I did my research on Yelp & Google and they were close to home and competitive so I took the risk, but I do recommend making an appointment. I arrived at the shop as a walk-in. When I first walked in, Torrey (the new store manager) was currently helping customers ahead of me and I was able to observe his customer service skills at work!!! Holy cow- this guy was awesome. He used clear and consistent messaging, taking the time to explain all charges. Torrey works with the customer to negotiwhere he can, stays firm, respectfully, when he can’t budge. Based off of watching him talk to other customers I was impressed but reserved the right to form an opinion until my direct interaction with him. And based off my observations that is how he treats all customers. He helped me with a friendly tone and with particular attention to my time. He took care of my tires along with checking my fluids and brakes and a 3 year alignment at a price I could NOT BELIEVE! They have gained a lifelong customer in me. Really cool service advisor and technicians. Very professional and go the extra mile for their customers. I’ll be sure to tell everyone in Buena Park where to go to get their tires and service after this experience. Thank you!

I called In a frantic on a Saturday late afternoon because my tire was very low. Although I know they were almost closing Torrey Griffin said come on in we will take a look at it. When I got there I was greeted immediately with a smile. Torrey Griffin and his team provided me with amazing customer service. They were polite, knowledgeable, provided fast service and made sure my tires were in top tip condition! As a precessional who teaches customer service for a living Torrey and his team provided me with some of the best customer service I have received in a long time!! I will be back and I will be referring my family and friends to their specific location!

Courteous and prompt service. This place was awesome.

Went in for their February special - FREE car care check. Took about 45mins. They gave me the inspection report and their price for the suggested repairs. I felt the wheel alignment was bit pricey at $105 bucks. They offered me $10-15 discount on top to sweeten the deal but i still felt it was bit pricey and choose to sleep over it. Overall I had satisfactory experience.

I came here 1 yr ago to have my tires checked due to low pressure warning. The guy said there was nothing wrong with my tires. They just checked and put air for me. Theyre very nice and honest.Because of their honesty and help, I came back today to get one of my tires checked again because of the same problem and decided to get a new one if something is wrong. They told me that the tire is repairable and doesnt need to be replaced. This is the kind of business where I choose to support because of honesty and would go beyond and not just for business like other places.

I will say, its a nice place to come and get an alignment, for alignment and balance its around $150, it takes around 2 hours probably a little more, Im giving them 3 stars for the time and the employees, you feel like they take more time because you see them talking and laughing but I guess thats on every job, if you come outside on the parking lot, you will notice that someone has taken a sh*t right next to the entrance, and nobody cleans, so I guess thats what they are use to it.

Twice my appointment has been cancelled. Not the customers fault if your employees call out. Maybe hiring people that actually want to work instead of keeping bums in your staff.

Last year the battery on my wife’s 2018 Civic was acting up. I was in the belief that it needed to be replaced. Since I was limited on time, I took it to this location since it was close to home. Suman confirmed the battery was bad, but rather than having me purchase one from him, he recommended taking it to the dealership to see if it was under warranty, which later I found out it was. He easily could have had me pay for a new one right then and there, but was kind and honest enough to do the right thing and tell me to get it replaced for no charge from the dealership.Needless to say, when I needed a set of new tires on my car, I didn’t hesitate to go back to see Suman. He broke what my options were and said he’d be satisfied with whatever choice I made.When it comes to your car, it’s hard to trust people, however, I’d put a lot of trust in him!

I bought new tires in January 2019 from Just Tires on Lincoln in north Anaheim, CA.Great deal and great service !!Today we had to replace one of these tires. We returned to Just Tires for a new tire and the service was very,very good!! And the price was too! The manager remembered my name!! Thx Guys!! Peace....

By far the worst tire shop Ive been to! They advertise fast service and low prices which is false. They said its an hour wait and said it was $33 for a tire patch. After they inspected my tired they said they couldnt do it and started talking prices for new tire set. I went to a tire shop down the street which they had patched my tire in 15 min and it only cost me $15.Would highly recommend NOT going to just tires!

You can get a great deal on tires here. They also often have coupons to save money on Changes and tuneups. Fair prices.Small waiting area, bathroom, and coffee pot.If you have a long wait there are many places to shop within walking distance. Stores like; Big 5, , 99 Cents store, CVS, etc.

Waited for 1 hour 45 min. Kevin told me it’ll be an hour then they’ll let me know if there’s anything wrong. Also stated just so we know he’ll be working from 8am till 8pm tonight and he hadn’t taken a lunch yet. No one cares. Here’s what customer care about prompt dependable service and competitive prices. Customers don’t care about being short of staff cause in the end we’re paying the business. After the wait I told Kevin I’d like to just take my car. He stated he’d take it in at that time. If it would have been even said once, we apologize but it’s taking longer then expected. Then given an option to wait or set an appointment I would have accepted that. But not even that small expectation wasn’t met. 2 hours of my time wasted and didn’t accomplish anything.

I come here because its close to home and I have a just tires card. I bought new tires on both my cars and purchased the road hazard free replacement on them. Already used it once on one. Guess you gotta pay for the road hazard again when you do use it, to protect the new tire youre getting. Guess 15 bucks isnt bad for a new tire, but i really thought it was repairable (which is to be free, but oh well). Obviously I also get my 4 wheel alignment here, and its been good, no complaints. The manager usually gives me a a discount price on it, and it comes to a fair price. Only complaints I have is with oil changes. I got one done on each of my two cars when I got tires, and yea.. no bueno. On one, they didnt tighten the filter and it leaked oil. On the other, the o-ring was cracked on the filter and it also leaked oil. I took it back and they fixed this free of charge, but wouldve been nice to have it done right the first time.

Im a lil upset i paid for alingment but my car still drifts to the right its been a month since i had it done im afraid to complain since its been so long but i wonder if they even did the alingment. They did change my oil for a reasonable price . the car i dont drive much so thats why i just now noticing its drifts still ...

Had a bolt stuck on my tire and called to see if they were busy. Quick and friendly service and would come back again.

Came in at 915 am management said 45 minutes it is now 11am just started working on it. Not a friendly place. Management tells ypu what you want to here. Has to keep checking on work. Lets phone ring off of hook. When guys come in he just to help them more. Wasted my morning. And about 1130 found out they did the wrong tired. What aday.the only reason i came here was my store close and i need tirer. This was a big mistake if anyone is reading this coming here. Think 2 Kevin is his name.

When I had my jeep was 19 for oil change and rotated my tires not its 24.99 though advertised 19.99. And in addition 30 dollars to rotate tires. Nope

Brought car in for oil change,only one car ahead of mine,waited almost 2 hours,was told one tech out to lunch,I have used this place a lot,wasnt happy with service this trip

Overpriced and slow. Charged $33 to plug my tire and took an hour to do it even though I was the only customer there at the time.

They initially told me it would take 1-1:30 hours but they took almost 3 hours to complete the work and after 2:30 hours they would call me to get something else fixed
