Great and clean location. Most of the employees are friendly and helpful, there are just a couple that do not acknowledge customers or aim to be helpful in any way. Thank you

Steve and the rest of the crew are some of the nicest people weve meet they greet us almost every day because my Sons play foot ball an we go there to refill their containers with Gatorade Monday thru Saturday.. But there is this one evil lady that works the early morning 4am shift thats very very rude an ill just leave that at that.. Best 7-11 in the OC....

They are exceptionally clean to the extent that this store continues to appear brand new on the inside. The shelves are always well stocked. Their deals are always updated promptly clearly visible. The employees are all outstanding and well trained. They all always know all the procedures in any of the services 7/11 provides as well as going above and beyond their job description WITH a genuine smile on their faces. The employees are also always kind as well as helpful and patient! Whomever does the hiring and training for this store should be the customer service/service industry standard and example Nationwide. If I had one complaint it would be the parking and thats not 7/11s fault its the architects fault.

I am writing this review to show my gratitude and appreciation to 7eleven on 8761 Knott Ave. in Buena Park, California. I had a problem and I voiced my opinion over an irate employee.After my confrontation I went in and spoke to a man named Sam and he assured me that it would never happen again. As we were speaking that employee arrived in the store. Sam questioned him and he confirmed the confrontation. Sam then explained to him that he is never to have an argument with the customers and specifically toward me because I am a regular for three tears now. The employee apologized and now the problem has turned into an achievement.I want to commend Sam for his professionalism and assured him that I will always be their customer. This type of customer service is rare these days.Thank you, Sam, for your care.A very satisfied customer.

Usually a good place but the teller tonight was on his phone the entire time, and when I had asked for something hot, he would just say no, even though there were hot foot items in the warmer, might not come to this one anymore for my night cravings

I went there trying to buy some food for a homeless guy. .. And I tell the guy to follow me to get something .. When we get into . the people from the store didnt let the guy came in they said that they dont want homeless in the store.. even that I was explaining that he comes with me .. So we have to leave and went to another store.. But I promise to never buy something else from 7eleven .

The graveyard guy is constantly on his phone, never any customer service, is rude to his customers,and doesnt want to check the cooler for items not stocked . Its quite a shame, as the ladies who used to work here were absolutely amazing. Now to downsize from this is quite a shame.

This is my favorite 7 Eleven. I love this store and all the employees and the owner are so very nice!

Sam lied and said the store was closed at 3 am. What kind of 7eleven is ever closed. He said theyre closed for half an hour at 3 & wouldnt be open until 4. Thats not half an hour, thats an hour. He could have at least closed the doors and locked them if they actually arent open. I doubt theyre actually closed. Sam is just a slacker and should be fired. Obviously when other people have complained about the guy working the graveyard shift.
