of bubble wrap, loudly signing purposely off-tune, and yelling were some of the activities the employees found enjoyable during the time I was in the restaurant. Even my noise cancelling headphones could not stifle the noise.

Poorly managed. The kids that work there are friendly, but its a 50/50 shot on whether or not any given item is sold out. Been there numerous times since they opened the Buffalo location and if I had a nickel for every time Ive been told.. sir, we are all out that would you like something else? Oh, were out of that too. insane. Youd think, with a little managerial foresight, you could identify: I typically sell X amount of bagels on this day. Need to make sure I have a quantity greater than X. I dont get it.

Terrible service. I went inside to order my drink since the drive thru was extremely busy. I was the only person inside. Waited 15 min. Two other people came in after me & got their drinks. I go up to the counter to see what is going on & they forgot to make my drink.

I was standing and waiting for a while, and the staff kind of got to me when they felt like it. I didnt have a mask, and she asked me to put one on--no more mandate in MN, fyi--and I told her I didnt have one so she told me to go through the drive thru...she was behind plexiglass and I was roughly six feet away, so not sure what the issue is if Im ordering one thing and then walking away. So I just assumed that meant they didnt want my business, so I didnt give it to them. Not a very friendly or inviting atmosphere.

I very seldom complain but two weeks in a row I’ve been disappointed. Last week ordered a Grav Lacs and a northern light latte with caramel. Got a bagel with cream cheese and no flavor in coffee. This week ordered a Grav Lacs and a northern lights latte with caramel. Got a NL latte with vanilla and a bagel wrapped in paper with salmon that smelled bad. So sorry. Server originally charged us lessThan we expected and we asked to have our order read and it wasnt our order. She corrected it. Both orders came with a large coffee and those were correct. Love the combo of bagels and coffee but sad they were messed up both times.

Bagels and coffee are amazing! I love their sparkling green tea with a shot of raspberry. And their pretzel bagels are my favorite! I would recommend to anyone to go here.

Didnt take too long to make my drink. The order taker was friendly and informative. My only real complaint is they are kind of expensive.

I did a mobile order because we had a trailer we were pulling. There was no space to park and the drive thru wasnt going to work. So I called the store and the girl who answered the phone was so understanding and she walked my drink out to our truck! I cant remember her name but wow! What an awesome gal for understanding and helping us out!! I recommend buffalo Caribou for their excellent customer service.

I love this place but I am not coming in much because is WAY to loud. The personnel is extremely loud that people doing the lines are looking at them and is not a pleasant experience anymore. They also yield the names when a product is ready like if we are in Disney.The guys are very very polite. My comment is merely for improvement

Yet again, I was just there at 4:50 p.m. and I ordered a large vanilla sugar-free latte made with half and half. Somehow this seems very complicated because I have no idea what drink I just got.... its disgusting.

Very disappointed in this place! I came last night and had a very 1/10 experience. The atmosphere is very messy and it seems as though the store is run by obnoxious loud freshmen girls. I dont have a problem with freshmen girls but I feel that there is a time and place to be crazy and loud. I was hoping to get some studying done but I was unable to focus due to the workers yelling at each other. Also some of the girls seemed like they had their friends in the back of the store (girls without uniforms on) and running around. I came in only to find a table that I had to clear, there were dirty napkins and empty coffee cups on the table. The drink i ordered was extremely sweet. Ive never been that big of a fan of Caribou Coffee just because i feel like its run very poorly. I will be going to Starbucks now because they serve better drinks and the business is run more professionally. If your hoping for a good place to get your studying done go to Starbucks or bring noise cancelling headphones and be prepared to clear your own table.

I always have a pleasant time here. Its a great place to meet people and the service is typically fast and friendly. Its a hugely popular place in this city, so there can be a long line in the drive through, but there is usually less of a wait inside the restaurant.

It is an easy place to get to off 55. Never have had a long wait. Not any longer than say McDonalds. I always go in instead of drive up . I fine this better for one on one when placing an order. Always a clean restroom for ladies. And yes it is busy I have been in mornings and afternoons. Weekdays and weekends staff is always professional and friendly. Its the customers that are inpatient. Glad that Carbiou coffee is in Buffalo.

Sorry but the Midwest coffee shop caribou needs to come out west and see how its done. The coffee was burned for sure. The sugar free flovoring was disappointing at best. I got a sugar free Carmel breva and it was absolutely the worst cup of coffee Ive ever had.

Great taste in everything I ordered, however your morning crew is slacking. Coffee wasnt stirred, and the bagel was thrown together without much thought that peoples mouths dont work like snakes. Im a big guy and there was no way my mouth was opening that big. There is now avocado all over my car 👌

I dont know how this Caribou has a rating higher than 3 stars. They are so slow. This mornings elapsed time from placing order to actual receipt of a medium coffee and large iced tea: 9 minutes. This after waiting in line for five minutes just to order.

Good sandwichs. Cant speak for the coffee since I dont drink it. I have heard from others it really good. The tea selection is fair with limited number of decaffeinated teas. But the teas they do have are excellent. They are fast and efficient and long lines generally move fast.

0 stars!!!!These kids really need TO LISTEN instead of goofing off when people are ordering and know what coupons VS points to use!! My order has been wrong 3 times and points used when not asked or suppose to be used(isnt easy to get them back). This is really annoying and frustrating! Then when I tell them its not right they get very rude. Please pay attention to what your customers are ordering and dont be rude when YOU screw things up!!

Just paid $4 for a cup of almond milk and no coffe. Asked politely if they could remake it twice! Finally the the third time the girl behind the counter said your right its coming out of the machine like water something is not right no aplolige no refund. Looks like Starbucks next time.

Excellent coffee, but the wait time is ridiculous. I spent seven minutes in the drive-thru without moving, so then went inside and immediately placed my order (no line.) I spent an additional twelve minutes waiting for the coffee. I left 10 minutes early to stop for coffee on my way to work. Caribou will lose my morning business if they cant prepare a cup of coffee in less than 10 minutes.

The gal at the counter was very rude and condescending. She acted like she did not want to be there. Katie argued with me and did not even seem to want to take my perks account number. I attend this location almost weekly on my way to run errands in town and I am considering making the switch to the Starbucks inside Target. Having worked for Caribou in the past, I understand everyone has a bad day but this is not the first time I have experienced this at the counter in this location. Seems they give priority to the drive thru and act like they dont want you staying in their dinning area.
