Was always my go to spot for everyday construction materials at fantastic pricing. Staff is always helpful and amazing and they really make the store a great place to shop! Unfortunately their Corporate office decided that each of their stores should now be generic and only carry big ticket items that most people only buy once in a blue moon for major remodels. In doing so, they lost a huge share of the neighborhood market from everyday landlords like myself needing simple things like paint, drywall and hardware. I would rather spend money in my own neighborhood instead of travelling all the way to Depot to get these things. Thank God for Dibbles across the street-they still realize the value in carrying a large variety of items for older homes that you just cant get at the big box stores. Shame on you Corporate America!!!

I LOOOVE the prices and the choices you have to choose from. The guys are very helpful there. I saved so much money on our home renovations buying material from here. They have a beautiful selection of cabinets to choose from. The tile options and unbeatable. The prices are very hard to beat. If you are remodeling your home stop by and give them a try I promise you will not be disappointed!

I give this store a great rating due to always being friendly and helpful I was referred by a friend of mine who spends alot of money at this store so I did the same bought kitchen cabinets and granite counters entry doors flooring and everyone loves my kitchen when they see it. the manager even helped me plan and design the kitchen with the correct sizes and everything fit perfectly and I have a deluxe kitchen at an affordable price with this happy experience I went to another location to purchase solid hardwood flooring you know the 3/4 inch thick planks the real stuff well I was assured it was durable and after having it installed for a month it sure wasnt living up to its standards but because that location did however help ease my mind about the longevity by issuing a credit toward the flooring which totally made it justifiable since the floors were already installed and couldnt be undone and also made an effort to work with the manufacturer with the fact that the store made this situation right out of something wrong I left a happy customer and I will be back when its time to redo the bathrooms I have on the to do list

I went to this store with my husband and was helped by a wonderful young gentleman named Jose he was very polite and helped us get exactly what we wanted. He made sure that we were very satisfied and made us want to come back for future purchases. However upon cashing out we were cashed out by a older woman named Jennifer who was very rude and was on her phone upon entering and was also on her phone as we approached the register. She cashed us out and I said thank you have a nice day but as we were leaving not even a thank you and have nice day back or nothing of the sort. It was horrible the only reason we will go back is because of that young gentleman named Jose who thankfully made our first experience at the store a good one hats off to you young man. We need more workers like him in stores.

I ran to this location with our carpenter and was waiting to get the final “go ahead” from my husband on which tile he wanted. Once he confirmed it, we immediately asked the the only girl that was working up front and she said she couldn’t help us with cutting tile because it was 5:43 and apparently they have a “rule” that they stop cutting vinyl at 5;40!! Like SERIOUSLY??!! If that is in fact the TRUTH.... There should be a SIGN of some sort advising that.

I had been hunting for a countertop after having one go out of stock even after paying for it. Grossmans has quality products, helpful staff and great management

Prices are good. However, the new full priced windows are lower quality then home Depot at the same price. Whats really good are the special buys. 88 dollar windows ( which are probably used or return but in excellent condition ) is a great buy.

The only reason I have gone to this location is that it is close to work, so I can go on my lunch hour. I have waited and waited for either help getting an item down from a shelf or simply cashing out while one person slowly works the cash register. But today tops it.Store Manager, Lynn Wittcomb, needs a few lessons in customer service. I returned some items I didnt use which were purchased on my debit card. I asked for cash, but she refused saying it was company policy. I knew if she made one phone call, she could have done it. But, she was more concerned with being big and powerful than having a return customer.If you want an ounce of customer service, choose another store.
