Covid vaccination has take priority to the urgent care for patients. Many requests have been delayed or go unanswered due to boosters or initial shots. Triage is priority of need and sprinkles on a cake (boosters) is not a priority. Walgreens needs to hire specific personnel to deal with this issue so other patients with other threatening issues aside from covid with get the services they need. The once great staff and customer service is now non existent. It’s Sad just sad… waiting to staff answer the phone is 45 minutes.. really….Walgreens your system it’s automated so you know what I am stating is factual.

Pharmacy customer service has gone down in the last year. Had a question about the refill quantity. Was getting conflicting information about the coverage from my ins company and from the pharmacy. The pharmacist refused to call the insurance company to resolve the issue. When I asked to escalate the issue to the supervisor, she put me on hold and no one picked it up again in the next 10 minutes. Will take my business elsewhere.

Always Busy, under staff ( staff have to much to do to be away from their designated area) too much going on at the pharmacy...always backed up especially the drive thru. Walgreens have changed big time. Not your quick stop store anymore.

The female pharmacist has been very short, unhelpful, and rude on multiple occasions there for me I suggest going to another location or going to other pharmacies. Especially when they offer the service of asking the pharmacist questions about your medicine, they should not be short or impolite as it is a personal subject. Why even offer the service if youre not going to be helpful. 0 stars.

The man at the cash register was so kind and helpful to everyone in line even though there was a very rude woman berating him about something she saw online. She tried to get him to use the cash register to Google whether or not the item was in stock... he handled the whole interaction with patience.

What a horrible experience. I came to this 3rd Walgreens for a specific perfume, an employee at the previous location let me know this store was in stock of what I was looking for. No one was available in cosmetics to get the product from behind a locked case so I waited in line to ask the cashier-she called for help and I waited. I heard a second call go through and still nothing. I waited again a few more minutes and no one ever came or checked up on me so I left and wont be returning. I saw at least three different workers in the store at this time.

By far the worth customer service I have ever seen! Waited in car for the clerk to service two other customers inside. When she came back, I gave her my name and said there was an insurance. The pharmacy did call me around 4 PM and let me know my prescription would be ready at 6:15. I showed up at 6:45 and the clerk said there was an insurance problem and that they were very busy and not sure they could get to it. I told her I was leaving on vacation the next day. She told me I could buy it with out insurance ... wow! I asked her to find time to call the insurance company.Not very customer friendly. I hope to find a pharmacy that has some customer service!

I just had to share about my experience this morning. With my injury and unemployed with no insurance, the staff went out of their way to search for coupons for my medicine costing over $600.00. With the holidays around the corner and being unemployed.....every little of savings did help. Being the holidays is for giving.......so all I can do for now is thank them very much and share my experience. Happy Holidays!!!!

I had picked up my prescription after waiting several days because Walgreens did not have enough inventory of the meds I needed. I finally called to insure it was ready before making my second trip over there. The pharmacy tech insured me it was ready and it was. I opened the bag at home and the Walgreens label read that the dosage was 10 mg, which is the correct dosage. However, when I read the dosage on the prepackaged Libby pharmaceutical bottle, the dosage is in fact 25 mg. 2 and 1/2 times my required dosage. This seems like a very serious mistake which could have resulted in serious consequences had I not noticed. I will take this up with corporate but please be warned to double check you meds. Don’t trust that the pharmacist had it right!

Christine the manager was illegally listening in on a phone call that I made and had no business talking about the phone call and not only that they were trying to tell me that I could not use express pay when I had the option to use it they told me that policy had changed when it had not and I confirmed it with corporate
