I drove all the way over here after looking at the Google reviews and from the outside looking in the showroom looks very lovely, and like they definitely could help me figure out what I want for my bathroom, however it appears that they are semi-closed. The sign on the outside of the door says that you have to make an appointment during business hours. I dont know, I drove all the way out here and Id rather disappointed. Dont let yourself make the same mistake that I did. I probably wont be driving all the way back out here again.

I went there to order a shower head. The service was divine and the representative showed me all my options. She was very thorough and attentive. She also let me know when the order was placed and kept me updated throughout. I am so very happy with this purchase and I would recommend the showroom to anyone!

Very good selection of plumbing fixtures and exceptional service. Marcia helped my wife and I get just the right fixtures for our bathroom and kitchen (long story). I would recommend Buffalo Plumbing Showroom to anyone re-doing their bathroom or kitchen. Way better quality and service than Home Depot.
