I ordered a beginner kit over a week ago. I never got it in the mail so I called them to check on the status. They tell me they never sent it. But they apologize and say they will next-day it. Im supposed to get it today but I didnt so I called them again. They say it missed the mail out window! And that Ill get it on Monday. Its Thursday. Ive been waiting for over a week. I remind them of the situation and they say they will next day it later today. I ask for a tracking number and they were unable to give me one because they havent printed out the labels yet. This is beginning to feel like a scam. They say they will next day it later today and I should get the package tomorrow supposedly. Supposedly someone will call me to tell me they mailed it. Im not changing my review until I get my order. This has been such a negative experience so far.Update: they didnt call me, I had to call them. They gave me a tracking number. I didnt get my order today 12/1/17. Next day my ars.

Over the wkend FRAUDULENT CHARGES on my card $529.00!!! Never ordered or know who this company. Called company Monday to discuss, speaking with Katrina. She was very helpful as company was going to be SCAMMED as well shipment was leaving same day. Katrina spoke with my bank got my funds returned to my bank & stopped shipment. Katrina gets 5☆☆☆☆☆! Thank U☺

This company looks down on temporary staffing and rude and disrespect them etc and the manger for the warehouse named Jaime is ring leader of this bad behavior towards the temporary staffing employees along with rest of warehouse employees doing the same thing if not worst. The only person who I saw in warehouse treat or great and them fair or respectfully was Betty

Lashfood and jb lashes are the best!!

I purchased lash extensions and adhesive from this company the glue doesn’t work. I’ve used several adhesive and this is the worst by far. Buyer beware your clients will hate the out come. The lashes last for a few hours max.
