Its a lady who works here whos always rude to my wife snatching her money not checking to see if they have a item she tells us no an another person gets it for us the next day when she was trying to find an alternative product.... We try to support black owned buy why when the Asian people sale it to us cheaper with a smile...

Love coming here. The environment and feel for the whole place is very elegant and charming and is very ascetically pleasing . The employees are so helpful and sweet and seem to know quiet an amount about there jobs . I would def recommend.

The customer service needs work. Fairly ok selection of products and hair. Not very flexible with exchanges or returns. Small store.

I brought my list of supplies that I needed to a beauty supply store on Orangethorpe & Euclid. Unfortunately, I had to ask for help, everything was overpriced & they did not sell most of the items on my list. I did find a new product that I wanted to try, but it was way over priced. A customer told me she was on her way over to a family owned eztablishment that was a lot cheaper. At Family Beauty Supply, the customers & employees are friendly, knowledgeable & sincere. The outstanding customer service & reasonable prices have made me a regular customer at Family Beauty Supply.ii
