Today 10/30/21 i went in to Premier Jeep for an oil change on my 2019 Grand Cherokee. From the moment i got there until i got my Jeep back, George made my experience great. He was very personable and helpful in making sure i got the oil service done right and as fast as possible. I was probably in and out of there within 45 minutes total at most. I’ve had the pleasure of having George be the service provider to help me several times and every time the experience is top notch. Im definitely going to come keep back here to George to get my wife and I’s Jeeps serviced.

Walked in about 2 weeks ago, Geovanni greeted me. He asked me for what I was looking for, and I said: a Grand Cherokee. He showed me around and told me to take all the time I wanted, and if I wanted to test drive them all, I could. So I test drive a few, I told him that Ill be back. I want to test drive other vehicles, and see what I really wanted. He said of course, you take your time. So I returned a week later and purchased my 2021 4x4 Grand Cherokee. Giovanni and the staff have the most lovely attitude. There knowledge is great and worked with me on my purchased. I had a great experience and recommend them, I give the a 10/10. Great costumer service!

I did purchase an oil package that was a great deal. Service was great up until my last oil change on October 27, 2021. I experienced very poor customer service and when questioned I only heard excuses as I made my way back to notify them they clearly seemed bothered. My multipoint inspection was not really inspected. Once they corrected their mistake they also did the complimentary car wash (which I had to ask) that to me it was more like a wipe down I have pics of my hood how they missed a spot and you can tell it was just wiped. That explains scratches on my charger after the so called car wash. Very disappointed in my last service there, you go there trusting people you don’t know to do their job and get this horrible service.

I called and received the best customer service. I was greeted by Service Advisor Martin Jacobo who was a good listener, polite and sympathetic to my situation. I always get my vehicle serviced at Premier Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Buena Park. It may not be the closest to me but it has the BEST SERVICE DEPT. I don’t need my husband to come with me to protect me from being roped into paying for extras services I don’t need or coming in for an oil change and leave paying thousands of dollars and as a woman that is my biggest concern. Everyone here is honest and hardworking, if they make a mistake they own up to it and more importantly, they make it right. Before I came here, I DREADED taking my truck for service because I hated waiting, being treated like a second class citizen and feeling like I was conned into something I didn’t need because I am a woman. Premier Dodge Buena Park has great customer relations and it is positive and upbeat. For service or recalls, I would suggest coming here over any other Dodge Dealership in the area, you won’t be disappointed.

Horrible customer service today! I take my truck in and nobody approaches me as they usually do… so I walk in and nobody acknowledged me either. One service guy actually walk past me outside just to smoke and then walked past me inside and sat down without even saying a word! The least they could’ve done was a simple β€œwe’ll be with u in a min”…but instead, when I asked for help, they pawned me off with someone that was actually assisting another customer!!! I went in to receive a recall replacement , the guy who was assisting me stated they could only order recall parts once a month and there is a waiting list so I would need to wait. I called a different location and they stated that isnt true, they can order parts weekly. I can receive the replacement in a couple of weeks. If you need replacement parts call dodge of Anaheim near the 57! Way more helpful.

Today is the first day that I called to have my vehicle serviced at this dealership and was told I needed to take it to a specialty shop because they needed to put it on a lift, which they only have 1 and it just cant be done...which shocked me!! I have never had my Promaster ever lifted to do an oil change.My vehicle a 2020 Ram Promaster has been serviced by RAM JEEP Dealerships all over the country. From Texas to Florida, Nevada Washington state, and the BEST IN Colorado Springs.Needless to say I could understand if the small shop couldnt handle a product of the Chrysler Jeep, Tam corporation but to out right tell you to bring it to a specialty shop is poor judgment, product knowledge and lack of empathy.It also shows that employees picking up the phone and refusing to give their names shows a lack of customer relations and by hiding their na mb esfor formal contact towards potential customers shows a degree of interpersonal relations.Just by not telling the customer your name in a greeting is abhorrently a lack of customer service or relation no matter what languages are spoken . By announcing your name in a greeting shows that you care and are proud if the company you work for.Sadly I will not recommend this dealership to my military, Amazon, Microsoft, friends or family. They have clearly demonstrated that they ARE NOT Customer centric.The 2 stars reflects the lengthy rings that it took to finally answer the phone.1st a receptionist answered with 3 rings and transferred me to service ringing 15x the 2nd time I went thru the automated line and rang 8 to 9x.I gave 2 stars just for answering finally the phone..

He was the first person to greet us and the last person to say farewell as we left in our brand new 2021 challenger! We had a very tight budget and they were not only able to take our trade in but offer more than all the other dealerships we went to. I purchased my vehicle here through Ben, who was friendly and professional and I would highly recommend. But I won’t say the same for the service department. I could just go to a small local shop for an oil change, but I want to be a loyal customer and get that β€œdealership treatment” so I drive 30 minutes out of my way to come here. However, the men in the service department are all unfriendly and have a standoff-ish attitude. My advisor was Martin, and I did not get a welcoming feeling from him from the get go. After checking in with him I asked if Ben (my sales guy) was here so I can say hi, and he didn’t even look up or let me finish my question but simply shrugged me off with a β€œI don’t know who that is” without even looking up. Didn’t even get a β€œthank you” after paying. Was told the oil change and tire rotation will take 2 hours, but actually was closer to 3. Yet no one came over to give me an update, and no apologies. Not worth paying the extra money to come all the way here. Learned my lesson: support your local independently owned shops where not only will you save some money, but also be appreciated.

I take my car to the dealership to make oil change services, when I pick up the car, the mechanic dont fit well the plastic cover, and it was making a noise when I turn the wheels.I noticed to the person in charge to make me my check in, and he call to the supervisor of the mechanics and then he fixed.But the most important thing about the oil change, They dont reset the oil life, that is very important do it.I drive 45minutes away to the service, this is unacceptable, I never come back to do service on this place.

As the owner of an elevator company, we go through a lot of vehicles. I decided to contact Premiers fleet department for pricing on two (2) one ton trucks with utility body and lift gates. The fleet salesman said he would call me back after checking inventory. No response. Tried to call the General Manager, Augie. Sat on hold for 20 minutes and called it a day. If you cannot be responsive on the front side, I cannot imagine what your service is like after the sale. Lot our business before you ever earned it.

I currently lost the keys to my 2016 Jeep Wrangler. As stressful as that is, Marcos, the Service Director was amazing! He took my jeep info and told me to stop by for a quick key replacement. He not only helped me with getting a new set of keys, he also informed me about a recall my Jeep had. He ordered the parts and will schedule another visit when they arrive. I usually would go back to the dealership where I got my Jeep but many friends recommend to go to the Buena Park dealership. I’m glad I did. Not only did they take care of me, they were friendly, fast, and professional. I was in and out with enough time to continue my morning errands. This new facility is clean and comfortable. It seems like this dealer has dishonest service advisors. I also had a bad experience with a service advisor named Giovanni Valerio on a recall part Im supposed get replaced .I was supposed to receive a call from him when my recall part was in. Which I never did like he said he would let me know when it was around so I can make an appointment. Also I took my vehicle to get it serviced he was supposed to call me back when it was ready to pick up which he failed to do also the service took so long for just an oil change that it seemed weird for me so I called and he said that he had called me to let me know it was ready which is not true seems like this dude likes to Lie to his clients. The worst customer service, they got no drivers, they dont even call you back to tell you that your parts arrived. they dont have any great system to look into what i order. we have to start all over from the beginning. They RARELY pick up their phone calls and just leave it to voicemail when busy. They need to shape up their parts department because your work ethics and behaviors of your employers shouldnt qualify you to run a dealerships parts store.

Took my RAM 1500 taken to you with possible gas filler neck issues. Ive had bad experiences with previous RAM dealer repairs. This trip, the problem was dealt with quickly. It was determined that the issue was most likely a bad valve in the gas tank, 33 gal., and the tank would need to be replaced. I was initially told the tank may not be in until the following Tuesday if it was in So Cal. My service writer Giovanni Valerio later that day told there was a tank in Cerritos. The tank came in the following morning. Repairs completed, problem solved that afternoon. Giovanni kept in touch with me, returned my calls promptly. When I picked up my truck I left my cell phone in the Lyft that brought me to the dealer. Giovanni helped me locate my phone using his and facilitated its return. I offered Giovanni $20 for his time and he refused. Whomever reads this, that demonstrates a great deal of character and honesty. In my former life I was responsible for millions of dollars in personnel including preparing yearly evaluations. This young man should be a model for other employees in work ethic and honor. Please feel free to use this in any future reviews for him.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation at around 9:15 in the morning. Their service advisor let me know that it would be about an hour. After an hour and 45 minutes I inquired about my vehicle and the same advisor told me that they had run out of oil and it would be another 30 to 40 minutes. 45 minutes later I saw them drive my vehicle into the service bay where it sat for another hour before anyone touched it. At this time the removed the oil but didnt fill it back up or rotate the tires since it was up in the air on their lift. Again I inquired about my vehicle and they said it would be another hour or so. So I told them to get my vehicle filled with oil so that I could leave asap. Half hour later they finally did put oil in my vehicle didnt touch the tires and gave it to me so that I could leave. All they could say to me as I got my keys is see you another time

They checked me in quickly and told me there were some updates that would take awhile. They told me the whole process would be about 2-2 1/2 hours. I decided to wait and do some work. I’ve been to plenty of dealerships and haven’t experienced nothing like this. As you roll into the dealer they don’t surround your car you walk in and some one will be there to greet you. The sales team there will not try to rob you instead make it the most smoothest experience of buying a car or truck. I called Miguel F Cornejo to inquire about a vehicle he was giving me all the info I asked with no attitude. When I got there I was greeted by Scott Hager he is a good guy and will try to get you the best deal you can’t refuse. It was about 30 min and Scott Hager and GM Augy Galeana we’re able to get me a deal I could not refuse. Then at Finace was met with Patricia Galeana was fast and smooth was out of there in less then 5 min. All in all the best experience yet the team treats you like family. Definently recommend to buy here and I will be returning as well.

Avoid this dealership at ALL COSTS. Easily one of the worst businesses I’ve ever had the misfortune of encountering. If you don’t heed my warning at least avoid doing business with β€œDennis” as he will actively try his hardest to ruin your day. I’ve heard that car salesmen can be sleazy but these guys take the cakeEdit: just wanted to quickly add that I went across the street to Carmax and Marlon took GREAT care of me. I was in an out the door within two hours, with A nicer car and a better price. So maybe I should be thanking these guys πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

I am honestly surprised on how good the customer service is in this dealer! Raidel Soto was the reason I had a good experience there. I took my car to get serviced and he was very clear on how long it would take and what would be done.
